Hi,
Indeed now you do not longer use the mobile theme plugin, but you made a new version for responsive version -> https://i.imgur.com/uor2wdJ.jpg if you want to have the exact same layout and elements set no mobile page -> https://i.imgur.com/ricqexl.png this will be the results.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is a strange case and I think is only for the new mobile version.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also another thing that you can do is to disable, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer from newspaper > plugins
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that I understand, you have two footers, but these are for mobile version -> https://i.imgur.com/lgaGsMT.png not desktop version, please get a footer template from here -> https://i.imgur.com/hkFKBxT.png then you should be able to set it in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/H01FDU2.png or using the header manager -> https://imgbb.com/W2T2Scc
Please try like this and let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello !
We have inspected your website and this is how it looks on mobile devices: https://www.screencast.com/t/DXDA6Z7ppVeh ; and this is on desktop: https://www.screencast.com/t/grUiGMNt
Everything seems to be in order and working properly.
Are we looking in the wrong place?
Thank you !
Hello !
Please make sure to clear your cache. This is how a normal user sees your pages on mobile: https://www.screencast.com/t/wZaCZy9AYp
Thank you !
Hi Guys.
How to change the comments box and put Disqus in the Mobile Theme instead.
Which file should I change to take effect in Mobile Theme?
Many thanks,
Anderson
I have done this. I maybe Yoast…but this is supposed to be compatible. I am getting “Not Connected” errors to the point that my staff cannot work.
Also in the error logs:

Hi,
Here is how I see your website on my mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/oau5fFw.png this is because you are using the mobile theme plugin.
Using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor -> https://i.imgur.com/ho41rUl.png and this content will be display on mobile theme, also the mobile theme will not display any sidebar)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme (to get the same layout as on desktop on mobile) -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
These options are like this:
Mobile -> the mobile theme will apply only on mobile version.
Mobile + amp -> it will apply on both and it will have the same layout.
Amp -> the mobile theme plugin layout will be use only for amp version.
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
1- I cannot set in tag div composer or in the widget sidebar to not show the stars. Can you tell me how to do it? Maybe I should do something in the php file? can you tell me how? Please keep in mind that my total points range is 100 and not 10.
2- in the critic template there are 2 footer, one is the author footer (that I’m not using, and seems to be used in the mobile versione) and the other one is the footer template that I’m using in all the website. From the theme panel, in mobile theme I cannot choose wich footer I want to use, as I can do for the desktop one.
I’m using the tag div composer for the mobile pages, and in that I cannot change the footer.
I need to resolve all this problems ASAP,
Thank you
Hello,
I created a mobile version for my startpage with it’s own header and footer. Worked great.
I now wanted to edit the template for the mobile version, but no matter how I try to do this, the editor is not shown. I only see a nearly blank page and the loading animation. https://imgur.com/a/LU3KO7A
Hi Vlad!
Sorry, I didn’t remember about the Mobile Theme Plugin, but the thing is, I’ve never installed it in my WordPress:

Thanks!
Hello TagDiv,
how do I set the Featured image in Cloud – Single Post Template – Default PRO to display the correct size for video posts? Whatever I’m trying to set, it’s still square (https://litomericko24.cz/2020/10/11/ltm-pokus/) and the video also plays poorly on mobile phones (the image is cut off). However, if I have the basic settings of the template, then it is correct.
Thank you in advance for the advice
Lukas
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin with amp, please make sure that you have set on amp this option -> https://i.imgur.com/YvRA4qJ.png
Thank you!
Basically the whole site was working fine before the update but now it looks like I’m going to have to redo all the pages/templates for mobile? Please tell me this isn’t the case?
Hi,
Please make sure that you are using the responsive version and not the mobile theme plugin, in this way there should be no problems on mobile.
If there are still some problems, please provide me a link where I can check this situation.
Thank you!
I’ve updated the them and now I see a “Mobile Page” “No Mobile Page” header in the top bar, but I set up the mobile settings in the tagdiv editor?
Hi,
By default the grid set on that demo it will look like a slider on mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/HIf64rT.png you can achieve a different layout if you are using the new option added in this update, where you can create a new content with tagDiv Composer for mobile -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
For footer you need to use the manager and import a mobile blank header -> https://i.imgur.com/bs497z6.png then you should be able to set the content you want using tagDiv Composer.
-> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi,
The footer can be edited only from frontend, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to footer, or if you want to assign one, use the manager -> https://i.imgur.com/Q5PeHkp.png (the footer templates does not have the button to be edited in backend).
Also now I can see the footer and the page seems to be display correctly -> https://i.imgur.com/qwN88ZB.png but indeed sometimes appears the mobile version, this can be from the cache plugins you are using.
Hope this will help you to understand how footer templates are work!
Thank you!
Catlin,
I decided to use the responsive version to keep it just like my desktop. (Less complicated). I believe I followed the instructions provided e.g.
1. disable the mobile theme plugin,
2. amp disabled,
3. In Mobil settings, do I enable or disable the Mobil Theme? I have it Enabled but my mobil theme does not display correctly. ???? Can U check with my credentials I sent you under jorgevila550@gmail.com
Thanks
Can you try the site on an actual mobile phone and you will see that it does not show like that.
The visual you showed me would be perfect but it is not how the site is displaying on actual mobile phones.
Again I have made this clear twice already.
If you reduce the desktop screen size then you see the site perfectly for mobile BUT IF YOU ACTUALLY VIEW IT ON A REAL PHONE, it does not display correctly.
Hi,
1. I see that the stars appear -> https://i.imgur.com/kYaI7mL.jpg, but I think that there is something that was not set, think is something about the number of stars that need to be divided with a number.
2. You can edit the mobile footer using tagDiv Composer select the mobile view port -> https://i.imgur.com/Uen85An.png
let me know the results!
Tank you!
