Hi
I’ve checked both your sites and mobile menus works fine now: http://screencast.com/t/qzKK6tOGa0md – http://screencast.com/t/7jZ5h2yx However I’ve found some js errors in browser’s console which may affect theme’s functionality: http://screencast.com/t/nn4lz9tekA7r Try top deactivate all plugin except Visual Composer, deactivate the child theme, clear all caches, then test the site again.
Also if you still have the issues with mobile menu please provide more specific detail about them so we can duplicate the situation on our site and get back to you with a more accurate answer.
Thanks!
Hi,
As I see it you do not use the mobile theme now. You have disabled the plugin so you have the responsive version of the site. AT the moment you have the same smartlist 1 on both mobile and desktop. Smartlist 1 is also the default smartlist our theme will fall back to if you use the mobile theme. There ill not be any smartlist 7 on the mobile theme. i have checked the link you posted but it’s still smartlist 1 so I can;t see any problem or any smartlist 7
Thank you!
Hi,
We love the theme (newspaper).
Only got 2 issues so far:
1. http://baws.se/ (utf8 characters – error… as you can see, also on mobile end, even though I’ve followed the steps you should with the .htaccess etc….)
2. This link for example http://baws.se/annonsering-kontakt/ and http://baws.se/avtal-villkor/ which can be reached from the footer. Doesn’t show up from the mobile end…. ?
Thats it for now, really happy otherwise!
Look forward to the solutions for the issues above.
Actually, I only need this kind of code for the Desktop site, as I’m fine for the tablets (which is only 6-10% of my audience) and fot the mobile, I’m gonna use the mobile theme.
So, I guess if you help me with some code, I’ll use it in the Desktop section of responsive CSS which I only saw it today (was it part of the update?).
Hello,
Our mobile page is displaying all categories. I don’t want that, I would like to select some categories to show. Is there a way? http://www.wrestleview.com (On desktop it’s good).
Thanks.
On the demo there is a bunch of different elements in the mobile homepage. I cannot seem to figure out how to add anything besides the text, and the standard layout (recent articles + 3 article preview). How can I add things like recent posts from specific categories?
Where and how do you detect mobile device ? On my iPhone I see the mobile site but on my ipad I see the desktop site. If you tell me where the detections happen I can override it.
Is there a way to keep the mobile menu header always visible? Right now I only seem to be able to get it to stay when users scroll upwards (it disappears when they scroll down).
Thanks.
Thanks a lot Bogdan
It seems to have worked. I think it was the photon plugin on jetpack. I have deactivated it. Hopefully i still get the same performance without it. However, it seems my mobile display has gone all fuzzy now. I didnt do anything else, I just deleted all my cache and deactivated the photon. When i reactivate it, it still remains fuzzy… You can view my mobile version with the same link above and then minimizing to the portrait mobile orientation.
I just installed the new version, and I am having all sorts of issues with the Mobile Navigation menu. Please take a look: http://hebron2.selectlineup.com
Ever since the mobile navigation was upgraded, I have not been able to update my main site due to sporadic issues with the navigation. Here is my production site: http://hebronhawksbaseball.com
Please help
Yes, I know.
But, the Mobile Smart List isn’t the SMART LIST1?
Why my mobile theme is loading the SMART LIST 7
Again, Take a look (in mobile):
http://exploreorlando.com.br/comparativo-brasil-x-eua-produtos-de-mercado/
I think there is a bug, I need the Smart List1
Hi i have done all the steps as shown in
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
but unable to gain page speed its showing 83 for desktop and 66 for mobile can you please help me out.
With the modern tablets and phones which are capable of full desktop browsing I think such and option is a must.
Can you think about adding such setting on the theme ? One should be able to complete disable mobile mode. Most sites have links to switch mobile to desktop version.
I’ve tried to change it to 3.0, and it seems to be working, probably it’s just a coincidence considering what you said. I can’t check by myself because I’ve cleared cache everywhere, but I’m not receiving any complaints from users. so I think it’s ok.
Just another question: I’ve used this code to add the “hamburger” icon for menu on mobile devices. No changes made to other files. It seems to be working, can you confirm that this is ok?
.td-icon-mobile:before {
content: ‘\e80e’;
}

Hi,
Like Bogdan stated above the mobile theme comes with it own templates and the homepage content has a grid which displays featured articles and the latest articles section. There are not other sorting, filtering options in backend and also the offset feature is not available. We will consider it in future theme updates and also more options for mobile grid.
Thanks!
Ok thank you for the info, one more question, does the mobile theme support post offsets on the homepage just like the desktop blocks?
Hey Guys so i recently activated the mobile theme for my website, and its been working great for thus far. I only have one issue , on opera mini the menu doesn’t render well is there a quick fix for this check out the screenshot below:

Hi,
The latest articles will only show the latest articles in the newest to oldest order. You cannot change the sorting with css unfortunately. If the latest articles on the mobile theme is what you are referring to, then there is no easy way to change the sorting. sorry. You will require substantial coding skills to do it as there was no sorting option added in the code.
Thank you!
Hello,
The mobile theme on desktop issue is a caching issue. Please check your cache and cdn server settings as if the cache is too strong, it will use the mobile theme on desktop as well.
As for the login, we have no such reports. The theme will not show any login details if there is no user actually logged in. This would be a terrible security issue and I can assure you there is no such security risk in our theme.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Thank you!
Hi,
The mobile theme will convert your smartlist to the default one as there will only be 1 smartlist, 1 post template, 1 homepage layout, 1 header, 1 footer and so on. Please read more about the mobile theme here:https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Your content will be converted for top loading speeds.
If you do not want to use the mobile theme you can simply deactivate the plugin.
Thank you!
Okay!
Thank you Bodgan 🙂
Now using Custom CSS, how do I change the LATEST ARTICLES section to the exact order I have on the desktop.
Can you also send the the codes for the mobile ads?
hello, my website is http://www.jainmantras.com
The problem that i’m facing is , the mobile version of mobile loads on desktop many times, some times it works fine, sometimes there is such issue.
also sometimes on mobile it shows admin user as logged in, even though admin is not logged in.
Kindly help
Thanks
Hi,
Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ You can customize the mobile ads, the mobile header and footer sections from the mobile settings of the theme panel. You cannot change the header and footer as the mobile theme uses only one header and one footer style. There are no other styles to chose from at the moment
For your third request please provide more details so i can understand better how to help.
Thank you!
Hi,
@drfrancky As i understand it, you require the desktop version to show on mobile. Unfortunately our theme does not have such an option. It can be done but you will have to change lots of css so we recommend hiring a freelancer to help out as this will be no easy task.
@tayoso92 Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ if you also require the desktop version on mobile, the same answer as above applies
Thank you!
