Good morning, I use the CRAFT template, but I would like to put the homepage of the default theme. Can I import only the home page settings? Do you have any info to copy? Thank you
Hi,
If you “up” the post you will only delay our reply. The topic will be refreshed and moved to the back of the line. We answer from oldest to newest which is fair for all users.
We will need some more details about the circumstances of the problem. I don’t quite understand what you are doing before the error appears.
What are you editing when the error appears? Does it happen for a new page or template or only for specific pages? Are you using the latest theme version 9.0.1?
Try and provide more details for a better understating of the problem.
Thanks
Buttons in other posts I would have and need the same behavior. I have 5 unique single page templates using the code, and just want it to display as a button but not a URL.
I understand. Guess I can remove it for now. If I update this, it won’t remove what I have created, correct? I am also using the blank page template and the title tag is linking to the post through the breadcrumb.
Hello Faheem Hafeez,
Notice that plugin has been designed to be used only for Post Template and not the default post pages, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello, I contact you because I would like to delete the template of “Latest Articles” on my homepage of my theme Newspaper but I can not find in the list “model” on the right (photo attached) the way to remove. Could you help me please? Thank you in advance.

Here is my website: https://2paclegacy.fr
While logged in, I get this error message on the top of the homepage:
class=”home page-template page-template-page-pagebuilder-title page-template-page-pagebuilder-title-php page page-id-246 logged-in admin-bar no-customize-support 246-2 global-block-template-1 td-magazine wpb-js-composer js-comp-ver-5.5.1 vc_responsive td-full-layout” itemscope=”itemscope” itemtype=”https://schema.org/WebPage”>
here the screen: https://imgur.com/m9ydKzX
Also the paragraphs are not shown properly:
If I log out the problem dissapears
Hi,
Indeed that seems to happen with cloud single templates. Must be an oversight, there would no point for the last breadcrumb element to have a link directing to the same page.
I will add it on our list of issues and it will be fixed, thank you for mentioning it and sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hello Epic,
The Footer template should be displayed in Pages section, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/d18mvLOfQGe
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
First solution.
Create a page and choose the latest article template
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TkO2OsRMqBA
Set it as homepage, result will be the same list of latest articles, no breadcrumbs
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TyG1OU0DJsgF
Second solution.
Use a CSS code to remove the breadcrumbs just for the homepage and keep the current blog page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/t58toXt8Uf4
.home .entry-crumbs {
display: none;
}
Thanks
One last question for now, I created single post templates and added a button. I don’t want it a URL, so I didn’t add one. However you can still click on the button and it just refreshes the page. Here is the link for the example and check out where it says “Epic”
The footer template imported is not appearing in that section. Just seen it in the pages section. It seems it took a while to appear after importing coz I checked even the pages section before posting the question. So I think some templates either appear in the cloud templates section or in the pages section.
On the homepage of the Coffee Blog template, there is a large space for an author picture and name. I would like to remove this. Where can I do this?
Hello,
you get this result because of the ads used on that page. Please remove the ads and test again: https://www.screencast.com/t/mLyWTuiF9nCi
You have to crate amp compatible ad units for the AMP template.
Thanks
The latest articles title is different, that happens because of the gadgets demo design. When installing a demo there will be a custom design imported.
That demo uses block header template 5 with some modifications. Also it uses a bigger font-size and line-height for the titles.
What happened is that in the demo stylesheet there is some customization that will apply to a few blocks, for the block title
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NHZRwuYCkz
If you remove the code it will not load anymore and the block titles will be as default.
Or edit the page with the composer and set the block title font properties manually, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/z5YVIIkR
The result should be like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/fuLyuz1a
The length can be changed, simply click in the field and enter your desired value.
That is unusual indeed. Regarding the homepage post, that will be possible. The gradient was designed to place a darker tint over the image, this would be useful when the image used is lighter in color to make the post title and other meta more visible.
In the current case removing the gradient will have this result
– http://prntscr.com/kkqk9p
This is the code for that
.home .td-image-gradient-style8:after {
display: none;
}
.home .td-post-template-8 .td-post-header {
background-color: transparent;
}
Using only the first part of the code would have this result
– http://prntscr.com/kkqksa
For this result you only have to enter this one
.home .td-post-template-8 .td-post-header {
background-color: transparent;
}
Hi,
– Those issues could be caused by insufficient resources, the theme has some requirements. If there aren’t sufficient resources for example, there could be problems
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is very important that everything is set as mentioned in the guide, WP memory can be set higher if possible. Usually the hoisting provider can take care of the modifications where needed.
– The Revolution slider is a demanding plugin, the cause for it not appearing could be related. Once it is placed in a page and the page is saved and viewed, the slider should appear (it will not load in the page edit screen)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nTR3UXYRoZU
– Some footer templates come with predefined content, some are empty. Choose the one you want to use in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
You can also use the Cloud footer templates – http://prntscr.com/kkpat9
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
– The header will be the same in the whole website, not by page. It will be displayed as you configure it. The unique things about each page is it’s content and the page template
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XplVPginyw
– For previewing posts on difference view ports there would be no tool at the moment. Pages can be previewed in the composer, but posts don’t have such an option.
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZfnN0BN5WvU
– AMP posts will be served by Google only, they are accessible through Google search. If the user does not visit the website from there, the mobile theme variant will be displayed if active. So they can be both active at the same time mobile theme and AMP.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks

TD composer has an error in the code on my page. You can see an additional double quote at the end of div tag.
You can see on the page at http://www.sheffieldnewsroom.co.uk.
<div class="wpb_wrapper wpb_text_column td_block_wrap td_block_wrap vc_column_text td_uid_15_5b79c3d…d ta_donotshow td-pb-border-top td_block_template_1" data-td-block-uid="td_uid_15_5b79c3d0223a5" ">
Hi. Where are footer templates from the cloud library imported to? I imported a test one and I cannot find it. I want to delete it. Tried checking pages and cloud templates section but found nothing. Only seeing it from the footer page dropdown.
I did now install this library. But I was not able to find one single post template that met my requirements.
Take a look at this post from The New York Times:
You can clearly see that the excerpt from the homepage is again below the title. That’s want I want to achieve. This should be not so difficult. There’s not one pre-made template where is it like this.
Hi, i use the default demo layout, and with td_composer i organaized the home page block using the block 15 style. If i put a medium size picture i see good on the preview of the article but after when i read the article (i use the post template style 6) the image is blurred, i need to have in focus image in the preview and in the post, how i can do it? there’s a way to choose 2 different size image? or there are a resolution to adopt? thanks
That is a flex block, what exactly are you doing with it? Placing that block in a tag template will not cause it to display only posts with a specific tag. It will display posts according to the filtering you set for it.
So configure the block to display posts with a certain tag, if you want to use a flex block in a tag template.
Usually the post loop element is used in tag pages for example, this will automatically display posts according to where it is placed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/yP6E0HQUMxp
A block will only display according to it’s filtering, regardless of where you place it.
Hi,
1. So you want to remove the category base from the URL? That can be done with Yoast SEO for example. The result will be xample.com/blue-widgets no more /category/
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JkbvwFFqL
In the breadcrumb path there would be no actual term “category” unless maybe you have a category called that way. The theme settings for breadcrumbs are these
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/breadcrumbs/
2. The breadcrumbs element when using a cloud template has a few more settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/s4gA1KkY
But for what you want to do exactly there would be no setting. If you use pages instead of the category pages, and page parent-child relation, the name of the pages will appear in the breadcrumbs. Pages cannot have categories.
Thanks
Hello jesse,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! You should check the theme core files if you want more additional customizations because we cannot provide something like this at the moment, sorry!
Notice that you can create your own Custom Category Page if you will use the Cloud Template Library with TD Composer. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Thanks for your understanding!
