the guide of general Error500 not solve the problem, the problem is localizated in tagDiv Cloud Library plugin (if deativate it, the problem is solved but obviusly the theme need this plugin).
The requirements are all checked.
I checked in the forum and is completly full of post with user with the same or similar problem with this plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/search/tagDiv+Cloud+Library+plugin/

But in the post they don’t write how solved it.

Hi, when activate tagDiv Cloud Library plugin the frontend give me error 500.
I tried to disable all plugins and the result is error500.
When I disables tagDiv Cloud Library plugin the theme work but don’t load a shortcode.
Later I understand that is something of homeshortcode because:

And if I remove the shortcode generate from the Cloud Template, it work.
So…

I am using child theme.
After updating the newspaper theme all plugins related to newspaper theme like; tagdiv cloud library, tagdiv composer get uninstalled automatically and my site design get crashed.
What is the reason behind it?

For the default templates, you need to have the standard pack plugin installed and active.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

You can also use the menu login.

In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

Have you reverted the name of the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin? Did you disable the extra plugins that you use?
Please note that the plugins you mentioned are not tested with the theme.

Formidable forms is not working properly when tagDiv Cloud Library is activated. The CSS is gone and the design is broken.
I disabled all the Plugins one by one. The Forms work fine when other plugins are activated. It only breaks when tagdiv cloud library is activated.

Usually, this problem can appear when you are using the WPBakery if you have this plugin enables then please disable it and try again. There may be a conflict between WPBakery and the tagDiv cloud library.
Make sure there is not a plugin conflict or a cache issue. Please make a test, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

In my testing ambient, I have deactivated all the plugins except
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Mobile Theme
tagDiv Social Counter
(these are the only plugin that I’ve installed with the theme).
Unfortunately, it’s still not working

Hello again. Server have PHP (7.1.33), and we have one or two extra plugins, and yes, i disabled all the plugins when updated the theme. Also, with no plugins active, we activate theme plugins one by one, not automatic, but manual from wordpress plugins. All OK, until activate tagDiv Cloud Library when AJAX ERROR appears, and everything crash.
Better to know, when use install and activate from theme menu, all the steps are OK, dowloading, installing, but when try to activate… AJAX ERROR…

Salut, am făcut update de la Newspaper 12.4 la 12.5 (WordPress 6.2) și de atunci plugin-ul tagDiv Cloud Library nu poate fi activat (nici direct din Theme Panel, nici de la plugin-uri) rezultând un AJAX ERROR și nu mai merge deloc site (pagină albă cu Fatal Error). Speram ca update-ul 6.3 să rezolve această problemă, dar se pare că nu are legătură și problema persistă. Datorită acestei errori am pierdut mult setări (le-am refăcut cât am putut) și cel mai important am pierdut pagini întregi – totul fiind relatat cu acest tagDiv Cloud Library. Acum este dezactivat și totul peticit și nu am cum să beneficiez de ceea ce oferă acest tagDiv Cloud Library.
Info – Pentru a putea intra iarăși pe pagină (implicit la admin) a trebuit să intru pe FTP-ul hostului și să șterg acel plugin.
Există o rezolvare? Mulțumesc.
PS. Nu vă pot da acces la tot (după cum mi-ați cerut), este vorba de un site – instituție publică și de extremă importanță, dar vă stau la dispoziție și răspund la toate întrebările dvs. pentru a putea rezolva problema.

When I try to activate tagDiv cloud library plugin I got grey screen and error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”. Everything is working but I can’t open a post, I have the 4 errors I pasted below.
tagDiv Composer & tagDiv Cloud Library are activated.
If I desactivate the “tagDiv Composer” plugin : blog post are now working but my home page is no longer good looking because of it (but no error).

Please let me know what version of the theme you have. If you don’t have the latest version of the theme 12.5, then please update it.
My recommendation is that before updating the theme to make a full backup for the database and current website, disbale the extra plugins during the update process, after that update the theme manually – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ (after the theme update, make sure that the needed plugins are installed, like tagDiv Composer, maybe tagDiv Standard Pack and tagDiv Cloud Library).
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
