I understand. Please use the code from here https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/tdb_state_category.zip you need to unzip the file and replace the file from the path wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/state/category/tdb_state_category.php
Before this, make sure you have a full backup.

Hi,
This depends on the code you have set in the MU plugin. It’s possible that the code behaves differently with a standard WordPress theme compared to our theme.
Please try a test by disabling all theme plugins and check whether the behavior is the same when using our theme. If it is, this means that one of the theme plugins is overriding the theme code most likely tagDiv Composer or tagDiv Cloud Library.
If this is JavaScript code, you can add it directly in the theme from this section:

Hi,
The reported “vulnerability in tagDiv Cloud Library 3.9” does not apply to our setup. The current installed version is 3.9.2, and as shown in the Patchstack reports, the issue has already been fixed.
However, because the plugin version string includes the text “| built on 12.01.2026 14:31”, some security scanning tools are not interpreting the version number correctly and are flagging it incorrectly.
A theme update will be released soon that removes this extra text from the version field and places it in the description instead, which should resolve the false positives.
If you would like to test this now, an RC version is available under Newspaper → Updates (click Check Updates and look for the RC version). Please ensure this is tested on a staging environment, not on the live site.
Thank you.

Hi,

I am using the Momentum prebuild but needed some functionality from Coach Pro for courses so I downloaded the Coach plugin. However, I am having a similar issue to https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/coaching-pro-single-course-featured-video/ where the Course CPT entry or its taxonomies do not appear in ACF but the course field groups do. As a result I can’t get the Course domain taxonomy archives to list their associated courses.

This is the message that shows where the course list should have been on the Domain archives:
Flex Loop Builder: The Cloud Library Module Template set for this block is not valid or it no longer exists. Please select another Module Template.

Can you please point me to the JSON file to import to resolve? Or if there are alternate steps required, please let me know.

Thank you.

Hi nearview,
There is a fix for this, but I do not know why it has not been added in the theme update, but I will provide it here for you https://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/01/tdb_state_category.zip you need to unzip the file and replace the file from the path wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/state/category/tdb_state_category.php
First, I will suggest using a staging to do the test and not directly on the main site. Also, make sure you have a backup before doing any changes.

Hi Janan,
This was fixed and is present only in versions smaller than 3.9.2, which is the current plugin version in Newspaper 12.7.3 – https://i.imgur.com/0flN6ED.png
https://vdp.patchstack.com/database/wordpress/plugin/td-cloud-library/vulnerability/wordpress-tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin-3-9-cross-site-scripting-xss-vulnerability.
We are also working on a new theme update that we hope will be released this month.

Hello tagDiv Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am using the **Newspaper theme** with the **latest versions** of WordPress, the theme, and the **tagDiv Cloud Library** plugin. However, my WordPress dashboard is still showing a **security/vulnerability warning** for the tagDiv Cloud Library.

In my case, the plugin is required because my **mobile header and footer are created using Cloud Library templates**, so I cannot deactivate it.

Could you please confirm:

1. Whether this vulnerability warning is a **false positive or low-risk issue**
2. If a fix or update is planned to address this warning
3. If there are any **recommended security precautions** we should take in the meantime

For reference, I am also using **Wordfence Security with Firewall and 2FA enabled**.

Thank you for your support. I look forward to your guidance.

Best regards,
Janan

Hi,
If you see on your website shortcodes this means that one of the theme plugins is not installed, go to Newspaper > plugins and make sure that tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library are installed (all theme plugins that have before the update), in some cases, you may need the tagDiv Opt-in Builder plugin or tagDiv Standard Pack.
I believe in your case you need to install the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin.
Thank you!

Hi, something seriously blew up with tagDiv Composer. I was doing development as usual so don’t know what’s it about.

I already deactivated almost every plugin.

I cannot activate tagDiv Composer anymore:

“tagDiv Cloud Library – Plugin deactivated.
This plugin is not supported by the current theme!

Plugins disabled automatically

The following plugins were disabled because they are incompatible with this version of Newspaper:

I have disabled all the plugins, except for tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Composer, Yoast SEO, and Yoast SEO Premium. The duplicate title persists. https://inpeaks.com/2025/12/23/dynamics-365-consulting-the-backbone-of-modern-connected-enterprises/

Hi Suhasbhat,
I think that you have the Newspaper theme and not the Newsmag theme. Using the Newspaper theme, it is possible to use a cloud single post template that needs to be edited using the tagDiv Composer. Another case is to have standard templates, but the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin should not be installed from Newspaper plugins.
Notice: in case you have set a single post t

Wordfence has indicated a vulnerability in the Cloud Library plugin. I also now see an ad being injected into the site. How do we correct this? When will a safe version of the Cloud Library plugin be available? I can’t run the site without this plugin, but it has already caused problems. Please advise a fix ASAP.
I have no ads set up, and none should be displaying.

The following is the message from Wordfence. Please note that this vulnerability has been listed for several weeks.

Hi,
When you install the pre-built website DOCTORS PRO, all the necessary plugins for it will be automatically installed during the pre-built website installation. Normally, it needs the following plugins: tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv Opt-In Builder, and Advanced Custom Fields.
Unfortunately, we do not have a tutorial for how to set the doctors to this search engine, but I can help you. Just let me know if you have the pre-built website installed or if you only want to import that section and use it.

Hi,

There was no new version for the plugin because we received the confirmation that the problem is resolved in the tagDiv Cloud Library version 3.9.2, and the message continues to pop up because of the way the version is displayed for our theme plugin, the answer was that it should be only Version 3.9.3 and our plugin displays Version 3.9.3| built on 22.10.2025 10:59
But now that we’ve mentioned it, our developers are already working on an update to the theme, but it will most likely be released in January.

I appreciate your understanding!

Hi,

More than 30 days have passed since the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin was flagged by Wordfence and similar scanners as vulnerable and the warning is still present in the latest database of threats update.

Maybe it could be a good idea to release a new version of the plugin?

Thank you,

I have a problem with my website not displaying most recent post on different pages like tag, category and on Flex Boxes on the main page. If I deactivate tagDiv Cloud Library, tag and category pages display the most current posts as expected. Same if I load another theme…

This has been ongoing for a few months since I installed this theme, I currently have the most recent version with the latest compatible wordpress version. I have disabled all other plugins and caching (cloudflare), to exclude plugins conflicts.

The block filters for my “Latest News” Flex Block 3 are as follow:
Category Filter: “–All categories–”
Sort Order: “Latest”
I have tried changeing it to “Random post from last 7 days” and the most recent post does appear sometime but when I select “Latest” again, it disapears.
All other options are empty or the default one.

Any ideas what is causing this issue?

Hi,
You can install a pre-built website you like the most and the rest of the pages and cloud template can be imported from the cloud templates – https://i.imgur.com/Kfq2T6O.png
Related to teh contact form https://dviraciukultura.lt/kontaktai/ that is made using the tagDiv Composer and custom fields added using acf plugin.
Thank you!

Hi,
Did you perform a clean update? Please make sure that the theme and theme plugins were not overwritten or replaced. Also, check whether you’re using a child theme—if you are, please disable it temporarily and run a test.

Regarding the tagDiv Cloud Library, you can install Query Monitor to identify which request is causing the issue. It’s usually related to an element that was updated, especially since the problem appeared after the theme update.

Thank you!

Hi tagDiv team,
I’m experiencing severe scroll stuttering/lag on Safari (macOS 15.5) on my website built with Newspaper theme 12.7.3. The issue occurs on all pages immediately when scrolling begins.
Environment:

Newspaper Theme: 12.7.3
WordPress: 6.8.3
PHP: 8.3.27
Server: LiteSpeed/Apache
Browser affected: Safari (macOS 15.5)
Browser NOT affected: Chrome, Firefox

What I’ve tested:

✅ Disabled all plugins except tagDiv Composer and Cloud Library – issue persists
✅ Disabled tagDiv Composer – issue persists
✅ Switched to Twenty Twenty-Four theme – scroll is smooth (confirms issue is theme-related)
✅ Disabled Raptive Ads – no improvement
✅ Tested CSS fixes:

animation: none !important – no improvement
transition: none !important – no improvement
-webkit-overflow-scrolling: auto – no improvement

✅ Object Cache Pro with Relay is configured and working

URL: https://simscommunity.info
The scroll is perfectly smooth in Chrome and Firefox, but Safari has consistent frame drops and stuttering. This is affecting user experience for a significant portion of our visitors.
Is this a known issue with Safari? Are there any recommended fixes or theme settings I should adjust?
Thank you!

I am experiencing a critical issue with the Featured Image display on our Single Post Template.

The image is being cropped at the top and bottom with the Single Post Bg Featured Image, (e.g., faces are cut off) because the container height is fixed and incompatible with the image’s aspect ratio.

Also using Single Post Featured Image with custom CSS (see below) does not contain the image but cuts off below half of image:
.tdb_single_featured_image img.entry-thumb {
object-fit: contain !important;
width: 100% !important;
height: auto !important;
max-width: 100% !important;
}
.tdb_single_featured_image {
max-height: 500px !important;
overflow: hidden;
}

Good to understand that all images are served through the plugin WP Media Folder Cloud add-on from Google Drive, all images are resized offline with XN-Resize, before uploaded in media library folder in WPMF Google Drive, to be constrained to max 1400x600px size. So images have no seperate thumbnails created in Google Drive. The are coded as thumbnails automaticly inside Big Grid and Flex blocks.

Technical Cause and Conflict

Fixed Height Conflict: The core problem lies in the theme block used to display the header image. Specifically, the tdb_single_bg_featured_image block (which was previously used, or its properties are still inherited) has a hard-coded default height value (600px) that cannot be removed or set to ‘auto’ in the TagDiv Composer settings. This fixed height creates an inflexible CSS container.

Rendering Override: The theme’s rendering engine (or the WP Media Folder Cloud Add-on) applies a height constraint via an inline style or theme JavaScript (JS) that executes with the highest priority, forcing the image to fit the limited height while applying overflow: hidden.

CSS Failure: All attempts to override this constraint using standard CSS (Child Theme, Customizer, and direct Block CSS injection) fail to work against the theme’s rendering logic.

Desired Outcome and Required Solution

The required behavior is the precise inverse of the current rendering. The image must behave exactly like the CSS rule object-fit: contain.

Goal: The image must scale down proportionally based on the available width of the column, ensuring the entire image (full height and width) is visible within the container without any cropping. The container’s height must then dynamically adjust (height: auto) to accommodate the image’s resulting proportional height.

I require assistance in disabling the internal hard-coded height constraint (600px) on the Featured Image block within the TagDiv Composer’s source files, as external CSS solutions are being ignored, or have a workaround presented with custom code that can do the job.

Since Single Post Bg Featured Image is a background image this is difficult. The element is placed inside Single Post Featured Image, to be able to show caption. In the Extra Class of CSS of Single Post Featured Image we no have placed remove-image. When showing the image in this element it only shows with setting 485×360 but then doubles in height strangly.

Any help and solution in this would be much appreciated!
