On top of the previous questions, if you go to the header menu and simply have your pointer over the “Tests” tab for example, the images look very weird. It’s something I dind’t see on the demo version. Is it related to the original dimensions of the images? Which resolution would you advise for every image appearing in this mega menu?

Hello,
Try to use another header style which displays your logo in full width. Notice that we do not recommend to increase or decrease the home bar because the theme layout might be broke.
As a quick solution, you can try using the code below ->

How to make main menu with header ads sticky or custom size?
When I try to load the Cloud Templates > All Templates page, it often returns 500 errors.
I have created 4 working templates, and when the page actually loads, rest of the features and functions of the theme work without any problems.

My site was working just fine this morning, then a few hours ago by without my using it and it now doesn’t load the majority of content, nothing loads besides the menu and header. Here are the errors generated in the error_log:

After the last update (9.2) my site has been down and/or loading extremely slowly (2 minutes per page). The database is showing constant theme related errors now (see below). The site is using minimal server resources and had been working well/fast for the past several months. No server changes have been made. Any assistance would be appreciated.
The site uses WPML but I have just tested with only a minimal set of plugins and it still runs extremely slowly.

Hi,
You should make a new category where you should add your desired posts and then, this block has to be sorted by this category in a random way. It’s simple!
For your second request, the theme does not have any such an option for it. You need to check the theme’s core files where the header is called and with a condition, you can exclude the header ad. To check if you are on homepage, you should use the following rules from here -> https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_home/

Unfortunately the main design of theme can be change only with the header.
If you want different colors in function of page/category you’ll need to set some custom css

I forgot to add the website for someone to review. It is http://www.heatedskillet.com/ – You will notice that none of the ads are serving. There is just a white area. See header, side ads and footer ad.
Also that I have went to admin section Newspaper -> Theme Panel -> AMP -> Header Ads and added set the following:
AD TYPE -> Google Adsense
ADSENSE AD SETTINGS – [ data-ad-client-info ] , [ data-ad-slot-info ] , and set it to responsive.
In the CUSTOM AD section I left it blank.
Still not serving the ads although I have been a google publisher for 6 years. The ad slot is active and test positive else where. Why is not working here. There has to be something I am doing wrong in the theme. It is a fresh theme and I am just trying to get it setup with ads before customizing. I am using the News Magazine demo if that makes any difference. Thanks for the help.

If that is a widget in the sidebar, you can edit the block header color in Appearance->Widgets, there are settings for the top border and the border

The code that I entered into the header ad is copied straight from the generated ad code that Google provides. I tested it on other sites and it works perfectly. However, when I add it this theme in the admin section Newspaper -> Theme Panel -> Ads -> Your Header Ad and save the entry it does not show the ad. It’s just blank. It’s not an inventory issue there is something causing it not to serve the ad.
Also one more question. Is there a way to make the header banner ad to only show up on HOME page and not show up on POSTS, PAGES, etc? Any help would be great.

I have tested your website on mobile and the menu seems to work as expected without any issue! The theme does have any such an option that allows you to display the header image on the mobile theme, sorry! If you want to achieve something like this, you need to make some custom work and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Only one demo can be installed at a time, so installing the fast news demo will automatically uninstall the default demo.
The process will import the demo theme panel settings overriding the current settings, also it will import the custom demo design like the header customization you mention

The homepage of the demo is imported only when the demo is installed with content.

If I understand correctly you want to change the color for the last element from main menu , if is so please add the below custom css in Newspaper>Theme Panel>Custom code>Custom css
