I am using PHP 7.2 and last version of Newspaper theme.

Yesterday evening, I saw that my website homepage + 2 others pages were blank whereas I did nothing
I managed to connect to site admin and saw that all theme panel options had been reset to blank (no more sidebar widgets, no more logo, no more ads, no more colours, no more block settings, nothing !!)
May someone know how this happened ??
I have set again all options but my website homepage is still blank ?!

For these pages, when I change URL france into france1, they work… Why ?? The pb is I use the last word of URL to display content of the page, so as I have changed it, the content is wrong… I could change my script by I would prefer solve the pb and keep france…

We are switching themes to a newspapper theme and have a problem. When we put any text element that has “Edit content” button the content window never fully loads. Here are the errors in the browser inspector window: https://prnt.sc/m5ckfq

There is only one plugin working besides themes and it is “contact form”. All other plugins are deactivated.

Wordpress is updated to the latest version. Server php version: 7.2.13

Let me know what options should we try?

We are using Wp Ads Pro and need to past a shortcode or iframe as the background advert but inthe theme panel there is no place to insert it like in the other ad zones.

I really don’t know what happened to my theme, but it seems really broken. I tried a lot of things, even installed wordpress and the newspaper theme totally fresh again and recovered only my posts, the post meta and the common wordpress option data.

I thought it could be something like the icon font issues some people had. So I tried to adjust my htaccess and allowed loading images from all sources and so on. Didn’t make a change.

Then I thought it could be an issue with the plugin Autoptimize. I checked the boxes for optimizing JS, CSS and HTML. But I couldn’t reproduce it on an other website of mine. But if I deactivate the plugin, my website gets totally broken and loses all of it’s design. So maybe it has something to do with it?

So I hope somebody have a glue what I could do to solve my problem. Or is there a way I can do a fresh install, get my posts back with some metas like seo and also not getting back the data, that seems to generate this issue?

Hi. I don’t know what caused it.
My Newspaper 9.2 theme is trying to download image from http://192.168.0.120/wp_011_fast/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/shutterstock_789495532.jpg.
Because of this image my website is taking over 30 seconds to load completely.
I want to stop it. It is written as style hardcoded for a div with a class of
“td_uid_18_5c302d4a4c4bb_rand_style td-element-style”.
It’s hard coded as following:
background-image:url(“http://192.168.0.120/wp_011_fast/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/shutterstock_789495532.jpg”) !important;
I want to delete/remove this style.
Which file should i edit? Or is it written by some other plugins?

I installed the NewsMag Clear Voice theme and I think it’s fantastic. But it has a CSS compiled by the theme and I can not find it.

What I need to do is change these lines, because I created CSS peronalized by the Admin panel (Newsmag – Theme panel), but the other classes are still embedded in the pages.

The website loads with some delay and height in the middle menu. This menu, I did it with height: 42px, however in the style compiled by the theme it is with height: 60px and I did not find the file to change that.

Could you tell me where I found these CSS classes?

In the editor, the Smart List is not working. What do I do for the Smart List to work?

Having trouble customizing the author box element. It is populating the element with one of my sites authors and just reads “AUTHOR NAME” when another author’s information is inputted.

I get a spinning cursor when trying to load pages in the newspaper theme panel. If I click on ADS – and then click on any other page, (header ad, sidebar ad, etc) the cursor just spins. There were a few updates that I installed and another new update today and it still happens. Anyone else with this problem??

When I click on the author’s name, it doesn’t redirect to the author’s page, it just leads to the home page again.
