So the problem remains. It must be a different issue. In these cases we request admin login and cPanel for further investigation and we try to identify the possible cause. Without this the problem is hard to diagnose.
What you could try if possible, is to install the theme in a sub-domain on the same server and install only theme plugins there. If the same happens provide access to that sub-domain.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Your tech team was able to get the tagDiv plugin to work by editing the .htaccess file with this code:

Since I have a green padlock and the SSL works fine on the website except for the tagDiv composer plugin, it seems logical to reinstall the tagDiv composer plugin. Could you tell me how to do this?

I need to change them but found no options. Neither in the Theme Panel nor in the widget section.
How can I update that?

The problem still persists. Sorry but this thing now is really creating problems with my client. I also tried to put the htaccess file but the result does not change. I reset my purchase key, deleted all word press (including theme of course), and installed all over again. The result is the same. The parameters in the system status are all ok. I’m about to send you an email.

So we had an issue with max_input_vars not being high enough, we followed directions as stated above. We are hosting on siteground, does that impact anything or require any special configuration? Please see the below info under php.ini, don’t see that item featured in shared picture. Oddly everything seemed to be working fine until I did the internal verification of purchase, maybe something else happened as well, but thought I’d mention that. I had installed wordfence but i’ve deactivated that as well, issue of not being able to save anything in theme panel remains.

So the speed booster plugin finally activated. This should not be so difficult, all it requires is that the plugin be installed and activated.
If the booster detects plugins that are not part of the list mentioned above, it will have an inactive status.
If there are no such plugins it will have an active status.
If you remove the code as shown it will be active at all times, but note that it can create problems with your plugins. They might stop working or not function correctly if their resources are moved.
1. Maybe the hosting provides a cache system, you could contact them and ask about it. The theme has no caching by itself.
2. So there is a difference regarding how the flex block modules display with and without the speedbooster? We could take a look at that.

3. The loading of the theme CSS and also the child theme CSS should be moved. I also tested this and it works

I could take a look at the grid in your case, to see how this grey box you mention appears under the article title.
2/3 Are you using the latest WordPress version, theme, plugins etc? About that SEO plugin notice I can’t find much online, try to re-install it. Or turn off WP debug in the config file.
