Hello, I`ve tried to change all fonts on homepage/footer and header to default in Tech News Pro to avoid google font loading and i cannot manage to disable them all, for example I see there are some hidden fonts in these templates.
Any idea how can i get rid of all the google fonts? it iss bad for my loading time and I do not need them, therefore I cannot use the theme like this.

whenever I load the main logo via the Newspaper theme page, i get the following error. If I remove the image, the error goes… (The image is the correct size)

I’m trying to use the SVG logo feature on my header, but it seems that the code you copy/paste in the SVG field, is common to all devices sizes…
As I read, I need to specify the correct size inside the SVG code, so, how do I specify smaller sizes for smaller devices ? (pb on ipad mini portrait)
also the “SVG width” field doesn’t seems to work… ?
and I don’t understand what the SVG space field does… ?

Is it possible to create expandable, drop-down sections for a page in TagDiv? (ie. Where you could click on a header and a block drops down beneath?)
I have a plug in to do it in html, but I can’t access it from TagDiv Composer. Could I add the html code around the TagDiv code in the editor, or would that just FUBAR it? Is there a plug-in you would recommend that works well?

Well okay I get it. Disabling the header sign in or join link and replacing it with a button will do the trick.
However, what about the sign in page on the comments section on each post. When you scroll down at the end of each post, it says to sign in to leave comments. When they click that, it directs them again to your custom login page which I don’t want. I need users to be able to leave a comment so I cannot disable that.
Signing in via social media account is probably the most basic feature that all themes should have so I con’t see why this is a challenge for us.

Hi,
The default login from WordPress can be access like this http://www.website.com/wp-admin or http://www.website.com/wp-login.php there is no button for login on default WordPress login, you’ll need to set that link on a button or text.
The login from the theme can be deactivate from Theme Panel if you are using a standard demo -> http://prntscr.com/q38fnn if you are using PRO demos or cloud header you’ll need to edit them with tagDiv Composer and remove the login from header.

2. When using Cloud Template header the sticky header must be edited with tagDiv Composer Header Manager and you can set it up from here. If it is empty you will have to add content in it in order to display: https://www.screencast.com/t/Bzi8kbneOKQc

Unfortunately the ajax filter from blocks and flex blocks do not have an option for this, this will display categories until there is no space in block header and only after that the categories will be set in drop down filter, this is the way is suppose to work.

I’ve fix this problem. When this theme using a header cloud template as default. The topbar setting was missing in the theme panel.
So I check the inspect function of chrome, and find the topbar dom and make it display. So… The problem is fixed.

It is the first time I use this theme. I have installed newspaper pro demo. I can’t figure out how to customize 3 things:
– how do I change the black color of the box at the top of the header? (see https://www.webeyes.it/temp/header.png)
– how do I change the image (logo) of the menu that appears inside the page? The logo in the header menu I was able to change it. (see https://www.webeyes.it/temp/MENUandFOOTER.png)
– How do I change the background image in the footer? (see https://www.webeyes.it/temp/MENUandFOOTER.png)

The problem was solved. I am using Kaspersky antivirus and it blocks the advertising in that case (Use adspot from :). But when ‘Custom ad’ settings in ‘ad box’ the antivirus does not block it.
With ‘Use adspot from: Header’ and ‘Use adspot from: Sidebar’ the antivirus does not block it because in css styles no advertising keywords are used.
You could evaluate and optimize the ‘Ad box’.

We’ve recently had major problems with this theme that led to an entire re-install to try and get some functionality back. Prior to this re-install none of our images were loading on site, despite their html pathway being valid. Now some images for our most recent postings are available whereas older ones are completely gone. Regenerating thumbnails in bulk is essentially impossible due to the volume of our content, is there any way we can get this content back?
Secondly a large amount of icons are now broken and replaced with small squares. This can be seen on Features videos, where our Social Media icons used to be, and even the Newspaper icon in Dashboard is missing. On top of this a search button is now entirely visible (can be found to the right of ‘MDWFEATURES’ in the header).
I exported the theme panel settings from our previous install and re-imported them into this one, and I’m unsure as to why so much has been and continued to be broken by this. Are there any suggestions for fixing this?

1. Those are menus which can be edited from wordpress by going into Dashboard – Appearance – Menus.
2. You will have to edit the header using the tagDiv Composer, select the Sticky Mobile Menu and remove all the content from it: https://www.screencast.com/t/tgQTMVi76R9

I have the same issue. The information about the Standard Package are somewhat confusing.
What I understand from it is, that if I want a faster website, I have to deactivate the Standard Package.
But on your website it still sounds like a good-to-have plugin: “For this, we’ve added a premium legacy plugin called Standard Pack. It brings you all the previous functionality of the Newspaper Theme. When you deactivate it, your website gains page loading speed.”
So I deactivated it. Then everything looked broken. So I switched from a normal Demo to a Pro Demo and built everything new while using templates from the cloud library. Furthermore I only used Flex Blocks. I used templates for all the sites I can. Then I deactivated the Standard Package. And everything looks fine now on the website. But on GTMetrix I get the same message similar to the one in the first post: “There are xx components that can be minified as below
inline <style> tag #x
inline <style> tag #x
…”
The only thing I can imagine is the template for homepage because I did not change that one, because I assumed it already is Pro because I use a Pro Demo.
Therefore I tried to load a Pro template for “Homepage”. I still get the same problem with GTMetrix. So it is not the template from Homepage.
Then I used a Pro Header, because maybe it is the header I thought, so I sent it through GTMetrix. Only the header, nothing else. And still it shows the same message but with less components that can be minified.
What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to set up a block on my homepage that has the links to sub catergories?
This would be the same as the “Don’t Miss” section on the default demo.
I have chosen different blocks, but I do not see how to add the hyperlinked words to the block header?

You can achieve this only if you have set a header per language, and for this you’ll need to use cloud headers, indeed the Gaming Demo do not have a cloud header, choose one that is closer to layout and edit it with tagDiv Composer.

I did deleted the elements of topbar, but it’s exists 1px space. While I can duplicate the topbar but cannot delete them.
