Hello!
We have 3 ways to change this as following:
1. If you have standard pack plugin installed, then you need to modify the file from here: \wp-content\plugins\td-standard-pack\Newspaper
2. If you don’t have standard pack only composer, then check this header file: wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newspaper
3. If you don’t have standard pack or composer, you need to change this file: \wp-content\themes\Newspaper
Let us know about your results!
Thank you!
Hello,
I have Flex Box 4 at the top of my Homepage for the Featured Story Section, but for some reason it is showing up on every article post at the top too.
If I delete it via TD Composer for the Single Post, it disappears from the homepage.
I’ve looked to make sure that it’s not listed as a global thing, and I can’t find it like that, but for some reason, the box won’t just be on the homepage. Is there a way to have it only showing on the homepage and not every other post?
My site is movietvtechgeeks.com, and you can see by clicking on any article link how it shows up at the top.
Thank you.
TD Composer just crashed my domain
TD Composer is disabled for Posts Page. How enable it? Can you advise, please?

Hi,
Whatever we put in the wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newspaper header.php file, doesn’t reflect on the website. we tried a test input z=”3″ just in the begining of the body tag and it’s not reflected in the page source.
There must be some other (parent) .php file …?
Please see attachments http://ada.si/demos1.jpg and http://ada.si/demos2.jpg
All the best,
A.
Hi everyone,
hope you are well.
I’m using the NewsMag 4.9.5 theme and trying to create a home page with a HERO, where I can add a Sign-Up/Lead form.
It seems that the HERO element is not available in TD Composer.
Could you please let me know how to create this element and the form within it? (we are using Mailchimp).
Thanks a mill for your help!
Hello!
I saw there are topics about this problem, but unresolved, so i’m opening a new one.
The problem is like this:
Using Magazine Pro
After editing the frontpage and the single post page with the composer, icons in menu are gone. They show in composer but not in the actual page.
I left the menus unchanged, meaning the elements are using original icons from the TDC font like this <i class=”tdc-font-tdmp tdc-font-tdmp-bicycle”></i> Lifestyle
If i install the fontawesome plugin and insert icons from there, they appear in the menu, but i do not want to use them because fontawesome affects load speed.
Here comes the interesting part. The category page, which was untouched, shows the icons with no problem. All the settings in the composer are the same as in frontpage or single post page
My guess is that when pages are saved in the composer, something is left out. Maybe the tdc font itself. The composer loads the font by default, that’s why in composer there’s nothing wrong with the icons. But when the browser loads the saved page, the icons along with the font are missing, therefore nothing is displayed.
I really hope you come up with some wisdom! 🙂 Thanks!
Hi,
I have tested my website score using google insight, but on mobile version I see that:
Consider using <link rel=preload> to prioritize fetching resources that are currently requested later in page load. Learn more.
URL
Potential Savings
…icons/mobile-theme.woff(www.ciscozine.com)

Why I have this message if I have modified the mobile function.php using:
// Preload Newspaper fonts for mobile theme
function dns_prefetch_mobile() {
echo “<link href=’https://www.ciscozine.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/images/icons/mobile-theme.woff?10′ rel=’preload’ as=’font’ type=’font/woff’ crossorigin>”;
}
add_action( ‘wp_head’, ‘dns_prefetch_mobile’, 0 );
Thanks a lot.

Hello!
For background ad is no option to add a custom code, you can just add an image and a link.
If you want to place your custom code in the theme files then you need to go to wp-content\plugins\td-composer\legacy\Newspaper. There you will find header.php file and you can put your code in <body> tag.
Thank you!
Hi Vlad
I did what you suggested. I removed all plugins, left only tagDiv plugins active. No change. Problems still present.
I removed all tagDiv plugins, re-installed them and activated them.
No change. Problems still present.
It is only on the pages. Posts are not effected by it.
On pages. “Add new” button and create a new sample page, everything is working great, as it should.
Only the pages I created in 2019, before the big update in Newspaper theme, having the problem with the “Edit” button. As mention earlier, “Edit with TD Composer”, “quick Edit” and the rest, is working as expected.
I have no clue what to do else, except uninstall the demotheme or, worse, redo the entire wp-installation, but later I really want to avoid.
Hi,
Got the latest update for Newspaper installed.
When using the Edit Button on posts, everything is working fine.
Doing the same for pages is causing problems.
Using the Edit button for an older page, created in 2019, the system is loading half way and get stuck. Nothing working, no progress, no finish. Have to close the browser window and reopen a new one.
“Edit with TD Composer” and all other buttons are working as they should, only “Edit” is not.
Exception: Once I create a “ADD NEW” pages, saved it, the “Edit” button is working. I also could use “Edit with TD Composer” and save everything. These pages are working and behaving as they should.
How do I fix this?
Do I have to re-create all pages created before the latest update?
At the time I used Newspaper Theme I installed a demo theme, but never removed it. Instead I made all adjustments and changes as needed. Now I wonder, can I uninstall the demo theme without loosing any changes?
Hope someone can help
Cheers
Andrew

My home page is in blank, and when I try the page with TD composer, I get this error:

Hi, since a long time, every tie i want to edit my home page (ahoraroma.com) with the td composer i get the message: “The current content page hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer!” and i can’t even see the content. All blank. How can i fix it?
Hi,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem persist, please set this code in functions.php -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php
add_action(‘admin_head’,function() { echo ‘<style>.td-gutenberg-editor .editor-styles-wrapper .wp-block {max-width:726px;}</style>’; });
Or you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Dear team,
I am writing to point out an issue that already occurred several times, and that seems to be related to core plugins (composer and cloud library). It seems that PHP fatal errors are triggered by slow queries caused by the mentioned plugins (see logs reported below).
We are on cloud hosting with optimal resources for the average traffick we have, and we accomplished all the system requirements/settings and opmitizations (Leverage Browser Caching, Gzip compression, Optimize images, CDN, several caching levels, etc.).
Today we experienced the outage apparently for a very small peak of traffick (50 sessions), that in terms of resources is considered not problematic for server capacities by the hosting technical assistance. In any case we upgraded memory limit to 512mb (from 256mb) to mitigate the issue for the future.
However, I would kindly ask you to check the logs below to understand the root cause of the issue.
Looking forward to receiving your feedback, I am available for any test or additional information.
Thank you,
regards
Pietro

:::LOG ENDS:::
I don’t get the option of “edit with TD composer”
I would like to specify the font size and weight for the article title in a flex block 1. I do not want to specify these on each instance of the flex block as this will be laborious to change later on every instance.
I can set the font family in [theme settings >> Modules and Blocks – Article Title >> General Font] however this does not allow me to set size and weight as this element is specified to be of type ‘general_setting’ (td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/td_config.php:29285).
If I do not wish to override this value on every instance then how should I achieve this? Options I can think of are:
1) edit td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/td_config.php as follows
'modules_general' => array(
'text' => 'General font',
'type' => 'default',
)
But I don’t like this option as it will likely be problematic in the face of updates
2) I could create a new plugin that implements a bespoke implementation of a flex block that uses, say, module_1 for font settings.
3) something else that I haven’t thought of
What would you recommend? Thanks!
Hi, I am using the Newspaper theme and am getting this error below:

Hello
Why can’t I edit a post with TD Composer?
Is it only possible to use the post template?
