Hello Bogdan,
Actually – it’s opposite. I can change slug but I cannot rename category. As soon as I change name of the category site behaves as if there was no “Featured” category. At least that’s what happens on the mobile version of the site.
Thanks,
— Pawel
The code is not wrong. The im plementation could be wrong or the ads themeselves. Please try with a standard image ad.
Place this ad in the theme panel-> custom ad 2 for testing:
<div class="td-all-devices"><a href="#"><img src="http://bigmobile.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/728x902.gif" /></a></div>
Thanks
Hello theasder,
I have checked your website on mobile mode and I did not saw any problems with your Inline Ad. Everything seems to work as properly. If the problem is still there, please provide the right link for this post so I can take a closer look.
Thanks for the message!
I have another question about mobile version…
I write for http://urbanista.com.tr/
If you check the website from your phone, you’ll see that our header add doesn’t fit the page. What’s the problem here?
thank you
Hello Bloggeravisen,
Please keep in mind that the mobile theme will display only the Featured posts in Top Grids and therefore if you do not have Featured posts, the theme will display nothing. Check your panel and see if you have or not post in Featured Category, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wPVqy6oNU9
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
For the moment the mobile theme does not have this option indeed. Hopefully in a future release we will be able to provide such a feature.
Thanks.
Please give me some solution for this problem.
Hi
It works correctly with the desktop version, but there are problems with the versone Mobile: you see a gray area in the lower part of the image.
Thanks
The mobile template looks awesome but not having the option to offset articles or enable unique articles option is for me a big negative. It shows in the example that nacionpix mentioned.
Reading the big grid 1st article then scrolling 2 articles further you see the same article again makes the mobile template not very usable which is sad because the template looks so great on my phone. Better than desktop version in my case.
Hope Tagdiv will come up with a solution.
Best template and support in the industry IMO.
Hi
I have to mobile add on for my page Bloggeravisen.no
I have followed the Guided docs.
In the mobile version the grids are not showing on the front page ( home) only latest articals. I have checked in back end that the template is on defulte on the mobil editor.
Hi,
By default, the theme comes bundled with the default responsive mobile version. Also, if you choose to install the mobile theme plugin, the mobile version will be enabled. If you do not use the Mobile theme plugin – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ when on mobile devices, the responsive version of the theme will display which means the content you add on desktop will be seen on mobile aswell adapted for smaller displays for better usage and conveniency. The responsive feature is implemented in most of the elements of the page.
Thanks
It works on mobiles as well but you will have to increase your loading speed a bit. It takes a bit until the css is applied. After the page is loaded completely, the css will work.
Please use this guide to increase your loading speeds: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you!
I did the same thing. I want my mobile output to look like the Newspaper 7 does on mobile. Is this possible?
i’m trying to deactivate all responsive features, i want my website look like desktop in mobile too but doesn’t work, i try to modify the mediaQueries in style.css but doesn’t work either, need some help!
With this code I fix the issue in the posts, but the problem continues in the homepage in mobile phone (vertical).
Can you try to scrool on the screen to the right or left the site wobbled left and right and doesn’t remain fixed and central?
How can I solve this problem?
Thanks for your help
Massimo
Hello,
The theme is downloaded from envato.
As for the parallax on the mobile theme, this cannot be done as the mobile theme does not use such features. It will convert any post style to the standard mobile post template.
Thank you!
Thanks!
Can I at least update it’s name to something meaningful to my visitors? It’s pretty bad now as if I remove it I still get featured stories on my mobile site
Hi,
I have problems showing up ads on the mobile version of my website: buquero.com
I’m using AdSense, the desktop version shows everything as expected but the mobile theme just shows a blank space.
I’m adding the AdSense code to the Mobile theme Header Ad section: https://www.dropbox.com/s/rk6xs4wgtdf6hz7/Screen%20Shot%202017-01-17%20at%207.33.12%20AM.png?dl=0
Can you please help me?
Thanks,
Christian
Thank you very much, we know how to do it, but we do not see the latest version of the theme.
A question How can we implement the Parallax function in the articles but in the mobile version? We are afraid to install the plugin
Thank you
Hi Bogdan,
I tried all the things you suggested as the corrective measure the problem still continues. Not only the font size is different in all the posts but when I open website using mobile plugin, different posts have different font style, color and size.
Kindly guide me how to resolve the issue.

Hello,
@ ThePhotoConnection The homepage in the mobile theme is predefined from the theme code. You cannot change it from the theme settings. This is specified here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
@Christian Valencia The mobile theme translation will pick up the theme general theme panel translations. Just clear the cache after you translate your site. I’m not sure about the second part though as google translate does not seem to handle it well. Please use english
Thanks
is there anyway to edit the homepage for just the mobile? If i change it right now, it will affect both the desktop and mobile set up, any way to isolate mobile?
Hello,
1. You are probably using the mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
You have to add mobile content to your pages for them to show anything on the mobile theme plugin.
2. It seems the mobile theme has a compatibility issue with the facebook browsers. From a normal browser it works. The issue is only present on the facebook app browser. Our theme is only compatible with the standard browsers: https://www.screencast.com/t/2iC0x28bbF9
We have this issue on our test list though but i cannot promise anything will be done about it as facebook is not a standard browser.
Thank you!
Hello,
Unfortunately you cannot use blocks on the mobile theme as it does not use visual composer. Blocks are added through visual composer which the mobile theme does not recognize. Sorry but the only way to showblocks on mobile is to use the standard responsive version of the theme and disable the mobile theme plugin .
Thanks
Hello,
For the moment I see you do not use the mobile theme plugin. Right now you use the responsive version of the theme for mobile phones which means the content you add on desktop will be seen on mobile as well. If you want to use the mobile theme plugin, please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
