I have some confusion about some of the pages on our website admin.
I have 3 different login pages.
https://www.commandeleven.com/log-in/ – which is completely blank
https://www.commandeleven.com/login/ – which seems to be connected to a AR member plugin, based on the shortcode on the page. We don’t have AR member installed in our plugins.
https://www.commandeleven.com/tds-login-register/ – which I think is the TagDiv login page for the site.
In addition:
https://www.commandeleven.com/change_password/ – is completely blank, so I don’t know if this part of the TagDiv pages or not
If it is supposed to have content, please help me understand what shortcode or content should appear here, because there are no sections in the cloud template library for a change password page.
https://www.commandeleven.com/my-account/ – gives a 404 error, so I don’t know if this is linked to another plugin and wasn’t deleted when the plugin was deleted. But in the admin section, it’s listed as My Account.
https://www.commandeleven.com/tds-login-register-2/ – gives a 404 error, so I don’t know if this is linked to another plugin and wasn’t deleted when the plugin was deleted. Although this is listed as the login page for TagDiv Opt-In Builder.
https://www.commandeleven.com/register/ – also blank. Please advise on what content is supposed to appear here or if I can download a template from the TagDiv cloud templates library.

Please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. install TagDiv Composer
4. activate TagDiv Composer

The newspaper theme has a lot of features. So much so that it’s difficult to capture all of the available features in one place. I discover features by going to your demos. It would be nice to see all available features in one place even if it’s a menu sytle naviagation.
With that said, I need help with the following three featues.
I installed the Town Talk demo and in the process of customising this theme. This theme has the option to bookmark articles. Is it possible to add a “My Bookmarks” tab that shows the visitors saved articles to the homepage section https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_towntalk_pro/ next to where you have Latesta nd Recommended?
Also, on the Town Talk post page there is a “reading line” the moves accross as your scroll through the article. I couldn’t find how I can do this. I would like to add this feature to all of my exisiting pages. Last, this might be the biggest question for me. I see that the Newspaper has a “Frontend Post Submission” feature, which is actually what I asked for. But I don’t understand how this works or find documentation on this.It would actually be nice to see a demo of this feature. Before I go looking for a service that does this, let me explainw what I need.
I need for a business/publisher/guest posting service to be able to submit guest and sponsered post. So they have an account, submit articles and images, once I approve the article, they pay via PayPal and then the article get’s posted. But I would for them to see from their account all of the articles they have submitted, paid for, and has been posted under thier account. Is this possible? We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin. Check in Newspaper -> Plugins (the Opt-in Builder plugin, the tagdiv Shop & Woocommerce, the tqgdiv Composer and Cloud Library).

I have a sidebar on the website that displays varios widgets [tagdiv] Instagram, [tagdiv] block
I dont want them to show up on the mobile version of the website. I tried adding a css class but it wont work. Installed the widget options plug in to see if it would work but no luck.

Strange thing is the pages (homepage & Shop) are loading correct from your end (even without tagdiv cloud shop template) but not in my end!! And is installing cloud template for shop mandatory? What I do for homepage?
And earlier…like couple of weeks back, everything was fine and loading everything updated…even without your cloud templates!
It doesn’t make any sense! Can you also check again from your end if latest pages are loading without problems?
And what should I do?

Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please let me know what plugin for the cache you use now.

Please make sure that you have the latest version 12.6.2
You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, reinstalling or updating the theme, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesn’t appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent.

Using the import/export option from the theme will allow you to import only the theme panel settings, the cloud templates go in tool > export – https://i.imgur.com/3Wxk885.png then to import you need to go in tool > import, then install the wordpress importer and clink on run import – https://i.imgur.com/tyxoVvg.png

as you suggested
– I disable and delete the tagDiv Composer
– I reinstalled the plugin from Newsmag > plugins
The ‘error decoding the Instagram API json’ message is still on the page https://www.unamamma.it/ .
I can’t remove the connection from Instagram in the theme panel, because the click on the ‘remove’ button of the them panel is disabled.
Any other ideas?
