You need to check in Plugins and delete the tagDiv Mobile Theme https://www.screencast.com/t/scIuvsPNbV after that go in Newspaper>Plugins and update the tagDiv Mobile theme and activate it https://www.screencast.com/t/54HcBdG8p ( if you need it ).

I have made a product page and I want to show that page on mobile. Mobile Theme is activated because of that page is not visible on mobile.
If I remove mobile Theme, will it affect AMP ? Using just AMP is fine or mobile theme is required for this
I’m not sure if my problem is related but … I have 5 categories and 13 subcategories (across the 5 main categories). Last week my mobile menu would have a small arrow on the far right to open into the sub category. Today I can only see the main category themes. Has something changed or do I need to change something? I re-did the menu and I’m setting the mobile menu in a header cloud template. It’s the very last option in the responsive settings – I whould simply choose
Display: hidden
for rows/columns which I want to hide for individual platforms (mobile/tablet/desktop).

Dear tagDiv team,
I am trying to re-create one of my web pages with the use of tagDiv Composer (the page was previously created with WPBakery Page Builder, and it’s layout is broken now pretty badly).
On that page I need some rows to be different for mobile and desktop versions. One solution I can think of is to simply create both versions of the rows and only show one of the rows for mobile and the other one for desktop.
With WPBakery Page Builder I could do that by clicking on a row (column), then Responsive settings, and then ticking the ‘Hide’ checkbox next to the corresponding platforms, like this:
How can I achieve the same functionality with tagDiv Composer?
The only alternative solution I can think of is to use custom CSS with @media queries.

I am still new to your system and facing the following issues:
1- I used header template 36 ( from the cloud) and nothing this set to be hidden on mobile, however, the lower menu is hidden? why is that?
2- I am unable to show the logo photo in the mobile view, it only shows the text?
3- nothing set to sticky, however, I do have a sticky menu in the desktop, How this work? I thought we need to choose stick for one part? ( it is not sticky on the mobile, how to enable that too)?
4- the sticky menu shows the text log, is it possible to make it show the logo image? or Icone?

I have the same problem. After composing a post on my desktop, I click PREVIEW (I’m using the classic editor plugin), and a sort of a rendering of a mobile website shows up without the main post graphic, the text and graphics placeholder runs off the right edge, and it doesn’t completely load in any case.
Did the update this morning. Now my mobile homepage is showing on desktop, and photos aren’t rendering on home page.

I will try to explain myself better. in the mobile there are always the last few articles (as a module I mean) and any change I make in the template (computer) has no effect on the template of the mobile.
To fix this go to theme panel/background/mobile menu-Search background and remove the background image.

I think that you have activate the mobile theme plugin, you you want to have the desktop design you need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin.

I think that this problem is because you set the code for newsletter from desktop page on mobile editor.
Please set in the mobile editor the code that you get from mail-chimp in text editor -> https://www.screencast.com/t/wzqONco5 or deactivate the mobile theme plugin.

Hi there, First of all, NewsPaper is my All time most favourite theme. but Now I’m facing a problem with Mobile editor. I don’t know why it not working. I have created a page where I wrote 1700+ Words of Artice with 15+ Images (You can say this is a post, But I want to share it on my Page section). After publishing the page it shows on PC or desktop but not in Mobile, Because of when I Copy past the same content from the main editor to Mobile Editor and click save. After refreshing the page the mobile page editor still Blank.
