Ti-am verificat site-ul pe Google Pagespeed si se pare ca nu prea este optimizat mai deloc, dupa cum se poate observa in rezultatele de la Google, aici -> https://www.screencast.com/t/xckds10A1rzL. Ai consultat ghid-ul nostru despre cum sa iti optimizezi website-ul? Daca vrei sa obti un scor mare in viteza site-ului tau, trebuie sa lucrezi putin la acest aspect deoarece este un lucru delicat ce necesita unele customizari. Din test reiese faptul ca imaginile tale nu sunt optimizate, trebuie sa elimini render-blocking JavaScript si CSS si multe altele care sunt foarte bine explicate in ghid-ul nostru de optimizare aici -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ Te rog sa citesti cu atentie toate etapele care sunt prezentate acolo si sa le si aplici pe site-ul tau daca vrei sa obti rezultate bune cu tema noastra. De asemenea, am observat ca folosesti un plugin de mimificare, dupa cum se poate vedea si aici -> https://www.screencast.com/t/jT88f0hMVL care este un plugin netestat cu tema si care s-ar putea sa nu functioneze corespunzator cu ea. Foloseste Speed Booster, pe care daca il vei activa, tema va folosi varianta mimificata de catre noi pentru JavaScript iar pentru CSS va trebui sa o mimifici tu manual cu un tool ce are aceeasta functionalitate.
Te rog sa observi ca aceste customizari de optimizare nu depind de tema si nu sunt acoperite de catre suportul nostru, imi pare rau! Trebuie sa le faci singur si sa incerci sa urmezi toti pasii pe care i-am prezentat in documnetatia noastra. Stiu ca aceste customizari nu sunt simple si necesita ceva studiu si munca in plus in aceasta privinta. Dupa cum se poate observa, acest tutorial este explusiv pentru utilizatorii avansati in acest domeniu. Daca crezi ca nu te descurci in aceasta privinta, va trebui sa angajezi un freelancer/developer care sa te ajute cu aceste customizari suplimentare!

This could be happening when the complex visual composer elements present on your page, make multiple ajax requests under heavy visitor traffic. You should try to reduce the number of requests, like block pagination, ajax filter etc. from each of the block settings – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ Also make sure you have updated Visual composer – along with the theme update. Alternatively this can be caused by a plugin, so you could deactivate all of them if possible, except visual composer and check the results. Unfortunately, the Speed Booster has not been tested with Mobile Theme and you should edit the plugin core file in order to achieve as you wish, sorry! Please keep in mind that the Speed Booster was created to optimize the Desktop version and also, the mobile version by default. The Mobile Theme is an optional plugin and it was not tested with speed booster. If you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide additional customizations at the moment, sorry!

From what I understand you want the whole header (logo, ad and menu) to remain fixed at the top of the page when you scroll down the page. Unfortunately there is no theme setting for this and has to be made custom. You could try however this code provided below with this result – https://www.screencast.com/t/2M67GyOd6k also you should enter it in Theme panel->Advanced Css in the desktop section so it applies only in that situation, because it could cause problems on smaller devices. Or if you want you could experiment in different situations and optimize it so it suits your needs better. Please let me know if this solution works for you or you wanted something else.

2)The WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:

Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there.

The lightest would be post style 5 which does not show the featured image. The next would be style 1 then the default style. The more complex styles will load slower on an un-optimized site. Your main problem is not the post style but the site optimization. Please use the guide above to optimize your site speed.

I see that you have Speed booster on your site, what that does is provide a speed boost by moving the loading of the resources like stylesheet and javascript files in the bottom of the page, while also using the compressed javascript file from the theme, so there could be some visible delays. 1)Please disable your untested plugins because it is possible to have some conflicts in your theme. Disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins which come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
2)This is strange what you mean. So, please notice that we do not have any bad reports in this regard, sorry! Our mobile theme does not go to download another file instead of the mobile plugin, sorry! I suspect this issue comes from your untested plugins. Disable all of them, clear all your caches and check the results.
3)Your image is not loaded as expected, sorry! Please try to load it again in your Media Files, clear the caches and check the results. This error appears because the theme does not know the source of your image and that’s why you get this issue.
