My website is suddenly showing a huge white space on the top of the homepage. it happens only there as far as I can tell and both on phones and computers. https://offthefrontpage.com/

Today I did a WordPress update to 6.9. Since my site doesnt work at the Homepage. The desktop Version is running but with a lot of issues and the mobile version is just blanc. Here u see also a mobil error As i see, the error is only on the startpage/homepage. Here is the site I am talking about https://gastroportal.at/

I installed the WP Super Cache plugin, which caused the homepage to crash.

However, when I go to the Edit with TagDiv Composer page, everything works normally.

For creating layouts for Homepage, is it best to Create New Page and then edit layout via Tagdiv Composer or to go to the Cloud Templates > Homepage Templates and design Homepage that way?

Hi, i have some default demo ads on my homepage and sidebar..and when i edit homepage..that ads section is not showing..i search that and in ads sections..and is not there…then..i try to add 1 ads in a section on homepage and after i refresh the page…that ads..is showing..but in editor..is not showing to remove 😀 ..and now i have a lot of ads and i can not delete 😀

When creating a new post, I add an External Featured Image, but the Featured Image section remains empty.

My questions:

Should the Featured Image automatically display when an External Featured Image is added, or do they remain separate?

Is this behavior a theme feature, or is there a setting missing?

Do I need to take any extra steps to ensure images display correctly on the homepage and post pages?

I am using the Newspaper theme for my news website, and I really need some assistance. I am not very technical, so I’m worried about breaking something on my site.

Recently, I found a theme/template inside tagDiv Cloud that I really liked and want to apply. But before I do that, I am scared that I might:

Lose my existing posts, pages, categories, or design settings

Misplace my logo

Mess up the homepage layout

Break the mobile/desktop structure

Or accidentally overwrite something important

I genuinely do not have much experience with WordPress or theme editing, so I kindly request help from someone in the team or any senior member who can guide me step-by-step.

What exactly I need help with:

Safely applying the new theme/template without losing any existing data.

Keeping all my categories intact and mapped correctly.

Adding my logo in the correct place matching the new design.

Making sure my homepage looks clean and matches the template I am selecting.

Any recommended settings to avoid layout issues.

If needed, I can share screenshots or temporary access (after instructions) so the process is done safely.

I will be extremely grateful if someone from the tagDiv team or an experienced community member can help me, as I’ve been struggling with this for a long time and really want to improve my website and please help me as I honestly have no technical knowledge

How do I add the H1 tag to the homepage? I have no problem with the articles since it automatically uses the article title, but I don’t know where to put the H1 tag on the homepage.

Since updating the Newspaper theme my Homepage for mobile now redirects to a completely different page. This shows within the “pages” section and I can’t for the life of me figure out how to assign it back to the static homepage. It works on desktop, but for mobile instead of going to Home it goes to Gear Reviews. Website is http://www.ultralightnerd.com.

Anyone know how to reassign my Homepage to its own Mobile homepage instead of a different page altogether? Feel like I’ve tried most everything at this point point. Thanks!
