Hi,
Thanks! it worked to disable H1 on logo on mobile and composer. Now I only got only the H1 I set up in theme panel and no weird code.
Have a nice day!
It is only released on mobile devices. If you look at the picture, the two cell phones are different devices. There may be a reason why other screens are displayed. It is an error that is not expressed normally.
This problem occurs only on certain mobile devices, so there is no problem with PC browsers at all.
tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin is activated but Official AMP for WP plugin would not get activated. I click on the activate button but it would not get activated. I reached out to the tech support of my web provider but they couldn’t figure out.
Yes, It is set to show on mobile device but still the logo doesn’t appear
NEW ISSUE: Actually the pages are working. It is the Mobile Menu Navigation is redirecting user to categories instead of the pages.
How can this be fixed? Do you go into website? If so, I can send you login.
Running lighthouse mobile I am getting: “Links do not have descriptive text”
Image Of Error: https://snipboard.io/6Ok8xC.jpg
I have located it to the “Read More” under Flex Block 5 > Layout > Button
Image in Composer: https://snipboard.io/Gr4WKw.jpg
I have selected HIDE but I guess the code is still there just hidden via CSS. The question is does anyone know how to remove it completely? I am using TD Library for Mobile pages.
Sorry, I was not clear enough. Neither the website nor the pages were built with TagDiv. They were all built with WPBakery. Only the header of the website was built with TagDiv.
Why are WPBakery built pages not showing on mobile? (It appears it is being caused by the tagdiv builder)
Can I give you a login to the site and you take a look?
Hi,
This problem is happen when you are logged and you check the mobile version in the browser? Because it can be from a cache plugin or form an extra plugin that you are using.
Please make a test using only the theme plugins and see if the problem is persisting or not.
Please let me know the results.
Hello. I have figured it out. It wasn’t the mobile view, it was the tablet view. if I can disable the tablet view or force the tablet view to desktop, it will be OK. By the way problem occurs on every page, all the templates and pages have mobile versions.

My mobile theme sometimes comes out normally, and sometimes errors occur. Why is it like this?
Hello!
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version.
Let me explain you which options of mobile versions are:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually, this problem is caused by the cache plugin that you are using it doesn’t recognize mobile theme plugins. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please make sure you have enabled the mobile cache on the cache plugin that you use.
Thank you!
Hello,
For page speed please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/why-is-my-websites-mobile-google-test-slow/
Also, you can try to optimize the images.
If you want to have a faster website, then you need to request some developers that have the proper skills, if you want to can make a request here -> https://tagdiv.com/services/custom-services-page-speed-optimization/
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
Please check if the logo image is set to show on mobile version => https://i.imgur.com/0Y4qMmJ.png
Thank you!
Hello,
Please use this custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/uWHM26w.png
.wp-block-image .aligncenter>figcaption {
display: block;
}
The code needs to be set in Theme Panel> Mobile Theme > Custom code> CSS.
Thank you!
Hello,
@anubhavroy197 Did you set some custom code on the homepage or in other sections of your page (header, footer)? If yes, please remove it and try again to edit.
Also, for this error please check this topic and follow the steps https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-not-working-in-home-front-page-prebuilt-websites/
Please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/is-the-mobile-footer-bugged-or-something/
Please don’t reply to another topic with the same issue.
Thank you!
Hello @Kaino,
Please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/is-the-mobile-footer-bugged-or-something/#post-418083
Thank you!
Hello,
You have the mobile theme plugin activate, that is why your mobile footer template doesn’t apply.
Please deactivate the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin, and set the mobile page that you created.
Also, please check this topic about each mobile version that you can use with our theme https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/
Thank you!
Hi,
T just checked the problem and I think that those extra classes are added by the svg code that you use for the logo -> https://i.imgur.com/8Fz8Uf0.png also the H1 tag I see that it is set on desktop header and on mobile header, so what you can do is to edit the homepage using tagDiv Composer, click on the logo and check this option -> https://i.imgur.com/PFDQcOI.png also set on mobile view port to edit the mobile logo -> https://i.imgur.com/MFWW3Mc.png
I hope this will help you!

Update – I installed and activated the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin and was able to to turn off the “Show Mobile Theme” button on each page.
However, even with it that turned off it does not show the desktop content on mobile. Also, show a different mobile header and the navigation does not show on mobile.
When I turn off the TagDiv Mobile plugin the header and menu are correct. Again specifies pages still do not show on mobile
Can you please watch this short video for a better explanation and to see what I have already tried?
BASICALLY- How do I turn off the mobile theme for pages that no longer have the mobile theme option buttons in the Gutenberg Editor?
Hi Calin,
Thank you for all this, I was finally able to get this to work. I just wanted to highlight a bug in the template which needs to be fixed.
If I perform the following steps, the entire website including the desktop version changes to a mobile version.
1. Go to a page (i.e. Home)
2. Click on the mobile view icon – https://ibb.co/xSWT57W
3. Change something and hit save
4. The page I am on and I have saved, everything changes to Mobile, including on the desktop. So it looks like this: https://ibb.co/rxrHjdZ
In order to undo, I need to go back to the page, change to desktop, save the page again. Exit out, go back into the page, save it one more time and then MAYBE it will update.
Please fix this.
Thank you
Hi,
I have a site that is built with WPBakery. However, the header was built with TagDiv.
It has worked fine for quite sometime. However, now on mobile some of the pages are not showing. TagDiv is wanting me to build separate pages for mobile. Why would anyone want this feature?????
Anyway, I want the same page that is on desktop to show on mobile. The home page shows on Mobile just fine.
Below are the pages that need to show on mobile as is.
Please, how can the tagdiv default be turned off so the below pages will show on mobile?
NOTE: Seems like I remember ther being a setting in Gutenberg. However, Gutenberg has been removed from this website. However, it has not affected any of the other pages.

Apologies, the other major issue I am having is the loading speed of my site on Google PageSPeed insights. I am using the mobile theme and amp as recommended and have followed all the instructions on your tutorials about optimizing page speeds but am still scoring around 50 for my mobile site, only just out of the red.
Is there anything else that I can do to speed up my site on mobile (without in depth developer knowledge, as I don’t have this)?
Many thanks
