Hello,
@homesofcolor,
Usually, this problem is due to the cache plugin you are using, because even if you have disabled it, it can run for a while in the backend, for example, object cache, because it creates a folder and delivers the same version for some time (it may differ from one plugin to another).
It is also advisable to check the server to see if you have installed a cache plugin there and to delete the cache (purge) also, delete the cache from the browser and check if this problem is still present.
Also, please let me know what settings you made and did not apply.
Again, if the issue was resolved after a while it is because the time when the cache delivered the old version has expired, and after it has been updated, it has cached the new version of the website.
Please check this article about how to update the theme https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!

Hello,
I’m not sure I fully understand what you need to change, but if you use a cloud/PRO template, then you can edit the page with tagDiv Composer and add the text and set the link.
Please provide more details, what prebuilt website you have installed, if you use a child theme.
Thank you!

Hello!
The problem seems to be the same in both versions: https://www.screencast.com/t/CeM6wi25
If there is no other plugin than tagdiv ones, and you have the TagDiv Shop and Woocommerce plugin installed, then please make sure you have the latest version of the PHP, WordPress, theme and plugins(11.3).
Delete and re-install the TagDiv Composer plugin.

Hi,
That error is referring to the post settings (https://i.imgur.com/FfoXX0G.png), usually, this kind of errors appears when in the theme or theme plugins were made changes and some time when there are some problems with some untested plugins.
What I can suggest it is to make a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if the error are still add in php error log, also in case that you know that there were made changes in the them files, then it can be from there, a clean install normally will fix the problem.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use mobile pages, then please make sure you have the Mobile Theme plugin uninstalled and inactive. Please check the documentation about mobile pages and please assign them to the desktop version page in order to display in the mobile devices. Build them with TagDiv Composer and you can customize your header with the help of our elements/shortcodes.
A full explanation you can find here too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
Please do these steps:
1. disable tagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) tagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install tagdiv Composer
5. activate tagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache (browser, server).
If the problem is not solved after this, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access.
Also, please make a full backup to all files and database.
Thank you!
Hello!
Have you tried other solution which I mentioned above?
If the problem is still there, then please update the theme to the latest version, PHP, WordPress and the plugins too.
Delete and re-install the TagDiv Composer plugin.
Also, check if you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
It could be a cache problem. Delete your cache and try again.
We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin with this configuration: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure
Also, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!

solved by downloading installing and activating “tagDiv Standard Pack”
other plugins did not install and activate automatically:
tagdiv composer and tagdiv cloud library
This is a major setback for people who forget about these plugins that do not update automatically. I want my 6 hours back ;)))
I have had this theme installed for years. There was a massive overhaul so I reverted back and never upgraded. Recently, I created a staging server and decided to go through the process of fixing all the issues the upgrade created and I have been pretty happy…until today. Today, I did the upgrade to the latest version and now my homepage will not resolve properly. When I am logged in as admin I can see the correct homepage, but when I logout I only see the code like the site is not recognizing the tag div composer markup.
https://staging.industrialmachinerydigest.com/
All other pages work great, just not the homepage.
Things I have tried:
1. I have all cache turned off.
2. I have changed the homepage in settings > reading to multiple different pages and back.
3. I optimized the DB.
4. I changed the homepage template to another page template and back.
5. I am now making a post here.
Active plugins: tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Libraries, tagDiv Social Counter, tagDiv Standard Pack
I installed the Magazine PRO theme (design only) via Prebuilt Websites panel and I cannot do any editing anymore. The TagDiv Composer “save” button is on loop forever and it does not keep the changes. I recorded this video on Vimeo to explain the issue and already emailed you guys with my wp-admin and cpanel info so you can help me adress this situation.

Hello,
I just verified your website and look fine => https://www.screencast.com/t/w5Zw6bIlP
But if you had shortcodes on the pages, please make sure you have updated and activated the tagDiv Standard pack “this is a legacy plugin, that comes with functionality for previous versions of the Newspaper theme, older than version 10. For fast, highly customizable, and lightweight websites, we encourage you not to activate and install this plugin” -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
Thank you!
In the tutorial (see link below) on how to install the revolution slider you are referring to the following download “link” i.e. “Newspaper-tf\plugins\revolution_slider_5”
Where is “Newspaper-tf\plugins\revolution_slider_5” located ? Is it a link to a website ?
Thank you for your help in advance.

Hello @Edragon,
“tagDiv Standard Pack (this is a legacy plugin, that comes with functionality for previous versions of the Newspaper theme, older than version 10. For fast, highly customizable, and lightweight websites, we encourage you not to activate and install this plugin)” -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
This update was made to fix some bugs, you can find here the infromationhttps://tagdiv.com/newspaper/

I’m too getting this error
[12-Oct-2021 10:46:04 UTC] PHP Warning: require(/*/*/*/*/wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /*/*/public_html/*/wp-includes/comment-template.php on line 1554
I’ve re-install all the plugins but still getting this error. I’m getting this error in huge numbers. Please help me to resolve it.
In wordpress.com hosting website not show “activate theme” option. I use before this bluehost hosting website and i add now in wordpress.com website. So, i do upload theme but not show activate theme option and also not install plugin of newspaper theme. Please tell me.
Hello,
According to this message the folder already exists, you need to delete that folder manually using FTP/cPanel, after that install the plugin from Newspaper plugins => https://i.imgur.com/qG0sk4Q.png
Thank you!

Hello!
If you have WP Bakery plugin installed and active, then here is the problem. There is a conflict between TagDiv Composer and WP Bakery.
So, I gladly recommend you to shift from WPBakery to Composer, because WPBakery is an old builder plugin. Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
TagDiv Composer contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(salso from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.

Hello!
From what you describe, it seems that the Composer doesn’t save the changes. So, please make sure you have an admin account in WordPress with full rights. You can check our guide for any other errors in Composer here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Please check if this code is missing from your htaccess file: https://www.screencast.com/t/iN0R93dD3p from our requirements, make sure you have all the requirements as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
