Hi Calin,
The problem was that I had the mobile sticky header enabled with the column empty and the background color set on it. It is resolved now! Thank you very much for your support!
Hi,
Ok, so if I understand correctly, you’d like to disable the sticky header and make sure that link is no longer displayed, right?
Normally, there are 2 situations: you have a mobile sticky header enabled https://prnt.sc/dhLCmDdJn8DY, the column is empty but this has a background color set on it, or there is a row in the header that is set to be fixed at the top – https://prnt.sc/RzWDvBLucwRU
I hope this will help you!
Hello,
I’m using the Newspaper theme on my website and I’m experiencing an issue on mobile devices.
When the user scrolls down the page, the mobile header disappears as expected (sticky hide on scroll), but it leaves a horizontal line.
It looks like some kind of leftover header height or placeholder is still being rendered even when the header is hidden.
I tried disabling sticky header and adding custom CSS, but the issue still persists.
Could you please help me fix this or let me know the correct way to completely remove the header space when it is hidden on scroll?

Thank you in advance.
Hi,
This means the sticky header for that cloud header template was never set up. What you should do is to add the elements you want to appear in the sticky header into that empty column.
Hi,
I just checked teh website, and it appears that the sticky header is only on mobile, so I checked with the Wayback Machine to see how it was before the update https://prnt.sc/iT5WXE67POYX, and it was exactly as it is now, only for mobile https://web.archive.org/web/20260212122551/https://www.electronicsforu.com/, so this is not a theme update-related.
Please check our documentation for how to enable the sticky header https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/07/Header-Main-Menu.png
Hi,
As I mentioned, the header for mobile is different from the one on the desktop, so what you can do is to copy the top row from the desktop and paste it on mobile https://i.imgur.com/2opJ8Qv.png – https://i.imgur.com/SqZTzMz.png – https://prnt.sc/sbSC2mhHa4OL
After updating my theme, the titles in my header sections (e.g., “Children”, “Students”, etc.) have shifted upward from their original position. Previously, they were aligned toward the bottom of the image boxes, but now they appear higher.
Could you please advise how to restore their original bottom alignment? I have attached screenshots for reference.
Thanks in advance for your help

Hello,
i just imported the Pre-designed Templates for my Newspaper theme (Default PRO) from the Cloud Library and i noticed a difference between the “Default PRO” and “Default RTL PRO” templates (header, footer, etc.): opening the templates with the TD Composer, the “Default RTL PRO” templates displays a line of code (CSS code), while the “Default PRO” templates don’t. To properly use my theme’s original template (“Default PRO”), which of the two templates do you recommend? Could the lack of code (CSS code) in the “Default PRO” templates be a problem? (I’ve always noticed problems with my site’s indexing)
Thanks a lot!
Hi,
In this situation, you’ll need to edit the theme files, for example;
wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php
if tagDiv Standard Pack plugin is in used, you need to edit the
wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/header.php
Hi Levaire,
The Newspaper theme uses different headers for desktop and mobile. If you’re using a Cloud Header, you can customize it separately for each device just switch the viewport and make the necessary adjustments.

Hello,
I’m using the Newspaper theme with a Cloud Template header (free news). Yoast SEO Premium is generating the correct <title> tag, but the theme is adding an additional <title> tag before Yoast’s output.
This results in two <title> tags in the page source, for example:
Kod
<title>Portal Polish Express – …</title> ← generated by Newspaper
<title>Portal Polish Express – …</title> ← generated by Yoast SEO
Yoast SEO Premium does not offer “Force rewrite titles” anymore.
The duplicate <title> appears before the Yoast SEO comment block, which means it is generated by the theme itself.
This causes SEO issues and breaks external audit tools.
I need to know:
Which exact function or file in the Newspaper theme generates the first <title> tag?
How can I disable the theme-generated <title> so that Yoast SEO is the only source of the title tag?
Is there an official method (hook, filter, theme option) to prevent Newspaper from outputting its own <title>?
Please provide the recommended solution or code snippet to disable the theme’s title output.
Thank you.
Hi Lori,
Please do not share your private license key on the forum.
If you are not using tagDiv Composer, it’s very likely that you are also not using tagDiv Cloud Templates. In this case, you will need to use the standard templates.
To do that, please install the tagDiv Standard Pack (you can install it from Newspaper > Plugins). Once installed, you can use the Theme Panel settings to adjust the template layout. For example, in Theme Panel > Header, you can choose the header style you want to use, set the logo, and configure other options.
Hi, I have had a website (thinkbeef.ca) running Newspaper theme for almost 10 years. It was originally created using WP Bakery plugin, and I continue use that as my page maker.
I have moved 29 of the pages over to an all new website with the latest version of Newspaper 12.7.5. I have not made the website live, because two big things are not right:
1. I now have no control over the header theme – that has gone to your tagDiv Composer which I don’t use. How can I get the website logo at the top of the HOME page and globaly? Right now there is just the text “Thinkveal” and sub head “Discover the art of publishing” at the top.
2. I have also lost Article Display View? On a Category page all the entries have Author, date, tag and title. I only want the version with TITLE ONLY. How can I get that back?
Here is my info:

Purchase code:
URL: thinkveal.ca (is not live yet)
Thanks Bogdon I look forward to hearing back,
Regards,
Lori
Hi, I imported the Week Pro demo and I’m customizing the homepage. The content area is narrower than the original demo — the rows don’t stretch to match the full header width (from MENU to SUBSCRIBE button). I’ve set Page Layout Size to 1400px in Theme Panel, and Row Stretch to “Stretch row and 1400px content” on each row, but the content width doesn’t change. What setting am I missing to match the Week Pro demo layout width? Thank you.
Hi,
If the responsive version is being used, the same layout from the desktop will be applied on mobile, and the ads shown on desktop will also appear on mobile. The only exception may be the mobile header, as desktop and mobile headers are different, so it’s possible that the ad might not be displayed there.
If the situation persists, please provide a link to your website so I can investigate the situation.
Hi,
I just checked the website on mobile and now the header ad is no longer displayed – https://prnt.sc/M1nhiIw9UKIN
Yes, if you want to use the code for tablets too, then just copy and paste the same code in the iPad portrait section.
Actually, never mind. I spoke too soon. It works! Will this same code also work to prevent the header code on tablets?
I tried that, unfortunately, the ad on mobile still appears above the header after I added the code you provided.
Is there something else that I can try?
No worries, I totally changed the header template and went with another. Thanks
Hi,
The solution that I can offer is to use a custom css that will hide it from the header zone on mobile, the css is:
.td-header-sp-rec {
display: none!important;
}
This should be placed in the theme panel> custom code > advance css > phone – https://prnt.sc/x13Vx2tifJvC
Hi there. I use Google Adsense. How can I remove the header ads in mobile/tablet view? I want to see the header only and no ad.
I am not using AMP or the TagDiv mobile plugin and can’t because they both prevent the content in my pages from showing.
Current view:
I’d really like the ads above the header to be gone. I am fine with the desktop header ad.
Please help!
Hello,
I’m having an issue with my website (https://experimentalpoetic.com/): on some pages, my logo doesn’t appear in the header, while on others it does. I don’t understand why. I’m using the header logo module.
Can you help me please ?
Best regards
I understand the header and footer part, thanks.
Ok, if the problem doesn’t happen when you are logged in, then this is related to the cache settings and this is usually related to css and/or js settings from the cache.
That is the correct link. We turned off the Header & Footer as this will become a Landing Page once it’s working properly. It does NOT happen when we are logged in on our iPhone. How can I provide a screen cording from the iPhone and how to I share it with you?
Ok, something doesn’t seem right. I’m checking this on mobile (using this link: https://www.bizcatalyst360.com/welcome/), but I only see the content section—there’s no header or footer.
Could you provide a screen recording? Also, does this happen when you are logged in?
