You will have to be careful how you update. If you do not replace the files in the theme but rather keep the old theme and then switch to the new one with the old one still in your folders, then the sideabrs issue will appear again. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and make sure there are not 2 versions of the theme in your appearance->themes section. It should only be one version even after the update.
Make a back-up beforehand though so if something happens, you can roll back to your current install.
Follow the update process described in the guide step by step and you should be fine

You will see under the optional message a link leading to the plugin documentation that also provides the installation method. We used this method because lots of people installed the plugin without knowing what it does and kept coming back to the theme support asking why the site behaves like that on mobile . They activated a plugin without knowing what it does. So we had to make sure people knew what it is before installing it:

To be safe, please try to make a full backup to your database, delete the old theme and install it again via FTP with only required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. Notice that the theme should have to work as properly in default state because it was tested and until now we have not encountered any bad reports in this regard, sorry! Try to make a new fresh install, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the result. 1. Our theme requires featured images in order to display a thumbnail on the homepage and other blocks. I’m not sure what plugin you used for this but it could not be compatible with the theme

First of all, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Starting with point 3: The error warning started happening right when I activated mobile theme
4. I purchased the theme for speed, our alexa has really been falling drastically since install, we have noticed that the menu takes some time to load , its like it has a delayed animation.. This happens on your demo too. It thenm works fine after first load, but when you move to next page it struggles to load again. So if now if mobile isn’t faster, what will make the main site faster
2, we have optimized it accordingly and even added imagify, keycdn but the issue still persist , can you have a look? Please note that this is not a new site, it’s very old and has a history, and loads of visitors and has other thems changed. I am trying to resolve this with you, if you will take the time to see, but it just seems the speed issue is really a problem,

I upgraded to 7.6.1. When editing post and a page and going to the theme panel thins are OK. When I try to access the main menu of my site i get the following error.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function vc_shortcode_custom_css_has_property() in /home/anitasfe/public_html/test20/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/vc_templates/vc_row.php on line 53
What do I need to do to fix this?

Unfortunately, I cannot access your website. I guess that your website is under construction. Notice that the Visual Composer comes bundled with the theme packet. Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. The mobile theme on two separate sites I cannot get to load on phone.
Plugin says active and the tabs are there in the theme panel. I notice under theme panel/plugins it says optional with no button to activate or deactivate the mobile plugin, unlike the others.
Have deleted it an reinstalled. Have also turned off caching. Site behaves on mobile as if plugin not present.
Anything else to check?

First of all, please try to remove all untested plugins, leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install via FTP, load a new video on your desired section and check the results. It should work as properly. I suspect your issue happens due to your configuration of your theme, untested plugins used by your or other additional customizations which might damage the theme layout. Revert the theme to the default state and see what is happening.

Unfortunately, I do not know what type of changes you want to do, sorry! Also, please notice that this file is part of the theme and it should be in theme packet, as well. Otherwise, you should make a new clean install with the theme via FTP and check the folders. If you do not have good coding skills and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take for your desired changes, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

That yellow box that appears over posts does not belong to the theme, it could belong to a plugin you installed – https://www.screencast.com/t/KuqRsxlQJZ Search for it in the plugins section and disable it to see if the problem is still there. If it’s still there try disabling all the plugins except Visual composer and see what happens.

I am facing few issues, listed below.
1) My site was not using Featured Images, but I added a plugin, and now all first image are added as Featured image. But some portion of my homepage still showing without images. Example
2) I check all those posts has Featured Images, and If I open those post manually once then the home page shows image. But I rechekced post had the featured image from the beginning. I triple checked from dashboard, no post is missing the Featured Images now.

Hi, I just purchase theme, following steps to install via ftp. All ok, but when I install revslider.zip and activate it, I get this message in backend: The plugin generated 211 characters of unexpected output during activation. If you notice “headers already sent” messages, problems with syndication feeds or other issues, try deactivating or removing this plugin.
and on front: Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias newspaper-politics not found.

I’m trying to display auth card on my site under each post.
