- TutorialsSystem status parameters guide
Hello Ginfox,
After trying to re-install the demo, you should check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Also, you should check your server permission to be enabled so to be able to load data to your website.
Hope this help and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Please check and increase if needed the parameters mentioned in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ because this could affect the theme functionality. Also disable all the plugins except Visual composer, clear the cache and try again to enter the ad code in theme panel and save. Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Hello,
This is a general issue and it can come up in different circumstances. One of them would be the system status parameters not being set properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
The PHP version can also affect the image uploads so pleawse try to use php 7.0
Let us know if you still have trouble with this.
Thank you!
Hello Iain,
Also, you should check your system status parameters and try to increase it according to our documentation here
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Probably, your PHP memory is exhausted and that’s why the mega menu does not work as expected.
Thanks for your understanding!
Activated the option for counting with cache plugin active but still the hit counter misses 2/3rd of the hits for an article.
One more thing, I’m using wp-rocket UPDATED version but the system status screen on my back-end shows as I’m not using a caching plugin. Any fix for this type of an issue?
Im on Newspaper 6 with wp-rocket 2.9.8.1 (http://www.thepapare.com)
Also pls let me know the files in the theme which are responsible for hit counter so I can dig in for a code optimisation.

Any help is much appreciated!
Hello Bogdan,
I also had the same issue. Activated the option you stated but still the issue is there as the hit count is not updated correctly. About 2/3rd of the real hits are missing.

Hello Iain,
Please ensure that behavior does not come from your untested plugins. To be safe, try to disable all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, you should check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If the problem is still there and if you need more guidance in this regard, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
To add a Facebook like element on a page – https://www.screencast.com/t/Te4v6VJNU in a page structure simply insert it in the location you want and update the page, clearing the cache after adding the widget just to be sure. Try to make other changes to the homepage, and check to see if they are saving. Also check and modify the parameters mentioned in this tutorial, if required – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks
Hello MasteringHealth,

Hello,
Please try to increase your system status parameters as this guide shows: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If you use the wordfence plugin, please set the firewall to learning mode.
If this is not the case, then please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello svharishtech,
Please notice that the speed booster is an optional plugin which can be activated in the same way as you install a new plugin.
The Speed Booster works only with the tested plugins. If you use other plugins, it will be automatically disabled, and I suggest to check this first in System Status. However there is a workaround to make it also work with other plugins, you can read more here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/speed-booster-not-compatible-with-vaultpress/
Unfortunately, the time doesn’t allow us tot provide any custom and optimization services. We provide support only for the theme related issues based on Envato support policy – https://themeforest.net/page/item_support_policy I suggest to get someone to help you if you want to optimize your site.
Thanks for your understanding!
all my system status is fine,
so you mean I can uninstall the theme, and then install it again, and still get the same setting and result as before uninstalling?
Hello aderayendra,
Ensure that your system status is increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Notice that all your data is loaded in your database. You will lose the content if you will disable the demo and all of your content has been edited from the dummy content. Otherwise, all of your data is loaded in your database and you do not lose the data/settings.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
You seem to have memory allocation issues. Please use this guide to increase your parameters: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Also please make sure you only use php 7.0 or below.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure the system status parameters are set according to this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Also if you use wordfence, please set the firewall in learning mode.
A plugin conflict can also affect the theme panel so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
We are sorry to hear about your traffic drops but the theme is not to blame for that. The menu loads fast if you optimize your site properly. As you can imagine, we tested the theme thoroughly and our large user base can confirm there are no traffic drops in normal conditions and on a stable host. Please increase your loading speed and you will see the traffic rise up again. Page speed is the number 1 traffic loss issue and lots of people tend to ignore it. Themes are not the same. Our theme has complex elements that require a bit of optimization for optimal results. Please use this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/ and make the proper optimization to your site so users do not get bored waiting for it to load and you do not loose traffic.
Your site loads pretty slow: https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdailytimes.ng%2F
Please consider google’s advice to increase the loading speed.
Also please increase your system status parameters like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Another issue you could be facing is opera mini. If a large number of your fans use opera mini then that alone is a big drop as our theme is not compatible with opera mini.
If for any reason you find our theme is not suitable for your project, you cna request a refund here: https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new and we will provide your money back so you can choose a different theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Also check your memory allocation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!

Hi,
Any element added on a page in the backend should display on the same page in the frontend. Please make sure you are editing the same page that you use as the shop page, and also have products to display. Use the guide to configure the shop page and set up your products. Also check the system status in theme panel – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ and make the modifications if needed. If you have already done this, please provide a link to your website so we can inspect it.
Thanks
