Hi,

I have browsed the forum this morning looking for an answer but have been unable to find anything that works.

The thumbnails and featured images are displaying find on some displays, and blurry on others. I have turned on the Retina thumbnail option and am using high quality JPGs. Please see screenshots below:

Retina display:
Good resolution on large image and some thumbnails

Normal display:
Low resolution on all images

I have attempted a variety of different things but nothing has worked.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

And another thing is I can’t upload files, it says they are too big, I have created a php.ini file and uploaded it to admin folder but still does not works.

We are trying to debug this issue since 10-12 days, but still no luck, Every-time we post article on fb it shows other articles featured image and same image was showing for every new post we add,So we started testing by checking og:image url etc by installing yoast SEO plugin and it didn’t worked then We are getting lots of error from theme, our site was crashed so we deactivated all the plugin or u say normal troubleshoot we did as described in wordpress support, now after changing theme to default 20-17 theme it works fine, I disabled every plugin on VT today at 3:45pm (Sunday) except for WP Bakery (Theme) And then I tried to debug a VT post on FB Debugger

So I disabled the THEME NEWSPAPER and put in the generic FIFTEEN Theme from WP
Then I went to debug on FB and it worked! Boom! The correct title and featured image were showing, so we know it’s theme error how to solve the pblm plz let us know

Hello, I am testing out your new demo (Coffee blog) cofee blog

The problem is with the “big grid full 1”.

I noticed that when I test my environment and your original demo, with Pingdom or Gt metrix, result is the same.

Big grid full 1 generates new image in the same size as original, but with different name.
The problem is that my original image is optimized before upload, and it’s size is 200kb, full hd resolution, and the big grid full 1 instead of using the original image, it generates another image from original in the same full hd resolution which size is 700kb.

Please check what I have found on your demo:

Pingdom test – this link shows that the grid loads new generated image which is the same size as original, it just gives it different name.

The images are identical. The problem is, in my case, that my original image is optimized in size, and this grid makes another one, and in some weird way the size is almost 3 times bigger.

What can I do to have big grid full 1 use original image? There is no sense of generating by itself the same image bigger in size for each new post which gets to be in that grid.

Hi, what should i change, to switch to the native wordpress function to bring the content?
I insert ads via another plugin, i would like to have the native function because of compatibility problems with another plugin.

So where to change code, i assume it is in the post template phps? I need the standard wordpress thing.

The WP editor isnt loading on the front page when use TD composer, all plugins disabled. server resouces are OK this is dedicated box and has plenty of power, this issue dfid not occur until upgrade to 8.7.2 from a earlier 8.7 or 8.6 version.

This happens when adding a block called “text with title”

The editor just spins and spins and never loads.
tested in FF, chrome, safari, Mac, and PC.

Went through and disabled plugins one by one, cleared all caches, restarted browsers, tried other machines. The WP editor never loads. Although it used to load in earlier versions because I have content in there that I need to edit.

Suggestions?

Please how can I insert an advertising banner under the main menu and on all pages of the site?

On the home page I have inserted AdBox, but it is not shown on the other pages of the site (category,post,page,tag…).

I manually entered the AdBox code of the home page in the header-style-3.php file and the ads are displayed correctly on all pages. Of course I will remove the AdBox from the home page. https://snag.gy/2QYd5f.jpg

I just have to test better on mobile devices and possibly make some minor changes to the CSS. I will also remove unused CSS classes.

I was hoping if someone can help me with getting these 2 issues fixed.

Hover Colour:

my site has the fitness demo installed. I changed the theme accent colour to my preferred colour, yet the site is showing the demo’s original colour and my preferred colour choice for the site at the same time.

Sidebars:

Before the update, I was able to adjust the widget sidebars within posts by having access to css which for some I am hoping good reason, the tagdiv team made the decision to remove that option, so now i am stuck with ads overlapping each other. Basically the sidebar ad is overlapping the ad above post title when you open an article.
