Hello @maribilerm !

Please edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, check the filters in the blocks: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Click on the logo element and check in the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

Thank you!

Hi,

The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
You can disable the mobile theme plugin on the pages from the Gutenberg editor using the following option => https://www.screencast.com/t/axXRJsWby
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/ and choose what mobile version you want.

Thank you!

Hello @cassiano12 !

Yes, or the cache plugin. We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

Thank you!

I use template Newsweek Pro
I’m having trouble displaying posts with a tag and category filter. Some posts seem to be missing, but I see these posts with rights tags and belong to the correct categories in the admin system.
And another problem with the logo for the mobile version. I change my logo but still see the previous build logo
What’s wrong?

Hello Rohan!

You should create the content with the Mobile Editor. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
Or, if there is a plugin conflict, then the plugin’s team should provide a patch in order to work with the Mobile theme plugin.

Thank you!

Hello,
My website use Newspaper 12,5,1 and the Paid Membership Pro plugin. Everything is fine with the web version but the mobile theme sucks with the PMP Pro Plugin.
I know it works if I don’t use the Mobile Theme because the web version is responsive but my problem is that if I don’t use the mobile theme, then the speed on Google Insight is catastrophic.

Any Recommendation?
Thank you.

Hello @cassiano12 !

This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.

Thank you!

Hi, i have a problem on mobile version (specially on tablet version go to desktop).

See this:

This is a normal post on our website:
https://mipylist.com.br/park-city-motivos-conhecer/

If you see, the post are correct on desktop.

But, some articles, who you access on desktop, enter a mobile version (tablet version). See one example:
https://mipylist.com.br/jogos-san-francisco-49ers-nfl/

This problem happened in a lot of posts. Some posts are normal on desktop, some posts we see this mobile version.

How I can fix this?

Thanks

I use the AMP option. The reason why don’t I use the AMP+mobile theme option is it stops showing “Last Updated Date” on the post on the mobile screen once I use this option. That is another issue.

Hello,

The tagdiv analyzer is only beta; we recommend it only if you have a few blocks on the page and a standard style.
The page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website. A good choice for the page speed, could be the mobile layout which contains fewer elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
There are many optimization guides provided by our users here in the forum, some made by us; you could check some of them

Also, pagespeed is not covered by support -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/

If you use Wp Rocket, you can try to exclude the following files
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
tdBlocksArray

Hello!

Do you use this option in the theme panel -> mobile theme: https://prnt.sc/bINIliEGCzPt ?

Thank you!

Hi,

Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edited with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.

Thank you!

Hello Megan!

Do you mean the login sign/in element or the menu login from opt-in builder?
The first one, is the default login of WordPress and the other one is based on subscriptions.
Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit, delete or adjust the elements to look better.
If you hover over the setting and you have this toggle enabled: https://prnt.sc/SxseKWMXE0Nt, then you can see what it means.
There is actually a recycle bin basket for every element https://www.screencast.com/t/wFYdqgpo6pT
You can hide from all users from the CSS tab of every element -> Display: Hidden. You can also hide the entire row.
If you can’t find an element after you have hidden it on every viewport, check this thread for the solution: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cssdisplay-show-or-hidden/

Thank you!
