Hello ThemeForest Support Team,
I purchased your theme a long time ago to build a news and blog website. Recently, I converted the website to sell products. However, I noticed that the “Woo My Account” section displays incorrectly on mobile devices, and the desktop layout also has many unreasonable and unbalanced elements. It seems that the overall design lacks polish.
I tried using some “Cloud templates” designed for Page accounts, but they don’t have an “Orders” section for customers to review their order history.
Therefore, I would like to request your assistance in resolving the following issues:
1. Fix the display error of the “Woo My Account” section on mobile devices.
2. Improve the layout of the desktop interface to make it more balanced and visually appealing.
3. Add an “Orders” section to the “Cloud templates” designed for Page accounts so that customers can review their order history.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you.
If We Select Template Globally Then It shows as a blank Page and also If I go to Edit with TagDiv Then also it shows Error
https://startupnews.fyi/ now we use default template
Hello Ameet!
The error appears only if you are logged in as an admin. So, you should edit this page with the TagDiv Composer and add an image to every element in order for it to be displayed on your frontend.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Any other plugins that are not official were not tested with our theme, and we do not recommend them.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello,
I don’t recommend to using amp, because it is deprecated -> https://developer.bigcommerce.com/docs/storefront/wordpress/platform-integration/enabling-amp
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ The option that you need to use.
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc, so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see when that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin cannot.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page, you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Also, please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/
Thank you!
Hello!
Check all these requirements for the theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If you mean the default blog page, then you can add a new page and edit it with the TagDiv Composer(there is a blue button in Gutenberg).
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Hey Team,
I am looking to disable the default category page template for the Mobile Theme. I really wants to use the global template, the default template for the Mobile Theme looks boring and lacks customization like adding custom image for the specific category.
Any help from your side will be truly appreciated.
Website: https://in.franchisegoal.com/category/tea-cafe-franchise/ (Please check in mobile). For large screen devices, it is showing fine, but not as expected for the mobile devices.
Do let me know if you require more info.
Regards
Gaurav
Hello Amit!
You can create a new page, edit it with the TagDiv Composer(the button from Gutenberg) and use some flex blocks with different category filter: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
An archive page is a great way to structure all of your content in an archive such as monthly, yearly or even a particular date range. It can be find in the Cloud Templates -> Date Templates.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check the guide here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Hi, i have a question about an all categories generic page, that will have a block to display all the categories.
I found the below page to be ideal for exploring the posts within the categories and it was generated by default once the template was imported. Below are some urls. [the template, i have imported it from the cloud. a category template]
the following urls when used are able to display categories
https://newspatron.com/category/travel/
https://newspatron.com/category/tech
https://newspatron.com/business and so on.
i tried to use a url using my imagination such as the below
https://newspatron.com/category
[with a view to see all categories populated on the url]
however the url redirects to the below url
https://newspatron.com/tdb_templates/category-template-magazine-pro/
the above url is not something that i am trying to achieve.
Please let me know a neat hack for all category blocks on a single page. [If at all its supposed to work that way.]
Best regards
Amit Kumar
Hello @newsblaze!
For the default templates, there is an option to deactivate the H1 on pages in the theme panel -> header.
Thank you!
Hello @kbe3999 !
I can’t see any cropped image in that Single Template. Do you mean on your homepage?
I suggest you upload the images in your Media Library in full size (1920 px): https://prnt.sc/YzxtrT24bGKM
Thank you!
Hello @peerblue!
1. Try to enable this feature: https://forum.tagdiv.com/unique-articles/ on your homepage.
So, you won’t have duplicate posts.
Edit the single template with the TagDiv Composer, check if there are two elements that display the featured image, and delete one.
Make sure you set the featured image for your posts in the right-side settings in the Gutenberg and not in the content. Please follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
2. That’s why you should set the featured image correctly in the right place, as explained above.
3. Yes. Please re-check!
Thank you!
Hello!
It seems to be a default page, and you should assign a cloud template for that.
Also, you need to set the page in the plugin you use.
Read more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-shop/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-opt-in-builder/
Thank you!
Hello, I’ve set up a new website, purchased a new Newspaper license, and wanted to use the prebuilt website to edit it. Unfortunately, in every selected template, various pages look strange, and their appearance is completely different from the demo on preview. The biggest issues are with the cart and checkout. I’ve tried different things, performed a clean WordPress installation, removed all additional plugins, even reset all files on the server. I also attempted to downgrade Newspaper, but nothing helps, and these pages still look this way. How can I fix this?
Hi Alina,
The first task we did our way. You suggest hiding the image from search. We don’t want to hide them from search. We want to set the background of the product to be displayed in search for the 1st group, and for the other 2 group to display the product image as follows:
In Woo Product Pages we have 3 different templates for 3 different product groups.
1. For the 1st group, we want the Lifestyle photo to appear in the search,
1st Product group Template http://new.atv-nautica.com/product/sun-sport-230/
2. and for other groups of products, that a photo of the product on a white background appears in the search
2nd Product group Template http://new.atv-nautica.com/product/900dsx/
Also, thank you on recommendation for Woo Gropued Product Plugin
Hello,
I have setup a new simple template for Pages under Cloud Templates.
I created a new page whos content can be edited only via Gutenberg. How we can assign the custom page template to the new page i created? I dont see any option while on gutenberg. Note that, if i try to edit the page with TagDiv composer, all gutenberg contents are removed automatically for some reason.
Kindly advise, since we need to have the option to make a custom page.
thanks
Hello,
You can use modal popup and you can import a page from cloud https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Pages and you can see the example here https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_towntalk_pro/header-template-towntalk/?
Thank you!
Hello,
Please tell me where it only appears on one page or the entire site. Did you add any code or elements from another plugin?
Please follow the steps from this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-at-zones-6models-1dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-currene/ if you have a child theme; please use the main theme.
You can try to revert an old revision on a page/template -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/complete-guide-to-wordpress-post-revisions/
Also, please let me know how you added the events calendar.
Thank you!
Hello thanks for your reply, Bettina!
I checked my website home page, the template, the menu and the headers. I also checked all the pages.
I am not using flex blocks. Therefore none of the blocks feature an Ajax filter or any of the mega menus are also not being used.[that have subcategory filters.]
Is there still an alternative to troubleshoot this?
Amit Kumar
Plugin The Evenst Calendar is deactivated, no, it’s not due to that.
Please check here, now with plugin disabled:
https://www.mnovine.hr/test/
My assumption is, in Cloud Templates for Single post, Category, Archive, and for most others, I have set some templates (Magazine PRO), except for Page template I don’t have any defined for.
“Page templates
No cloud templates. Please import one or more templates from Cloud Library.”
But, of course, I don’t know, nor do I think I can add it since I mentioned above that I have that error on #1.
Is there a manual way to create a Page template somewhere else on working system (old setup without Cloudflare) and manually import it into the database?
Is there any way to solve issue with error #1?
Thank you.
Hello!
You can use a cloud template that has these options with multiple paragraph values:
We will take into consideration your query!
Thank you!
Hello,
Yes, the theme has table content, but this is available only if you use a Single Post Template from tagdiv Cloud Library -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/single-post-shortcodes/
Thank you!
Hello,
I recommend adding text to a page template using column text or text with a title, not in the Gutenberg editor, because then the theme doesn’t have any option over the text or overwrite the style.
Thank you!
