Hi renzosm,
Yes, this can be done on responsive version if you are using a cloud header, this can be edited using tagDiv Composer and you can set it on mobile viewport, then add the mobile menu -> https://i.imgur.com/Lwl2m7W.jpg -> set a row in top -> https://i.imgur.com/iuxgmg2.png -> https://i.imgur.com/zt5GYSq.png -> https://i.imgur.com/nxLZsD7.png
Hope this will help you!

Hi,
1) If I understand correctly the post template -> https://i.snipboard.io/pXItx4.jpg needs to be reset for few posts, not the page template, unfortunately the posts content is only for login users -> https://i.imgur.com/YdqTdmv.png also we do not have a system to reset the posts template for few posts, this can be done only manually or using some code in database for all posts.
2) For Instagram, please make sure that you have set in theme panel the Instagram api key -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
3) Right now I see that you have this link set on the ad -> https://i.imgur.com/cSiK2oU.png now if the problem is that you set the link and this is not saved it can be from extra plugins that you have, please make a test only with theme plugins.
4) As I can see now the footer is displaying correctly -> https://i.imgur.com/RsxxuFW.png but I see that on mobile this is not look correctly, the row is not 100% -> https://i.imgur.com/hwrIUMG.png this problem can appear from extra plugins that overwrite the theme settings, make sure that is not a plugin conflict, please disable all non theme plugin and let only tagDiv plugin, then check to see if the problem persists.
If the problem is still there please provide a link where I can inspect this situation.
Thank you!

I am already using the Mobile Theme + AMP, I am not taking about the design and look. The Breadcrumbs are missing in Google Searches.

I’m Taking about Rich results

https://search.google.com/test/rich-results?url=https%3A%2F%2Fvsbytes.com%2Fbest-induction-cooktop%2F%3Famp&user_agent=1

No breadcrumbs for AMP version in rich result.

Good morning

The theme does not reduce the size of the youtube videos, browsing from a mobile phone. In desktop and AMP is OK. For example: https://curiosfera-historia.com/historia-de-las-banderas-y-estandartes/ (view the final part of post in mobile).

But, i have another web whit the same theme, same plugins, same configuration, and the size of youtube videos is ok. View for example: https://xn--curiosfera-sueos-kub.com/sonar-con-bailar/#Mas_interpretaciones_de_sonar_con_bailar
Many thanks in advance

Okay just found out (because i also aligned the text centered) that this code affects the complete mobile theme (my complete posts f. ex.). Is there a code that just affects the tag page entry content in the mobile theme that please?
All the best and thanks,
Daniel

Hi,
This -> https://prnt.sc/vhvioy means that the page with title “Home” has an mobile page made with tagDiv Composer, and in order to use it, you need to assign that page to your homepage like this -> https://i.imgur.com/NCgN0ZO.png also make sure that you do not have the mobile theme plugin or set it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/XQSJSpP.png (the mobile theme will overwrite the mobile page)
Thank you!

Hi raventaz,
When the mobile theme is enable it will overwrite the mobile page and the responsive version, therefore if you want to use them, you need to disable the mobile theme plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/gWPWpZr.png make sure that this option is disable -> https://i.imgur.com/MWfVRRJ.png after that you need to set for each page the mobile page that you want to display -> https://i.imgur.com/BTZ7Xta.png
Hope this will help you!
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

O.K. Really like this theme and the ability to edit with TagDiv Composer.

1) How do I change the background image of the people in the Header?
2) How do I change the (delete) right underneath the banner – Home Home Work Work etc…
3) I cant seem to remove the spacing right above “Latest Articles”. I cannot select it and delete.
4) Further down the road, I need explanation of “No Mobile Page” – Do I need to create a new page, just for Mobile?

Thanks!

Thank you for your reply but I am looking for the following.
When any user will click on the search button (from mobile/desktop/all devices) he/she should be redirected to a specific page. So, which theme file I have to edit and how?

If you can tell me the procedure then it will be better for me.

Hello !

Thank you for your suggestion. We are actually working on 2 video guides about the new mobile templates and mobile theme. They should be ready by the end of the month.

Thank you !

Hello !

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.

You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !

Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC

You are now able to create mobile viewport templates as you can see in our guide here: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

! Atention ! If you are using mobile templates you will have to remove the mobile theme plugin and also at the moment AMP is not working with mobile templates.

Please note that at the moment the Support team is not 24/7 available. We answer the topics from Latest to Newest Monday – Friday from 08:00AM to 05:00PM GMT+2

Hello !

I am sorry for the late reply, we are a bit crowded at the moment therefore we’re doing our best in replying as fast as we can.

On desktop, AMP will use your normal view ( the one that you see it everytime )
On mobile theme you will have the mobile theme template
On mobile (without mobile theme plugin activated) you will see it like this:
https://www.screencast.com/t/78w9Jb1p

Unfortunately I haven’t found any customers that use la-mode with amp in order to send you.

I hope this was helpful !

Thank you !

Hi dsimms,
Our theme already have a mobile menu. For example if you are using the mobile mobile theme plugin -> https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-get-mobile-ready-with-newsmag-theme/ then you can set the mobile menu for mobile hamburger here -> https://i.imgur.com/FwwomRa.png
Thank you!

Hi
I understand the default mobile theme is not editable using any WYSIWYG tagDiv composer. What I see in the forum about mobile theme customization is all scattered. Will it be possible to provide a ‘Complete Guide’ of the mobile theme customization? Like, mostly we can not edit anything in the mobile theme, but, is it possible to write an article about the possibilities of editing mobile theme at all? E.g. how to change the image of header and footer, etc.
Thanks

Hi Vlads, sorry but I’m not able to give you those credentials.
If you want any information to help you and your team to figure it out, please let me know. My site is: o n t o p [dot] v n.

Right now the problem still exists on mobile devices (iPhone, iPad), when I switch to Desktop View, the frontpage theme change to the right one (the problem occures on mobile view).

Thank you.

In Theme Panel Settings (Desktop and Mobile) I set both to blue (https://prnt.sc/vhn6gt & https://prnt.sc/vhn6sp). On my Cloud Template, the mobile menu and mobile search background are both red (Template), means it doesn’t use the theme settings. But where to set this in TagDiv Composer? In CSS Settings I only find the option to set the header background color…

Hi,

How to change the mobile menu background of a cloud template?

Somehow I miss a setting for this and the normal theme settings are not applying here. (If you want to change the background image from mobile menu or search , you can do it from theme panel> background -> https://i.imgur.com/a5UgjpK.png also the colors can be change from theme panel> theme colors > mobile menu -> https://i.imgur.com/p6H7Dz0.png and the text size can be adjusted on mobile from here -> https://i.imgur.com/5Oqs6ZH.png)

Thanks!

Hi OmurHak,
The pages are black on mobile only if you are using the mobile theme plugin, then need to set for pages a separate content in mobile editor -> https://i.imgur.com/ho41rUl.png
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme (to get the same layout as on desktop on mobile) -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
Thank you!
Thank you!

Hi,
Yes, this is the new method that google for pages speed.
To can avoid this problem, you need to remove the mega menu, sticky sidebar, sticky menu, next prev buttons from blocks and other options that use ajax queries.
For removing CLS from website, you can check these similar topic:
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wpb-wrapper-causes-cls-in-desktop-version/
