How can I remove category tags on mobile theme? I have disabled category tags for all modules but still, on mobile site, it is showing up. Also, is there any way I can load the complete desktop version on mobile in a mobile theme? My left and right bars are missing please help.

Hi,
Maybe I am not understanding the problem properly. This is how I see it. On desktop these menu items do not do anything when clicked
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VlRhCwAz
On mobile the same menu items when clicked don’t do anything. There is no link for those menu items.
Both the Movies and Trailers are mega-menus, they are created properly. The normal behaviour would be that those menu items can be clicked and lead to the parent category. Please click on the Fashion menu item in the live demo
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
So either in your case there the Movies and Trailers were not added as categories, or something is affecting the mega-menu, maybe plugins. The only errors I see on your website are related to a missing image and one related to the CDN rocket loader (which is not recommended to be used with the theme)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/BB9rslUGqoHU
You could check again if the menu items are set as categories. If they are, deactivate all plugins except theme plugins. Clear all caching and CDN, check if the menu items can be clicked.
I would like to make the mobile menu transparent, if I set the opacity to 75% just become lighter, as if there was a white layer below.
The text is displayed in paragraphs on the mobile editor.
I’ve tried adding manual html for paragraphs in the mobile text editor also, however it disappears when I save it.
The text appears as paragraphs, but on mobile device there are no paragraphs. When I do a double space, I get a in the mobile text editor, but this also doesn’t do anything when viewed on mobile device
How i can use Top Grid and Latest article from mobile theme plugin on my custom pages for mobile theme? Because I want some page on mobile to looks same like Home Page on mobile. Thank you.
Hi,
Then it is not a browser issue, the problem is in almost all cases caused by a form of caching. Either caching plugins or CDN caching or configuration. Try to review your CDN settings, also note that maybe your hosting provides a form of caching.
The mobile theme plugin is optional, it it does not work with your current setup you could simply not use it. There will be no problem.
Seems there are no paragraphs in the mobile version of the text. There should be paragraphs tags, like in my test
– https://www.screencast.com/t/qWcU7TlHX2WV
– https://www.screencast.com/t/DGlfNx0k2
In your case there are only spans
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IXP22ZOOOiY6
Without paragraphs there will be no spaces. Try to test in a new page, add text and add a few enter presses to create paragraphs. There should not be any problems.
Hello,
1,2)Try the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area
@media(max-width:767px){
.td-header-wrap {
background-color:white;
}
.td-search-icon i{
color:black;
}
}
#td-top-mobile-toggle i{
color: black;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/8gY06w25n
3)If you want to change the Back to Top position button you should use the code below to have control over it.
.td-scroll-up {
bottom: 24px;
left: 4px;
opacity: 0.7;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NzEcs7EXZl
Thanks.
Hi there,
Site URL – http://tranqway.com
1.) How to change the background color in the mobile header to white? Currently it is coming black so the logo looks weird.
Kindly check screenshot :
https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/3371823/8cd68114adcf5a593d379bc43ce86c63
2.) After the header becomes white the hamburger icon and search icon will have to be turned white. Kindly help me achieve that as well.
3.) Is it possible to move the back to top position? Currently, a notification plugin icon is covering it.
Thanks,
Prasenjit.
Hello Philip Brookes,
It seems that your mobile layout is loaded on desktop view. This problem may happen due to a CDN, server caches, browser caches or something like this. Try to clear and purge all of them, use only the required plugins and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
We will try to reply as soon as possible. Please notice the support hours displayed in the top forum banner also in the sidebar and account for the time difference.
Also as a side note, please try to not reply in your own topic more than once, unless absolutely required. That will refresh the topic and delay our response. We always answer from oldest topics to newest.
Regarding your questions, it is still unclear what you are trying to do. Mention some more details/examples of what you are referring to, for a better understanding.
If you use our mobile theme, this is the documentation for it
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you do not use the optional mobile theme plugin, then the same content from desktop will be displayed.
Thanks
Hi,
I have inspected the website homepage on mobile, I don’t see anything wrong with it. What exactly are you referring to?
Hi,
The topic is not closed, you can reply in it when you want and continue the conversation.
Regarding the problem you are having, please see this topic

Hi,
When enabled the whole website should change, not just a few pages. That means it is not working correctly. There will be one template used for all posts, category pages, etc regardless of what is used or selected on desktop.
The mobile theme and also main theme may not work properly with the Cloudflare rocket loader I see you use. Try disabling that feature and check again.
I’m now finding the reverse – the desktop version showing on the mobile.
I also have Google Adsense ads showing on our mobile version, but we’re not a Google Adsense partner and haven’t installed any Adsense code. Really appreciate some help with this mystery!
Hi! We came back to our site https://www.securitysolutionsmagazine.biz/ today and discovered that the home page is displaying mobile-optimised at all resolutions rather than the normal desktop view – I have no idea where this could even be configured in the settings, if we made a mistake. Your help would be greatly appreciated. If you click through to another post you’ll see it displaying with the correct desktop navigation, etc…
Hi, my mobile page content is not displaying correct.
The text has no paragraphs at all. https://www.expertmortgageadvisor.co.uk
It’s always been like this, however I can’t seem to fix it. Posts are fine.
Hi,
I see you have used the flex block in the page. Note that this block can be configured as you want by device. So for example if you want to display 3 modules per as you do now, it will look good on desktop. But on mobile it will not, so display fewer modules per row on mobile
– https://www.screencast.com/t/23hFY2P2
– https://www.screencast.com/t/RPlZLr9Ljzc
One module per row would be suited for mobile.
The page template you are using is the overlay template, this will position the header over the page content, in this case over the slider. This template would not be the best to use if you want to display a slide below the header. These are some demos that use it, that is how it should be used if possible
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_spa/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_smart_app/
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_construction/
In your case it would be like this, with no background color
– https://www.screencast.com/t/b5PoXxMK
You should consider changing the page template for better results
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1cMUKPafR
Thanks
Hi,
I don’t understand why my previous ticket has been closed ¿?, the cache has purged, Cloudfare, Server an Plugins, but the issue persists.
Hi
Well it must be enabled as some pages are loading with the mobile pages and others are not. I have also checked the mobile plugin and its activated
I disabled my caching plugin and it was still not showing the homepage as mobile
Hi,
I checked the page you provided on mobile, I had no problem scrolling down and the infinite loading worked properly. I used mobile Chrome browser and Android device. If you could mention what device should we test on, I will try to make more tests.
But from what I can see the page loads and scrolls down properly at the moment.
Hello @Catalin
I don’t know if I’m doing it right, I don’t think so. I can’t see results on the web, everything is still the same.
https://fotos.subefotos.com/045d017afe7906794679a48b6f82c126o.jpg
AND…
.td-post-template-5 .td-post-header .entry-title{
text-align:center;
}
.single h2 {
color:red!important;
}
This other code seems to work very well on pc and mobile, but it doesn’t work on AMP. How can I make it work on AMP too?
Thank you

Regarding the issue, from what I can see at the moment you do not have the mobile theme active. When activated the homepage will be the predefined mobile page
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Issues with the mobile theme not working correctly are in almost all cases related to caching used and CDN maybe. We recommend the WP Super Cache
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
And CDN with this configuration if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Let us know.
Thanks
On Desktop it looks fine, but it looks ultra wired on mobile, 3 rwos each column on smartphone? whats going on here? 😀
And the Header use position absolut, so the slider goes under the header. Here we need something like that:
body {
&.home {
.td-main-content-wrap {
padding-top: 150px;
}
}
}
I know css, but i can not belive that the theme dont have basic stuff like that inside. I mean when i can setup the header position absolut, then it must be create a padding top automaticly… no one need content behind the header…
