First it is need to be sure that you have set all the theme requirements from our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ in special this code – https://i.imgur.com/Z9zCgkb.png if this is not resolving the problem try with the permalinks on simple/plain, sometimes there are hosts that you need to ask to set the pretty permalinks.
Can you please check to see if the problem persists if you test only with tagDiv plugins without any other plugins? (to be sure it is not a plugin conflict).

As I mentioned in my initial message, I’ve already followed all the steps from your guide (https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/) and applied the exact settings shown in the screenshot (https://i.imgur.com/C7n3fBU.png).
Despite this, the issue remains — when I click on TagDiv Composer, it redirects me to an error page.
Could you please take a closer look or let me know what else I can check? I’m stuck and would really appreciate your help resolving this.

If the share button works when you post to your personal Facebook profile, but not when you try to share to a Facebook page, there are a few situations. It could be a problem with Facebook itself, which after the latest updates has now changed and has other specific requirements to be able to share to a Facebook page. Our developers have been informed about this situation and it remains to monitor the new implementations from Facebook and see if anything can be done to fix this unpleasant situation (it may require extra permissions and extra APIs for the Facebook page).

The rtl demo do not use any mobile theme, is use the responsive version, so all that is need is to install the rtl demo without any mobile plugin and the responsive eversion will be used.

I’m glad that you manage to resolve the problem with the theme update.
The second problem I do not thing that has something to do with the mentioned error, now most of the time it can be related to an extra plugin that is interfering or when there are insufficient resources. Please make sure that those theme requirements are set – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ also please try using php v8.2 and v8.3 and see if there are any differences. If the problem persists, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins.

I have purchased the Newspaper theme (version 12.7.1) and currently use it on my website: https://hunedoara1tv.ro.
The theme was successfully activated and shows as REGISTERED in the WordPress admin panel. However, after some time, it deactivates itself without any manual changes on my part.
I’ve checked the system status, and all server requirements are met:
PHP version: 8.4.6
WP Memory Limit: 512MB
PHP Max Input Vars: 15000
Execution Time: 600
Could this be caused by a server communication issue with your license server or a license conflict? I have not used this license on any other live site.
Please help me identify and resolve the issue. Let me know if you need any logs or additional information.

I see you would like to display it below the menu, you could use header style 4 or 5 for example. Or is there a problem perhaps, or other requirements? In your screenshot I see that the initial ad is already below the menu, do you maybe want to make it larger? If its’s an image ad, then the image itself will have to be larger.

No, I do not recommend it. Make sure your user is an admin, and then you can check for updates. The latest version is 12.7.

That’s already on the to do list, but unfortunately we haven’t added it for either of the themes. And I can’t provide a time estimate.
Maybe you could consider using a sharing plugin which has it? You could deactivate the theme sharing buttons and use a plugin instead. In terms of location I know that some plugins display the buttons on the side of the page automatically. Or if they can be displayed with a shortcode, it could be added in the post template. I will help with it, I’ll test a few plugins, no problem. Do you have specific requirements or you just want sharing buttons anywhere in the post page, with Bluesky included?

My tagDiv Composer does not keep deactivating as in the link you gave me. It won’t activate at all after an attempted theme update.
I have been using your theme for many years so I think I should have the theme requirements pretty well covered – as was your 2nd suggestion.
Can you please look at my actual issue and suggest real help. Been running this site for years but still not a tech expert of your/wordpress software.
What has happened to the Newspaper Time Machine option to let me go back to the previous version?
