After running a test on the Firefox developer browser (picking a mobile device), I discovered this error message in the console when on the non-working categories:
TypeError: jQuery(…).attr(…) is undefined[Learn More]

What could that be? Are you sure it is not a theme fault?
It fixes it on desktop browsers, makes it worse on mobile version (Safari, chrome, others). Please check and suggest solutions.
Hi there, I just bought your Newspaper theme. I have a old site and I am testing your theme on localhost before I go live with it. Here are a few issues I am facing. Kindly help me resolve them.
When I press the Save button in Tag Div composer, it keeps showing the loading sign perpetually. Some features are saved and some aren’t.
The Revolution Slider is not working in Tag Div. I paste the alias but the slider doesn’t show.
There is Editor Picks, Popular Posts and Popular categories in my Footer. I don’t know where it is coming from. I have emptied Footer 1,2 and 3 in widgets but these lists don’t go away.
I want to know whether there is a way to use different headers and color schemes on different pages.
I also want to know whether I can preview how my posts will look on mobile screen. Also, which of AMP and Mobile Theme is active on my site as it shows both in theme panel.

I want to know how to place an ad within the news feed on my front page. The site is PlanetFreeWill.com.
It would be ideal if the ad would stay in place within the feed, but also have the feed function normally.
A bonus gem of knowledge would be to have the ad only display on either desktop or mobile … not both.

After the latest update, my adsense ads appear only on header and sidebar. Ads are not appearing on article top, article middle and article bottom. If i open chrome on my mobile, i can see all the ads but the issue is happening only with desktop browser.

Every day I schedule new posts for the next day, but when these posts are posted to my website and they are not seen, I have to refresh the page to see new posts.
This happens to my visitors, they sometimes think that there are no new posts, it also happens from the mobile version.
I’ve tried different browsers and the same thing happens, you always see the old post instead of the new post.
I deleted the cache plugins, but it does not change anything

You can visualize how it will look like on mobile using the viewport switcher, in the composer

Some settings are even per viewport, so you can have a specific setting set per device.
If the optional mobile theme is not installed, the same content from desktop will be displayed across all devices.
Installing the mobile plugin will display a different and much simpler version of the website.
That would be all there is to it. If I misunderstand something please correct me.

It is as you say for me as well, only for those category pages. But what would be so special about them. Seems that only on those pages there is an error, some conflict

Maybe something in those pages tries to load only on mobile, the errors is not present on desktop. Block pagination does not work on mobile in those pages, when clicked leads to the top of the page. Javascript is broken but only in these categories.
The first step would be plugins, deactivate them all if possible, leave only theme plugins active. Check if the issue is solved. If you use any ads in the pages remove them temporarily and check again.

The ads are now working, will there be an amp logo? the mobile logo is fine except for the amp pages.
Regarding the menu i really hope you will add it.. Its important, i used to use WP AMP however it couldnt be validated by google. So i am using yours.
I am also receiving validation errors.
The property ‘minimum-scale’ is missing from attribute ‘content’ in tag ‘meta name=viewport
The mandatory attribute ‘amp-custom’ is missing in tag ‘style amp-custom’
Please advise how to fix this

I have inspected your website on mobile and the menu items seem to work as expected and the menu it’s seems to be responsive. Also, where is the World menu item because I did not see it? Provide more details about your problem so I can identify it.

The AMP pages don’t have a menu, maybe one will be implemented in the future. The design of the AMP plugin is based on the AMP variant the SEO Yoast website uses

Still not clear how to visualize on my mobile the page I built through a template and/or tagDiv composer.
I’ve seen the space on the bottom part of each page “mobile version” but I can not believe I need to edit twice a page. I’m looking to the panel theme looking for a way to connect what I’m doing for the web version with the mobile one but I can’t find any.
Do I need to install the mobile plugin? I read is not mandatory, it just speeds up the mobile version.

Maybe you are trying to install an older version of the plugin. Install the mobile theme from the same theme package you downloaded from themeforest.

Regarding the other issue, the mobile theme front page will try to display a post grid at the top. The posts that are displayed there will be picked from the “Featured” category

If there are no posts in the mentioned category, the grid will be empty. So add posts to the Featured category (created by default).
Or disable the optional mobile plugin and display the same content from desktop. It all depends on your choice.

Strangely on mobile when on two category pages, the hamburger menu want open when clicked on it.
It works on all the other pages/posts, but not on 2 specific category pages (they seem to have nothing special compared to other categories and it only happens when on a mobile device).
What could that be?
Unfortunately, that only hides the background, not prevent it from loading in the first place.
I want to save on the website resources, so I don’t want the background to load on the mobile site.

I updated my ad units from propellor ads to adsense and my site still has propeller ads on it only the mobile version though, The desktop is updated.

I could not use even free sliders of Revolution slider. its wants to get premium member. Anyway i find another plugin and its useful for dekstop. But the problem is that my mobile theme had a row under logo. It a writing “No post.” how I can move this from on mobile theme. Thanks for your help.

I’m running Newspaper 9.0 on http://www.getindiegaming.com and while the desktop site loads wonderfully, the mobile version takes a very long time to render.
This of course means the menu option isn’t displayed which is… well it is what it is. If anyone could suggest anything we might do to improve things, that would be awesome.
