Hi,
How to setup this post template? https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_romania_news/the-politics-behind-chinas-stock-market-turbulence/

I installed demo data, but I have standard template. I would like to change position of Social Media icons to right, have two sidebars (one on the left, one the right. In theme options I couldn’t find this setting), have bigger image. Exactly the same template like on the link that I provide.

Is there any option to setup sidebar width? On my page my sidebar is bigger than on demo.

I’m trying to find a font that has working Romanian diacritics and currently I have no success on it, as even If I change the font from Theme Panel > Theme Fonts > Font Settings to Open Sans, it still shows different fonts for normal letters and diacritics.

Please guys help me out, I’m kind of “loosing my mind” trying to figure this out. Can you recommend me a font with working Romanian diacritics and also let me know how to install it/activate it and make it available on the entire website?

I want to use an SVG logo, I uploaded it (installing a specific plugin), I replace the logo in Theme Panel> Header> Logo and I see the new logo into the thumbnail. But, after saving I am not able to see the logo onto the website in the desktop version of the site. I tried it as retina logo as well, but nothing appeared.

It appears only in the mobile version.

Hi, I’ve tried to install 5 Themes Demos and none of them worked.

The error:
tagDiv importer detected an error. The importer will try to recover and continue to install the demo after you click ok on this dialog.

Steps to troubleshoot:
-Check the permissions on your upload folder
-Please make sure that WP_DEBUG is set to false in wp-config.php

Please let me know how to fix it?

I only installed your template last week, could you please extend the warranty for 5 more months, since it is not working?

How do you use the custom login/registration? I saw it first time I install the theme but when I use
incognito it’s not there.

I have been trying to get this theme up and running and there are parts I love. But on mobile, my site is not displaying at all. I have installed and activated and set up the mobile plug-in.

Any idea?

I have a problem with the AMP version of the THEME. I have installed Mobile Theme of TagDiv and AMP plugin for WordPress. But when i try to see the mobile website, the AMP page isn’t linked in this version. I can reach them only put ‘?amp’ at the end of the URL. I have the AMP version of the category archive and single article. The homepage and contact page they must remain with the original version. How can i do?

I download all files and document to hard drive, extract and choose Newspaper zip file to upload, but the system just notice ” The link you followed has expired “. Can not install the theme.

I can’t install demos. It tells me that I have to activate the subject. I put the code, I activate and the page does not respond. I tried to do it manually and it doesn’t send the order either

I have a brand new installation of latest V 9.8.

Using WordPress latest, with Classic Editor, not using Gutenberg.

Working at pages, the WYSIWYG Editor shows nothing.

I can edit text but the save button misses and ther is no option for text formatting.

In an another installation some Versions, all this thing work. What can it be ?

We really need help because the season is going to start this upcoming week and we are Swedens biggest news site for futsal.

The last couple of weeks I have noticed that the logo disappears sometimes when I use our site.

The last two days I have notice more error and for now I can’t use the site.

Because of that I had to buy a new support from you just to contact you about my site not is working as it should.

Thee logo isn’t there and the pictures in the articles is also disappeared.

Sometimes also the search button and the social icons in the top is white boxed columns instead.

I have tried to reinstall the theme, and when I do that it works directly after for likee 30 seconds. Then the issues is back again.

Please help me as fast as you could.

When I am installing TD composer plugin, it all goes well, installation is completed. But afterwards anything I click gives the following response

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 100663296 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 80 bytes) in /storage/content/47/145747/test.baydreamer.se/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_util.php on line 1673

the only way to get access to site again is to delete the plugin with ftp client. Please help!

If the screen is maximized, the header is offset to the left with white space on the homepage.

On the about us page, the area below the header is totally screwed up.

I need a Newspaper support agent to go in and check it out. I have not installed any new plugins, made any new updates, etc.

the website was working fine. but after changing the language of the site from wordpress the width changed as you can see http://www.mybashara.com the pages are really wide empty content and the website content itself on phone and desktop please advise. I did enable full width from the theme panel for container and content but it didn’t work.

also, I am trying to change the font of the menus it’s not possible I installed Arabic font plugin but it changed the body, headings, and content but not the menu of the website itself.

please advise on those 2 issues.
