Hello,
Ijust installed the Newspaper theme and I can’t find the install demos page as shown in your video on how to install demos. I only have the Welcome page, the Plugins page and the Support page. But no System status, Them panel, install demos pages.
Can you help me ?

Hello Tagdiv.

We bought your theme “Newspaper”, but we are experiencing some issues.

1. Post template issue

We are using the demo “City news” (import with no changes) on the single post pages, we want to check the different options for “post template”

We expect that when we change the “post template” setting

We expect to see this:

Instead we see this:
http://take.ms/LbpIo (default something post temlate)

We have tried:
-Other server
-Different php versions (5.6 -> 7.2)
-New install of wp and theme
-New import of demo content for “city news”
-New import of demo content for the default white theme
-We even tried newsmag your sibling theme.

We have this issue for everything we tried.
Question: Do you know what is up here?

2. Gallery issue
We are trying to use: https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-slide-gallery/
But it seems it does not work properly. Instead of the “Slide gallery” then we get a “grid gallery”. The Gutenberg editor block, does not give us similar options as from link: https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-slide-gallery/ (http://take.ms/zRRjh) what we see is a grid: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1LKrZiyj_bHCbrv5vxxHO1jGm1Cqnuc-h/view

There is no option to get the Slider instead of the grid, and we don’t find any other Gutenberg blocks where it was possible.

Question: Can you please help us to get the slider?

3. Problem with custom post type
Via the tutorial and documentation we used the plugin that was in the download package from the Newspaper to create a custom post type with custom taxonomies.

With that we expect to see:
A new custom posttype with two taxonomies, with same options at “post” have for the newspaper theme: http://take.ms/effsl (screenshot of “post” CPT) and the Gutenberg editor.

Instead we see:

And these options only: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kiaqlOIDNB2KT2TudDx6JwOk0dkA8lSR/view (Post setting block is completely missing)

Question: Kindly help to tell what we are doing wrong, and how can we get the options

We currently use PHP 7.2
We updated to the latest version of the theme 9.7.3

I have purchassed theme NewsPaper yesterday, when Im trying to install plugins it says Ajax error and when I am opening Dashboard it is replaced with a screen which says update social plugin like below:

wp_booster error:
Please update your [tagDiv social counter] Plugin!
Display backtrace

I have purchase the newspaper last version.
I have problems with the installation. Because it always appears to me this writing that is repeated:

Good afternoon,

After installing the ‘Say What’ template it appears that the font (and font sizes) don’t match with the beautiful demo as shown on the Newspaper demo site.

Could you please take a look at the template as installed on my site to see what I might have done wrong?

Hello,

I enabled the mobile theme together with the official AMP plugin and everything seemed to work, however when I returned to dashboard I noticed the AMP plugin configuration page is nowhere to be seen anymore. ALso, the /amp url’s on the site return 404 (but they did work briefly).

I tried uninstalling the plugin and installing again but I can see in the Plugins section it is enabled and installed, but the configuration page is not available.

I bought your theme Newspaper but i had a problem with the installation:
”THE PACKAGE CANNOT BE INSTALLED. MISS THE STYLE OF SHEET STYLE.CSS.”
How can I solve the problem?

I’ve recently purchased the newspaper theme.
Automatic updates of the required plugins failed.
I’ve tried the manual method as well which seems to be not working as well

Everytime I install and activate the required plugins for the Newspapper theme, my site crashes and I receive a WordPress message saying that there are some thecnical issues.
If I only activate the theme and other random plugins, nothing wrong happens.
Can you check what’s happening?

PHP Version: 5.6 (tried), 7.3 (tried and current)

The Revolution Slider will not show on mobile theme. Even after I tried to create a blank template, and input the slider, it will not show. What it does is, when I go from Desktop view on my Samsung Note 9, to Mobil view, for half a second it shows it will the correct design, than it goes to another mobil view, and it does not show. I hired a wordpress guru, 7 hours she could not fix it. I spent another 10 hours myself, and even reset the theme with WP Reset, and re-installed it multiple times, no results. The actual problem is, an old edited view of mobile view shows, and what is on the desktop view does not show on mobile
