Hello,

Seems you have the mobile theme and AMP are still activated on the website. Please deactivate those plugins and purge the cache a few times.
Please disable the redirect from the mobile version to amp -> https://i.imgur.com/7Z7V82x.png using that option your visitors will never see the responsive version, only the amp version.

The AMP works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Documentation here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Note that you can not customize AMP so much, because it comes with its own design.
There are some settings in the Theme panel -> Mobile Theme and Dashboard -> AMP only.
You can not add a shortcode as in the TagDiv Composer. Please note that you can’t customize the AMP pages with the TagDiv Composer.
Make sure the redirect mobile visitors to amp option is disabled.

Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/

Thank you!

HI,

Unfortunately, you can not use it on the Mobile Theme Plugin because it has its own templates and they can not be editable with the tagDiv Composer. There are no other alternatives.

Thank you for understanding!

Hi Calin,
I have made the changes as per your suggestions and able to get the best performance stats.
But, the main problem remains unsolved. I am still not getting the mobile page layout to work in sync, every time there is different layout loads sometimes the responsive version of the homepage and sometimes the mobile page layout.
I am really worried about why it is failing to load the mobile page layout every time.
Please help here.
Thanks

My website originall had tagDiv Mobile Theme & AMP plug in installed. When I would view my website through my mobile phone I was not able to view any pages on the mobile device. I couldn’t figure out the reason behind this, so I decided to deactivate both plug ins & delete them.

When I view the website from the mobile device, the issue is still there. Some of the pages display a “EXIT MOBILE VIEW” and when I select that the Page works. The issue is that I have to click that in order for the page to show.

Some pages don’t display that option, not sure why. I noticed the header menu changes when directed to mobile view, and it shows a LOG IN option even though that option was removed in the settings, and the mobile menu is not there.

Why are the pages not showing on the mobile devices? The plug ins are not installed and deleted, the pages should work.

This is the about us page, the content can’t be viewed on the mobile device & there is no option to exit the mobile view.

This is picture shows the mobile menu, anytime I view a mobile page and I select the menu, I get that page, which is a SIGN IN for WordPress…. this is not something I created.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ItOJWxlm7Z96MVXWtJ1jA1Q6lZLlSwcX/view?usp=share_link

This is another page (Privacy Policy) and this page does show the option of “EXIT MOBILE VIEW”
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1J4x4rZXySKByyzC9BsuVbYUtX4SDrtTh/view?usp=share_link

How can I fix this problem?

When I exit mobile view from the browser the URL changes and it ends in /?noamp=mobile#, Keep in mind I don’t have AMP or Mobile Theme plug ins installed, so the links shouldn’t be redirected to anything.

Hi,
Is it really not possible to use infinite scroll when using the mobile theme? If not do you plan to intergrate that into your theme?
Without switching theme, what is the best option to use infinite scrolling on mobile?

Hello, I’ve a Newspaper license, I’m waiting instructions on how to switch it from another account to this one.
I don’t understand that much how should I work with the responsive options, and the mobile theme.
I’ve built an homepage with the tagdiv composer. I set things like “columns width”=50%. Now if I resize the window from PC, on smaller window it looks bad. If I enter from mobile, it loads the mobile them.
In order to have my website work 100% with any screen resolution, screen resize etc., should I edit the options of ALL ROWS/COLUMNS/ELEMENTS for ALL the 4 viewport that appear on the top of the tagdiv composer siderbar?

Thanks.

Sorry. I forgot to list the browser.

I see this issue when I use Firefox on my mobile phone. If I use Chrome, everything works fine.

Hi sonicstadia,
If this is displaying sometimes, but not all the time, then it can be from the cache. Do you have the mobile cache enabled? (https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ -> https://i.imgur.com/ftWFdTe.png)
Also, if you want we can take a look at this in private via email at contact@tagdiv.com where you can also provide wp-admin access so we can check all the settings and see if there is something that can interfere.
Thank you!

I turned off all mobile plugins because it’s easier for me to make the site. The problem I now have is when I go to the post it uses a different header, some generic one. And on other pages that work and look fine, the footer is different. Any solutions to this issue? TNX in advance

Hi Calin,

I have made the recommended configurations in the Wp-Super-Cache plugin. Check this https://imgur.com/puSBmb4 but the result is the same. It is not stable, sometimes serving the responsive version and sometimes the mobile page.

Should I use another plugin like wp-rocket or is there any JavaScript that I have to rule out from caching?

Thanks.

I checked, all the required plugins are installed and enabled… The issue I’m having right now is just the Mobile Homepage, no matter what I do to fix it, it’s displaying the Desktop site, all other mobile pages are working just fine. I have tried disabling and re-enabling the tagDiv Mobile Theme several times, sometimes it fixes it temporarily, other times it just won’t work. Please help

Hello,

I was editing some posts for my website and when I published them I noticed that Header 8, which I use for almost everything on my website, is malfunctioning and displaying another line for some reason.

Here’s the image so you can see what I’m talking about: Header 8

I updated the theme and purged cache, but it’s still like this. I tested it with different browsers and on mobile, and the problem is present there as well.

The URL to my website is: https://jebanje.rs/

Thank you in advance for your help.

On the website parlamentnizpravy.cz the solution may have helped, but on the second website http://www.fintop.cz the problem with the mobile menu still persists despite the recommended solution. Can you suggest something?

Thanks.

Hello,

The situation is that when you set the background video on row on mobile version and you are using a mobile device, the website will load very slow and in some situations, it will not load completely, therefore, our developers decided that this feature will affect negatively the mobile version and so was not implemented.

Thank you for your understanding!

Hi.

We are using “Newspaper The Rimont Pro” Theme (https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_the_rimont_pro/).

Unable to connect on Mobile or Tablet. SEE THE SCREENSHOT OF OUR PHONE HERE: https://imgur.com/a/XHv5YJq .

When we try to connect on Tablets and on Mobile Phones, we receive the following error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32768 bytes) in /home/.../public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_css_res_compiler.php on line 211

There has been a critical error on this site.

Why is that ???
How to correct this error and allow the direction connection on small and medium devices because it is completely difficult for us to access the home pages of our site on Cell Phones (Mobile) and Tablets ???

Please reply to us.
Awaiting your reply.
Cordially.

Hi guys,

I’ve found some issues regarding the row’s video background option:
1. On mobiles, the video is not loading/starting. You can see the problem also in your demo page: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_smart_app/support
2. If a self-hosted URL is used instead, the video is not stretched correctly to the height but resized, keeping the aspect ratio.

With Youtube video:

With self-hosted video:
Self-hosted video

Please fix these issues; everything worked well before the update.

Have a nice day!

Hi,

I am using Cloudflare for caching (no other plugin). I have created a mobile page for the homepage of my website – https://www.buzinessbytes.com/

Sometimes it shows the mobile page on the mobile but sometimes it shows the responsive version of the desktop homepage. I have tried disabling the caching from Cloudflare and even purged the cache several times but nothing is working.

Can you help me with any guidelines to make it work or any JavaScript that need not be minified or create any sort of rule in Cloudflare caching?
