Hello namtraimany,
Please try to increase your system status parameters like this guide suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
The post max size is the important factor here as this will be the maximum size images you can upload
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello mcgor,
First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of this plugin (VC 4.11.2), clear all your caches and check again the results. Also, if your problem is still there, please try to increase your system status parameters to be with the higher value according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
You can try to add the max_input_vars in the php.ini file like this guide suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If the problem is still there try to follow this topic to rule out a few other variables:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/installing-demo-problem/
If you still cannot get it to install, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wpo-admin so we can login and inspect the issue. Please also provide a link to this topic.
Thank you!

Hello chas_donaldson,
Please ensure that you have correctly increased these values according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, if your problem is still there, please contact your hosting provider and tell them this error.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Please provide more details about some server settings that could affect this, so we can also check it on our side.
Also do you use a cache plugin? Did you optimized your site using this guide? – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Please make sure you meet the theme server requirements – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ and also check the System Status parameters – https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ especially the php memory.
To improve your server response time you can try to reduce the number of queries (fewer plugins, fewer blocks on page, reduce the elements which use ajax requests/pagination like mega menus/load more/infinite load). To improve the loading speed look the MySQL query cache: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/query-cache.html we also use it on our demo.
Please create your own topics as this one was created one year ago..
Thanks!

Hi,
I have looked at the errors, but you cannot figure anything out from them as one is a 404…nothing to see there and the html code rendered exactly as the page source. It’s clearly conflicting and making the site display the code exactly as it’s written. If I access your site, I get no errors (tried over 10 times in different browsers)
If you say the plugins worked together on a different platform, that could be your clue there. Maybe the hosting has some setting that prevents the compatibility between these 2 plugins.
Here’s what you can try: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ maybe the directories plugin needs a bit more memory for it’s functionality. You can also take a peek at the requirements for that plugin as well to see if there are certain server issues that can affect it.
Thank you!
Hello ecua123,
You have to check your system status if it has the right values for the parameters, otherwise, you have to increase the systems status, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, if you are using the Wordfence plugin, please notice that is not working with our theme because it creates conflict with the theme and could cause a lot of unknown issues. Also, if you do not have access to your system status file, please contact your hosting provider and then try to increase these parameters.
Hope this helps!
Thanks.
Hi, I am also experiencing the same problem, despite not making any changes to the site all of a sudden when I try and make a tweak to the Theme panel and press save I get the same issue as above, just stuck and nothing happens!
I’ve upped the memory as stated in here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ but I am not experienced enough to start playing around with php.ini files etc… do we know if the above issue was resolved by creating this, seems strange when the theme was working fine before.
Also for the record I disabled all plugins and still the problem persisted.
thanks for your help
Paul

Hi,
You can optimize your wp install to load faster by using this guide:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
And also please make sure you have these parameters set: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try to deactivate all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
If the problem is still there, please try to increase your system status parameters: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
(All of the reports on this error were caused by wordfence so in your case it could have been the cache not being cleared)
Thank you!
Hi @carlosamorales87 and @hernan

Hello newsblaze,
First of all, please ensure that your System Status are correctly increased to the higher value according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, please make you sure that you are using the latest version of Visual Composer 4.11.2 that come bundled with our latest update 6.7.2. Please check your Ad code to be the correct one because it would be most likely that the theme does not support your code. Also, try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and rule out the conflicting plugins and check after the results.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
This could happen if the system status parameters are not set correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ or caused by certain plugins. Recently, we have reports of wordfence causing issues with the theme panel. Please try to deactivate any untested plugins.
Thank you!
Hi
I am not sure why this happens as the theme is tested and works fine. Please check if the parameters from system status have the values indicated in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ – http://screencast.com/t/PxbD4zSlajj Also you can switch to a default wp-theme and check if the problem is still there.
If you still can’t manage to solve this address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com including a link to this conversation and also give us wp-access so we can have a closer look at this and we will get back to your as soon as possible.

What to do?
Hi,
I have tested the danish language on our end but it loads as expected: http://screencast.com/t/v4JmJ2pZG
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also follow this guide and increase your system status parameters: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear the cache memory then test again. You can also switch to a default wp-theme then, try to upload an image and check if the error is still there.
Please double-check your parameters and make sure they are all that you have these set correctly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Hi,
For the first problem (visual composer), please follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/visual-composer-dont-load-backend/
As for the http error, please make sure you meet the requirements for our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please make sure you increase the system status parameters according to this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Sorry, but imm not sure exactly what part I should explain better.
So you tried without plugins, and you increased the wp-config settings. For the other settings you need to have access to php.ini or the .htaccess file and add the values like this guide shows: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If you require better explanation of this guide please follow this topic:

Hi
Please note that is a public forum and any one can see the information posted here, so I removed your login details.
Also I’ve checked your site and noticed the you’re using an older version of the theme and also Visual Composer plugin is outdated. Try to update the theme at latest version available on themeforest, also update Visual Composer from /plugins folder: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
You also have to set the parameters from system status at values indicated in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ – http://screencast.com/t/GLY634Gp
Thanks!
Hi,
Please try to add these lines in the .htaccess file if you do not have access to the php.ini:
php_value suhosin.post.max_vars 5000
php_value suhosin.request.max_vars 5000
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Please note that plugins can also be a cause of this issue as we have reports of wordfence creating such issues. Try the theme settings without any plugins to see if this is the case.
Hope this helps.
Thanks.
