I recently activated the Mobile theme and AMP plugins for my site. Because I knew that they’re not compatible with page builder pages, I removed all page builder elements from my pages, so they’re just plain html now.
However, when viewed on mobile most of those pages simply disappeared the content with the Mobile theme and AMP plugin activated. It shows the header and footer, but absolutely none of the photos or text.
This seems to only be an issue with pages that previously had content with pagebuilder. My posts look fine on mobile with the Mobile theme and AMP activated.
I’ve obviously since deactivated those plugins since I couldn’t tell if it was one or both causing the issue. But I’d like to use them, and I’m not how to fix this. Is this a bug? Does the theme somehow think that the pages that have been scrubbed of pagebuilder elements are still pagebuilder pages that aren’t compatible?
I’ve gone back and carefully checked that there’s no pagebuilder elements remaining on the affected pages. I purged my caches, but I’m not sure what else to do.

The layout its perfect but logos for mobile and ipads are blurry. How to do same thing with retina logos? where i have to put codes like i did for non retina logos? thx

hello, I just bought this theme. It is amazing and easy to use, but I have been facing some real issues, which made me really unsatisfied and disappointed.
1. When I was uploading the default theme demo, it kept saying error connecting with server; however the demo was downloaded but in a weird way, as if it is broken.
A. The wide of the page is small then the demo
B. The Menu was totally broken, especially in mobile version!
thankfully, after spending 8H trying to fix this weird issue, I figure out the solution, which is this adding this custom CSS code.

The problem is why the hell, does this mobile-nav appears in desktop version? and it’s broken in mobile version.
Please I need the theme to be wider as the demo, and the menu work without this additional css.

2. Facebook counter is not working ! it is showing 0 followers!
Please fix this issue, I even uninstall and reinstall social counter from theme panel but facebook still not working.

3. The theme is far from being mobile friendly !!!! too many render blocking CSS and JS , I used TD booster but it said conflects with WP security plugin! and it is out of questions to delete this important plugin; so I used autoptimize plugin! he successfully combine CSS, but no JS are combined !!!!
Test in google test speed page, show 20% for mobile and 80% in desktop !!! huge difference !!

5. when I activate TOP BAR, the mobile menu doesn’t work at all.
6. Lazy load is not working at all in mobile ! ( google test speed page ) show warning about lazy load in mobile.

Sorry, for my bad understanding! The theme does not have any Mobile Ads section but please notice that all of your Ads are responsive and if you will use any mobile devices, the ads will be displayed in responsive mode. I think that you have Newspaper with Mobile Theme which has this functionality, sorry! Also, if you want to have this functionality on Newsmag, you need to implement it yourself through the code and target the mobile mode with the code. Also, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

SOLVED – CLOUDFLARE ISSUE
It seems this was all due to Cloudflare.
More specifically if you go at the “Speed” section and Disable the “Rocket Loader” option, then the problem gets resolved.
Please note that this option is enabled by default when a site goes through Cloudflare, so its important to either take steps to prevent the theme from malfunctioning with default Cloudflare settings or inform your users that they need to be aware of that setting in Cloudflare.

If you have the mobile theme activate you need to build new pages for mobile, in mobile editor, https://www.screencast.com/t/wvTdtL26Iihv , this is because in order to increase the load speed on mobile you are not allowed to use builders/composers, just the classic editor.

The mobile theme does not feature a lightbox for when the images are touched, only on desktop or when the mobile theme is not active will that be possible.
The mobile theme is made to be as light as possible, it doesn’t have many settings, effects, animations etc. including the lightbox for images. There would be no CSS code that I can provide you for this.
I could give you a code to prevent images from being touched/clicked (no action) if you would want it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, I purchase Newspaper 9 and implemented the mobile theme for https://www.pipeify.com/
However, once I click via mobile device up on any of the image on Photo Gallery, it wrongly redirects me to he image media file instead of opening up the fulLscreen of the photo gallery on the mobile theme (i.e. this error only happens via mobile since on desktop once user clicks above any of the photo gallery image it correctly redirects user to the fullscreen of the photo gallery so user can navigate on photo gallery in fullscreen).
Could you please help me with the CSS code to insert on Mobile theme dashboard field so ONCE USER CLICKS ABOVE EACH IMAGE ON PHOTO GALLERY VIA MOBILE, THE MOBILE THEME WILL REDIRECT USERS TO THE FULLSCREEN OF THE PHOTO GALLERY NAVIGATION I.E.
