Hi guys,

When I’m logged in as admin, my single page posts display perfectly. They look great. The social media icons load at the top, everything loads quickly, and the photo galleries in our reviews look exactly how they’re supposed to. Like it’s literally perfect.

Log out, and it looks like rubbish. The top social links under the story headline disappear, images take ages to load… gallery looks like stretched tiny thumbnails and not how they should be.

I have been using the Ad Inserter Pro (recommended by google for ads) to try and put ads and other text into all my 5000 posts automatically and for some reason it fails by all the methods I have tried. the ads appear in the tag div preview but not on the site: thesteepletimes.com

After update I don’t see anymore the article images.. it just grey

Hi, I cannot see the settings of the post loop.

In particular I want my latest article to be shown with just a preview, while actually I can only show them entirely, and you can understand by yourself that on an homepage is not possible.

php 7.4, composer uninstalled and reinstalled, theme updated right now.

How can I solve?

Hello,
I am using the CONTENT LOCKER feature of your theme, but it does lock the whole article view when activated.
I would like to be able to show a short preview of the article (for example the first 5-10 lines) and then lock the rest.
How can I achieve this?
For what I can see when I activate the content locker feature, the whole article is restricted and I cannot show visitor a small extract of it.

I am facing two weird errors after updating to the 11.3.1 version,

First, the images are taking the full-frame, no matter what size I am putting on the editor page,

Second, the center alignment isn’t working, suppose if I am setting the button block to the center, it is showing at the left side of the frame only while previewing.

Please, let me know the solution.

I wanted to know if in the Newspaper theme there is an option to make an element float on the screen when scrolling in the mobile version of the screen just like the top menu can do. (I use the TagDiv composer)

If the answer is negative, they know or recommend a plugin through their extensive experience with other users, that works well with Newspaper and completes this functionality.

I have a website focused on reviews and, therefore, on call to click and it would be very useful for me. Also, your new approach to WooCommerce would also be useful for adding floating “Add to Cart” buttons.

Hi guys,

I switched from NewsMag to Newspaper theme recently, which created a myriad of issues. I don’t really want to install the Standard pack if I don’t have to because it’s a legacy item, but after 10 hours of work, I managed to get the front page to look exactly as I wanted it to… and that’s great.

But, I edited the default cloud layout provided with the demo template I installed (Magazine Pro) for the category, and in tagdiv composer, it looks exactly how I want it to look, and I’ve saved it… but as soon as you try and load the page, it looks like the old one, before I edited it…

Go back into composer, and it looks like the new page… out of it, it’s the old page… I’ve forced cleared my cache and gone incognito/private, but to no avail.

Help… please… 🙂 I’m having wholesale issues with getting the posts to display right too, but that’s a whole other story… I had a layout that worked I thought (single_layout) but it won’t display the reviews, which is about 50% of our content. We can worry about that later.

I find parts of theme’s built-in product review system helpful, ie: being able to rate posts and have the stars/rating display across the site, however I’d like to have a way to use this feature without the added schema markups that come with it.

I’m reviewing different movies and the like, not products per say, but Google is often prioritizing the auto-generated ‘product review’ schema. My main issue is Google using the “aggregate rating” / “rating count” fields, that are overriding the “review rating value” from my movie schema markup.

Is there anyway I can continue to use the parts of the theme’s product rating feature I find useful, without having it include all of the extra schema markups? It seems as though the theme’s built-in setting to ‘disable article schema’ does not disable the product review schema.
