I have an issue where some of my stories are using the wrong template on mobile. I think I found the place to change t correctly, but I can’t see what setting is causing it. Everything looks right. I am using the Urban Observer theme.

This article is working correctly https://ckbnao.com/harrison-county-parks-and-recreation-dinosaur-exhibit/

while this article has the original Urban theme at the top. https://ckbnao.com/how-we-fix-clarksburg-i-am-playing-my-part-are-you/

I can’t find what I am missing. They both look right on desktop, on mobile I get a different template that still has the default stuff on mobile.

Any suggestions where to fix it?

Hello! The buttons for sharing posts on social networks have disappeared. They are not on the mobile version either. I am trying to add them again through Tagdiv Composer, but there is only an empty element. In the Theme panel -> social/apis -> social share -> social networks – Facebook, Twitter and Instagram icons are missing. There are only icons for Naver, Flipboard, Copy Url, Kakao, Gettr and Koo. How do I put the sharing buttons back? Greetings!

Hello, I get the following error while trying to edit the mobile menu background gradient.

Can you help me, please?

Hello!

Of course. By using the responsive version or mobile page, you can edit your mobile viewport and add the shortcode called Mobile menu: https://app.screencast.com/PKN1tAHAq5Okq
Then, you should select a menu from the shortcode’s settings.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features; please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

I tried all three ways but none of them worked still same issue, no content available for mobile view and my main issue was that i needed the mobile menu for my website so that’s why i activated the mobile theme plugin and after that no content is available for mobile view on the pages which i have customized, is there any way like i can get the mobile menu for my website without activating the mobile theme plugin ?

Thank you. I’ve made some edits and see some improvements. However, on mobile, the article images on the home page do not appear at all until I start scrolling. How can I fix that?

The mobile version of the site does not work! It used to work fine, but then it stopped. The main page on the mobile device is displayed normally, but a separate article is not

Hi

I have a problem with the Largest Contentful Paint element exactly it’s about the title H1 (3,150 ms)

<h1 class=”tdb-title-text”>

For viewing: https://postimg.cc/wtbwVjvH

I use wp-rocket and the performance is good, but because of this issue, the site fails to meet acceptable user experience standards.

The issue is specific to mobile, but a general solution would be great.

Hi, I would like the mobile menu widget and the magnifying glass icon that you see at the top next to the website logo to be right-aligned (like the red arrow is showing)

https://ibb.co/NdmPfNxY

How can I do this?

Thanks!

Hi team, please help us with the Mobile view header design. In mobile view, Menu, logo, and search icon should be in one line. But currently there is a blank space above the logo.

I use only Wp-rocket caching system and to disable it I should use a plugin.
What I do not understand is why desktop pages work perfectly and mobile don’t.

Both Mobile Theme Plugin and AMP are not installed but mobile pages do not refresh.
In mobile site homepage does not refresh and also article pages do not count views, they seem “freezed”.
Desktop pages work perfectly.
Any other idea?
Thanks

Hello!

If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP. Clear the cache and check the results.

Thank you!

Hello,
I’m trying with option “1. Responsive version” but the mobile version still doesn’t refresh.
What can be the problem?

Thanks

Hello!

This situation appears when you are using the mobile theme plugin and the cache plugin that you have, which does not feature options for a separate mobile theme plugin, therefore do not know when to deliver the mobile version and when to deliver the desktop version.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

Thank you!

I have a problem that the mobile version shows up on PC – especially in firefox and chrome…

What can fix this? Is there anyway I can just turn off the mobile version until the problem is fixed?

Hello!

This Mobile Editor does not recognize a page builder so the tagDiv Composer shortcodes cannot be rendered.

Hello!

It looks like Google is displaying an AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) version of your website. Make sure you’ve set up the AMP correctly. Another cause could be that sometimes, Google caches an outdated or broken version of the AMP page, causing display problems.
If you do not use AMP anymore, then please re-index your website.

Thank you!
