Здравствуйте. Дело в том, что когда я ставлю настройку в мобильной теме то есть mobile, показывает на PC тоже как мобильную тему.
The layout is a bit messed up as you can see in your screenshots(check the block on the homepage and also the texts). I’m having challenges creating a mobile version of my desktop layout. Any advice?
Hello,
I just checked now your website, and now seems to be the mobile responsive version -> https://i.imgur.com/nFuqqrj.png -> https://i.imgur.com/zC4Sz7Z.png -> https://i.imgur.com/1gdn3ow.png
It appears that the issue was resolved.
Thank you!
Hello!
We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there or adjust them to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use which one is more affordable and useful for you.
If anyone doesn’t fit as you created, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please disable the tagDiv mobile theme plugin, clear all cache and check after the mobile version.
Hello,
Please provide the link to your website.
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!
Am getting this: https://ibb.co/27xJRNt
Instead of this: https://ibb.co/d26RxBh
I’ve followed the procedures in the article, even uninstalled both mobile themes and AMP plugins but the issue remains the same. The global mobile templates I created with tagDiv composers aren’t working on mobile

Hello!
You need to take into account:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update.
As a suggestion, disable the lazy load animation. Other starting points to improve your website page speed are here:

– https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/v5/about
– https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc
Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Thank you for understanding!
Similar problem here. My Mobile Responsive Theme is not working. I’ve tried uninstalling both Mobile and AMP plugins the issue remains the same. Last time I clicked the toggle on the ‘Serve all templates as AMP’ on the AMP plugin..worked a bit but was back to default. How can I fix this? Site link: https://www.sourceht.com/
Hello!
It detects the little screen automatically and it shows the mobile version of your website.
Thank you!
Hello,
It looks like you have two images, which are set but no longer exist in the media library, and that’s why it takes a while to load because it’s looking for those two images -> https://i.imgur.com/kuoBoJC.png so please go in theme panel -> background -> Mobile menu -> https://i.imgur.com/DSM09oO.png and Sign in ad check if here are those links, please delete them.
Thank you!

Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no option in Newsmag theme to remove the search option. What can be done is to use a css to hide it.
For example if is used the responsive version, then it can be used this css
#td-top-search{
display: none;
}
and the code need to be set here -> https://i.imgur.com/AQD7Fp3.png
If you are using the mobile theme plugin the css is this one
.td-search-icon{
display: none;
}
and need to be set in this place -> https://i.imgur.com/6xrotZH.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi i was wondering if there is any way to have a mobile app connected that will work with the theme if not any recommendation on what path should i use to have a mobile app for the theme ?
Update: I seem to have gotten the page content to show up on mobile by disabling the mobile plugin, but I can’t get the logo to show up on mobile devices now. Is there a way to get the logo to be the same as the desktop logo without using the mobile plugin? Thanks!
Hi, we are experiencing the same issue as many others have reported on this forum, in which the hamburger menu and the search function, which are supposed to slightly shrink the page while bringing up an overlay, do shrink the page in the background, but the overlay either never appears, or it literally takes 30 seconds or more, by which time our users have given up. This seems to have been introduced somewhere around 11.4, but we are reluctant to go back to 11.3.2 unless we absolutely have to. Any assistance/advice is most appreciated.
Hi,
I have followed all the documentation on how to create mobile pages with the Newspaper theme (classic blog pro without the standard pack). However, when I create the pages and check ‘Copy content’ – the mobile page is created without any content on it.
Image attached is the view from desktop when creating the mobile page. All the content is there. But when you try and view on mobile device, no content is there.
See on mobile: snizzle.com.au/privacy
I have also tried to go in and manually add text into the mobile pages, but the ‘add content’ section just loads indefinitely. I have tried on multiple browsers and nothing works.
Can you please advise me how to fix this, I have tried everything and it has been days now I have not been able to launch this new site because of this issue.
Thanks.
Hi,
I have deactivated the special mobile version plugin as I want my site to follow the desktop site. However, it only loads the top half of the page and then nothing below, and freezes the page.
Do you have any ideas of how to fix this?
Your help is most appreciated.
I have the same issue, there is a problem with this version and only regarding to mobile category template. Homepage, header, footer and single post are working fine.
Hi,
Mobile search button is nearly impossible to click. That’s why I want to disable it completely
How can I do it?
Regards
Hi there!
I’m using the Newspaper theme fully with customized templates for both web and mobile versions of the site in 3 languages (“polylang” plugin).
I tried both “search form” and “header live search” for web, and “mobile live search” for mobile pages with different outcomes:
– Search form on the web shows English posts on any language, when search for german posts keywords it shows no results.
– Header live search on the web shows translated post only when search content contains keyword from the English post. Example: I type: “Body language”, live search shows the post “Körpersprache: Tipps und Tricks”. When pressing “Enter” or clicking “view all results”, it happens the same (already described in “Search form”).
– Mobile live search on mobile pages shows the live search perfectly (example: typing “Körper” shows the live result of the post “Körpersprache: Tipps und Tricks”, but when entering all results it happens the same as above described – no results.

What am I doing wrong? Could you please check it for me?
All best to the Newspaper Theme Team! 🙂
