That I fixed by changing the header, now am stuck at making the mobile menu work. It keeps refreshing the mobile page whenever clicked on. Also, my analytics seems not to be reporting accurate data, almost 80% down on reporting
Hello,
mobile always appears in the menu “click here – to use the wp menu builder”
I think it’s a wp rocket problem.
which file would I have to exclude so that it is not chached?
thank you
Hi,
Thank you for the response.
I have enabled the mobile theme at your request. I would like to add one more question to my original list.
Could you also make a snippet of code to remove/hide “latest articles” on the mobile homepage?
Thanks in advance!
Am I correct in thinking that if I activate mobile plugin and choose AMP ONLY in theme panel – then the mobile theme is only shown to AMP search results?
I tried this and on my mobile version it held the normal ( not AMP ) theme, which I need becuase of ads I sold on it
But I checked the next day and posts published since the change in search results were not AMP
How can I fix? Or is this not correct?
Thanks
Mobile Menu loads (refresh the page) when Clicked https://exposeke.com/
Hello again. i tried diableing the mobile editor and now all off my layout is gone.
so i dont know what to do…
either i have a landing page that cant be accessed directly
or have a blue landing page.
why does this have to be so difficult ?
Hi,
You can try this custom css
.td-js-loaded #td-mobile-nav{
position: fixed!important;
}
.td-search-icon {
right: 50px;
}
Set the code in Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css
But also is possible to be others elements broken in RTL
Sorry but our themes are not compatible with the RTL direction. IF you need a RTL theme, you will have to choose a different theme that can provide this functionality. We will be able to provide a refund if you make a request here:https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
Thank you!

I have a real problem with Mobile Usability
Please help me!
Hi Calin,
I don’t want to change my menu for mobile. I want to change for desktop…
Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non-theme plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please try the steps for mobile-friendly indicate in this similar topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-friendly-test-fail/

Hi,
I’ve got the mobile theme and AMP plugins as suggested activated and the resulting page has a lot of AMP validation errors:
https://dev.thewhoot.com/whoot-news/recipes/tim-tam-cheesecake-recipe-no-bake/?amp
What’s the correct process for producing an AMP-compliant mobile theme using this method?
it looks like a lot of stuff from the “normal” theme is being passed through to the mobile theme. Do I need to go through and deactivate things? How do I do this without affecting the main theme?
And I’m confused about basic problems such as the mandatory AMP “lightning bolt” attribute missing from the HTML tag. Seems like the mobile theme or AMP plugin should be taking care of this?
Thanks,
Peter.
Hi,
Depends if the mobile theme is active or not. If the mobile theme is active, there will be a setting to choose the mobile menu – http://prntscr.com/ns7rh3
If you don’t use the mobile theme, then the only way of having a different menu on mobile is if you use a cloud header template – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
Import/create a cloud header template, then while editing it activate mobile mode and select the needed menu – http://prntscr.com/ns7t5k – http://prntscr.com/ns7taq
Thanks

thank you
How to change the menu in the mobile version? I only found a change in the background.
Website: gulfcoaststormcenter.com.
Note: I currently do not have the mobile theme enabled.
Hello !
In order to disable the mobile theme you will have to go into Theme Panel – Plugins and deactivate the Mobile theme like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/Ia3q6clvP5
Thank you !
wheir i want to change for that ?? i want to same design on mobile and desktop ..thank you
Hello !
The designs do not match is because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
Thank you !
hello sir my website http://www.archvally.com/ in this website i have setting a static page in mobile their are a latest post display how to change ?? http://www.archvally.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php http://www.archvally.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/WhatsApp-Image-2019-05-22-at-6.15.34-PM.jpeg plz check it out its argent … thank you
Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to customize the AMP. Our theme has implemented the AMP+Mobile theme functionality and if you will use that option, on the mobile mode you will get the Mobile Theme layout and if you will not use the Mobile theme, will remain the responsive layout.
Thank you!
Thanks for your reply !
Mobile + AMP in theme is set !
But in post or page I don’t have the toggle button. (enable amp).
The strange thing is I don’t have neither the amp tab in the admin. I think amp plugin is not properly installed even if wordpress said it was right.
Thanks
Hello !
Usually when the mobile version appear on desktop are some problem with cache plugin, browser cache, please clear all cache and try again.
We recommend using WP Super Cache -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ Make sure if you have followed the steps from this guide if you want to achieve good theme results.
Thank you !
