Hi,
Please make sure that you have the last version of the Newspaper
( v9.5 ) if you have a previous version and you have mobile theme activate, please deactivate the mobile theme until you edit the pages with tagDiv Composer.
Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Please add this code in the .htaccess , file at the end of the file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c> SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M </IfModule>
Thank you!
I know perfectly well that you hate this plugin, and you’re certainly right, but I have a large archive of images that I have to show. Especially in the mobile version.
Unfortunately I cannot find any way to display the content without giving up your wonderful plugin for Mobile (by deactivating it, I see the gallery; but I do not want to give up even your wonderful menu and the “lightness” of everything). What can I do? It’s a very important service for my web magazine …

Hi,
I have inserted as per Google AdSense instructions the codes from Adsense on html header and <body> pages from my Newspaper theme at https://pipeify.com
Also, I download the plugin Ad Inserter 2.4.9 and installed the In feed and Native Google Ad sense codes.
As you may see, it’s correctly displaying on my desktop Newspaper theme https://pipeify.com (home and posts pages)
However, it’s NOT displaying any of the Ads (Google Adsense IAB formats, In-feed, Native) on my mobile and AMP devices.
Could you please have a look into where is the issue for all the Ads not display on MOBILE and AMP devices?
Att
Camila
I have a lot of nav links I’d like to add to the menu but it won’t fit (so I have to hide them all in a “…” ellipsis button), I think it’d be welcomed to separate the desktop menu from the mobile menu to allow more nav links on mobile since there’s more vertical space to scroll. Thanks!
Hello,
I wonder if there’s way to make the video background works on mobile?
It works on desktop, but stops on mobile (plus its adding unplayable youtube play button)
Thanks
Please help, when I update the latest template. My website, the display on the car version is problematic.

How to, display images like this;

How to solve it.
Thank you…
I would like to use a larger logo size in header style 5. I am using newspaper theme v9.1 and can’t upgrade to 9.5 at this time. I would like to have a larger logo in header style 5. Can you provide me with the CSS code to do this so I can display a larger logo on desktop and tablet screen sizes? The default mobile menu logo size for header style 5 is fine as is, it just needs to be larger on desktop and tablet screen sizes.
It seems that the conflict is with AppPresser. Have you guys worked with them at all? There’s a “mobile theme” that is not active but is managed through their plugin for building mobile iOS and Android apps.
Want to pull the thread on trying to understand what’s causing it to get it worked out. I’m reaching out to them too, but checking to see if you have any experience.
Thanks! Tim

Hi,
That is not possible, the mobile menu mode will be displayed only on mobile. this is how it was designed.
If there is a problem with the menu on tablets, maybe there is something that can be done about it. Provide a link to the website so I can check on tablet mode.
Thanks
Hi,
There are two cases. If you do not use the mobile theme you can customize here

If you use the mobile plugin you can customize it here

Dear, Great Job the code solve the problem of Woocommerce gallery text, But it still has some room for improvement.
1) The mobile padding for me sometimes looks fine, too wide and it sometimes overlapping the text of the product including its price. Plz take a look at the pic:
2) I want to slightly enlarge the text of the Woocommerce gallery let’s say 1-2px, how can I achieve that?
3) Can we make the product display size in gallery and recent products somewhat wider than the default in the mobile devices? It is absolutely perfect for desktop devices, but it is slightly thinner in mobile devices. Please let me know if we can fix it.
Thanks again for this magnificent effort.
Thanks
How can I change the pixel value for the switch between the normal menu and the drop down mobile menu? My menu is too big on tablets (portrait) which makes it look al weird with overlapping menu and logo etc, so I want it to switch to the drop down mobile menu sooner.
Thank you Simion,
I have worked on my block titles thanks to you.
I have problem using mobile to register on my site. the site will allow you to create an account using mobile, now the site will send you a link to your email to create your password. if you click on the link it will go blank (using mobile). please use an active email and mobile to run the test, you will see the error.
Thank you sir
Hello Catalin, thank you for your time, but am talking about the mobile registration error. I couldn’t see the shortcode you where talking about. please give step by step instruction to follow or I can give u access to the admin panel.
Please help me out here as this is the only thing holding me back
Can I send a private message with the link so you can check.
Sometimes it shows correctly for Ipads but when you click on a post it seems to go back to the mobile theme.
Hi Calin,
Everything seams to be OK on the desktop, but on mobile there is a white space on top of the header..

How can I fix this?
Thank you
Hello, I added a new menue tab, but it has a different color, how can I change that?
So it has the same color like the other menue tabs?
Picture: http://prntscr.com/mkm5zn
On mobile it has also an other color: http://prntscr.com/mkm3w6
Website: https://champlife.de/
Thanks, Simion. No, it was when it wasn’t active. So here’s what I think. It was caching. Something went weird and got cached. When I went back at it this morning, it’s now working. 1) I hate caching and 2) did I mention I hate caching? 🙂
Anyway, let’s call this resolved as I think that’s what it was. BTW, I’m not using the mobile theme as I need the capabilities of the builder and the different tagDiv designs.
Thanks for the quick reply…and the moral of this is beware of caching…as always.
1) The padding in mobile devices still remains the same and I didn’t observe any change.
2) Can you make the Woocommerce Text size as bold and large as used in the Woocommerce product? Plz used the same font pixel as used in woocommerce products and make it bolder.
I have set the CSS Code and wouldn’t remove it as suggested by you.
Thanks for your cooperation.

Hi,
So the issue happens just when the mobile theme plugin is active? We could take a look at it, send us admin login at contact@tagdiv.com and we will activate the mobile theme to see what is happening exactly. If you have any more useful details mention these in the email.
Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
