Hello,
There are some small things that can be done. For example set a logo that has a small size, the current one is over 1600px width (change it for header and sticky header also for mobile version).
In case that you are using google fonts, please disable them and use custom fonts.

Hello!

If you use a cloud/pro template, then you can place how many ads you need.
You should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
If you want to use auto ads(are displaying randomly in your website), then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.

We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello!

This is the AMP version. Probably, you use the Mobile Theme plugin too. So, please set the logo for your mobile version in the theme panel -> Mobile theme.

We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there or adjust them to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Problem with category template - topic

hi guys,

I have a category “Test”…

category “Test” has a category template from “Cloud Library”

this “Test” category has 3 subcategories and each subcategory has 3 posts…

when I go to the front of the category and click on the green button “Edith with TagDiv Composer” in edit mode all 3 posts from all 3 subcategories are displayed (all 9 posts)…

when I click on “Save” and “view” I get a page for the category without posts and without sidebar…

I recorded a video to show you what’s going on…

please help me

Hello!

You can use 2 flex blocks and use 2 different filters: 1. Category : Current Category and 2. Choose a category and it will display the posts from that category too.
If you will modify a category template, then please note that the filters will be the same for every category page. If you need different filters for every page, then you should duplicate the template and assign the correct template for each category page.

Hi,
Yes these demos are stored in the cloud. If you want, only the items you want can be imported from the cloud.
All the changes you mention can be made using the tagDiv Composer, edit the pages and cloud templates with the theme editor to make them look the way you need them.

How do I change the default ads? - reply

Hi,
The ads can be changed using our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
When you install a demo this is coming with banners, so to change them you need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the page and the cloud templates. Select the banner and check in image tab, remove the image from there and set you ad using the above guide.

Tagdive access if change post template - topic

Hi all,
When I’m in post page, settings, general and I change the template from panel template to let’s say I take template 1. Then when I preview the post, the top header disappears. I could fix this issue, but when I’m on that post page, the tagdiv edit button is not there (in the top, I see CSS, template, cloud .. but not edit with tagdiv). Do you know how to fix this ?

Very slow query when fetching popular posts - topic

Hi There,

I have added a block to show the most popular posts on the post detail template’s sidebar:

The same block is also on the homepage and other pages.

I immediately started noticing a very high CPU server usage, and it got confirmation that the cause is the query blocks, mainly the popular posts.

We are currently running:
– Object cache (Redis)
– Database cache (Memcached)
– Page cache

Server:

The issue is every time a non-cached page gets served, the CPU usage increases immensely.

Is there any issue with this block? If not, is there any way to make it use fewer resources?

Access a cloud template(post and homepage) and press the green button “Edit with the TagDiv Composer“. Click on any elements and you can see their settings. Category pages not using displaying any styling or using cloud template - topic

On my site, discovermuscatine.com, the category archive pages aren’t rendering out any css or using the cloud template assigned to them. Any troubleshooting help would be great!

They are, however, mostly appearing in individual posts. And they’re also appearing in mobile, although I do not have a separate mobile template. I’m also using Ezoic, so I can’t tell if the issue is the theme or Ezoic.

I reached out to WordPress support, and got this reply:

I just checked the images and I can see the theme has a CSS rule that sets the image opacity to zero, which is causing the issue. Here’s a short screen recording showing the issue: https://a.cl.ly/v1ugWDwv

I can see you are using a third-party theme and we are unable to support third-party products. While we’re experts on our own products, third-party plugins and themes are best supported by their own respective developers. More importantly, I would rather not give you any incorrect information.

Hello,

I’m using the NFT templates for my blog. How do I edit the post page template, so that the sidebar content appears after the main post content and not before, when scrolling down the page on a mobile phone? Currently, the sidebar which contains the recent posts & ads appears above the content and not after it.

Few questions:

– I read that this theme has a lot of possibilities to add Google Adsense. What is the easiest way to add Google Adsense ads on the ads placeholders? Do we need to add all positions manually, so add Google Adsense script there manually? Or are there easier options?
– How can we create url category https://www.all-answers.com/entertainment/ in stead of https://www.all-answers.com/category/entertainment/? So without /category/ in url.
– If we add a post then we see it several times on the homepage. How can we avoid that posts are displayed multiple times on the homepage?
– Is it possible to disable the post images on homepage and Single Template – Today News PRO?
– On mobile i still see the logo of TodayNews, not the new name we gave. On desktop it’s good now. How can we change logo name on mobile also?

The single_template_2 is a default templates and works only with the Standard Pack plugin.
If you’ll use the cloud single templates, then you can deactivate the Standard Pack plugin and you’ll have no error.

Try to install the plugin Classic Widgets by WordPress and see the results.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.

For cloud templates, you can add the sidebar in the tagdiv Composer. Steps:
1. Add 1 row
2. Split into 2 columns( 2/3 + 1/3 )
3. You can add whatever element you want into the second column and consider it a sidebar.

We have 3 options of mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there or adjust them to look better.

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. mobile menu dissapears when set to sticky - reply

ok. the options for the manager do not show when i edit the header template in cloud templates. they show when i do that by editing the header when i open a page.

The issue I see now is this:
in mobile devices, all headers are now sticky… but… in mobile, when i scroll a page, the headers height is largely increased and occupies too much space with white background. That shows only when browsed in a smartphone.

Hello!

1. If you use cloud templates, then we recommend you to have the logo set in the TagDiv Composer. Actually, there is no difference, but the theme panel is useful for default templates.

2. If you do not set any retina logo, the site will load the normal logo on retina displays. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-logo-newspaper/

3. Unfortunately, no. Documentation about single cloud templates here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

5. For cloud templates, you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/

If you want to use auto ads, then they should be placed in the Theme Panel -> Analytics/Js Codes.

Hi,

We are getting errors when trying to preview a Draft post in wp-admin after the update to 11.4.3.

In wp-admin we see this error:

we’ve increased the memory limit within the wp-config.php file for the server and also tried to downgrade to the older version but its still giving the same issue. Please check this.

1. A workaround there could be to duplicate the header and delete or hide that flex block and change the border from the CSS tab of the elements. In this mode, you’ll have 2 header templates, modified one and the normal one and you can assign it on every page you’ll like. right, im using only the home mobile page, im not using mobile page templates in nothing besides the homepage. So, my problem is this home mobile page that i createad is being indexed and displaying in mobile devices and in destktop, what i wanna to do is stop the home mobile page that i created of displaying in desktop devices, have a way to do this?
