The site works fine after updating to x, but the mobile menu is not working. Anybody with the same issue?
Ok. Does that mean that user don’t see what I see? That user experience is ok for users of mye site? I experience this error when I clear browser (Chrome)
I use Litespeed cache, because I’m on a Litespeed server. That’s the best alternative. I also use mobile version, because this is much faster. I there a workaround here?
Hello !
99% of this cases the mobile theme is rendered on desktop because of the Cache plugin. We recommend using the WP Super Cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you !
Hi,
For mobile version, the the file use for stile is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/style.css -> https://i.imgur.com/1VnuCbV.png

Hi Calin,
I was unable to open the link you sent because MacBook Pro was not installed on my computer.
The menu works smoothly on desktop and mobile phones. When the site is opened with iPad, sub-menu links cannot be clicked and sub-menu pages cannot be accessed. The problem only occurs when using iPad. If you can try it from an iPad, you will see the problem.
Regards.
Your MOBILE PLUGIN USES PUBLISH DATE
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, by default the first three images are set to be displayed from featured category, if you do not have this category or posts in it then there will be no posts displayed, in order to show the grids you need to go in Theme panel> Mobile theme and check the options from grids and set a different sort -> https://i.imgur.com/g2yAKF7.png this should fix the problem.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
I’ve tried deactivate and active mobile menu under plugins, but that did not help.

When activate mobile theme, I get mobile theme menu on desktop. Here are my settings:
https://spurt.no/wp-content/uploads/2020/02/mobile-menu.jpg
It seems like this happen when I choose “Hovedmenu” in header mobile settings, in Theme panel. When menu not set, I have no menu in mobile version.
When I have activated mobile menu, sometime it does appear, some times not. Browser is cleared each time.
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/ebUIzt4se
Since Newspaper v9.7.4 you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> http://prntscr.com/oh6r2s you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/n7fEXCy.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
If this is not what you mean, please provide me some more details.
Thank you!

Any smaller than this can cause google errors.
Thank you !
Can you please tell where is the font-face located so that I can fix it for mobile theme.
Some pages just don’t open when viewed on the mobile theme,
they open just fine as soon as I change to desktop view on my mobile browser. in mobile view, the page opens and only shows Page name and that’s just it.
Hello,
I’m currently setting up a website using the Newspaper theme, and for some reason, when activating the mobile theme plugin, the mobile homepage of my website is showing when viewed on desktop.
My question is, is there a way to keep my original desktop layout for desktop users, while retaining the mobile layout for mobile users? I don’t like how the mobile version looks when viewing from a desktop.
Thank you for any help you may be able to provide!
Edit: the website is bodypurist.com
yes, i have content in the mobile editor but there is nothing shown when the phone is held vertically. the site is http://www.mindfullivingnetwork.com – it is not disabled at this moment however the other person who commented on this post is having the same issue so hopefully you can see/recreate the issue somewhere on your end? or else can u send me screenshots of a site with mobile theme disabled and then what it shows on a mobile device when held both horizontally and vertically>?
The image caption text displays too large when reading a post on mobile. How do i make it smaller like it appears on a web browser view?

Hello !
Please first clear your cache. Also note that you will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.
If the mobile theme is disabled then the desktop version should be displayed on your screen perfectly.
Please provide a link to your website.
Thank you !
Hi,
Make sure that the mobile theme plugin is enable and you are using one of these options -> https://i.imgur.com/YTG9c4R.png if the problem persist, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all non theme/tested plugins, also if you are using child theme, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to use the modified date on post on responsive version of Newspaper theme ( not mobile theme plugin ) you need to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, because this option is only on templates from cloud, and set the single post modified date element using tagDiv Composer
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/GkUe62u7W
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/NAEhbrP8R
Unfortunately this is the only solution for the moment.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme.
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
Thank you !
