Hi,

I don’t believe there are any plans to provide compatibility with other page-builders. The main page builder in the theme is the tagDiv composer, this will be further integrated with the theme and will receive many more options.

I cannot say much, but in a coming major theme update there will be consistent changes to how the post templates can be used, among many other new features. I also cannot provide a time estimate for this update unfortunately.

Visual composer is not enabled for posts in our theme because it is not recommended to use it on posts, only on pages

That is an unusual issue you are having, so in the backend the post content is not visible despite the post having content. You could try as a first step to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, check if this has any effect. Also take a look at the theme system status

Upon further investigation into this issue it seems the accent color on the mobile theme is not working properly in the current version. We will fix this in the next theme update. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will provide a quick fix as soon as this is investigated by our development team.

There are plans in a coming major update to change how widgets are used in the theme. There will be a considerable amount of flexibility added for many theme elements. I cannot say more about it or provide a time estimate for the update unfortunately. Sorry if this is an inconvenience at the moment.

We are aware of this issue and we will fix it in the next update. Indeed when setting a background color for the text with title, the text will be behind the background. Please enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section

@drcocci@gmail.com To fix the Instagram you should try the fix provided above and there should be no problem. When a theme update will be released it will contain this fix, but I cannot say when exactly this update will be released.
We are currently also investigating issues which are caused by Facebook making changes to their code as well. The Facebook counter in the social counter fails to work for some users.

The solutions will work, make them as advised and be sure to clear all caching and CDN if used and the data should be refreshed. I cannot say at the moment when a theme update including these fixes will be released.

This will not break the footer section, simply edit the theme file mentioned and select and remove all the code inside it, then paste the one provided. The code is tested and works properly. The links to the code work well from what I can see.

Facebook also is making some modifications to their code, so there might be issues in that matter as well. Apparently it seems some Facebook keys work and some keys do not

We do not have the latest update for VC yet in the theme package. The guide also mentions you should only use the version we provide. The latest version we can provide at the moment is version 5.4.5. Please deactivate and delete your current version of VC and install it again from the main theme package you can download from envato now.
It will still say you nee to update to version 5.01 though but until the next theme update this is not possible.

Please update your version of the tagdiv composer as well by deactivating and deleting the current one you have now and installing it again from the main theme package you downloaded from envato.
Also please try to install the new multi-purpose plugin and see if the error is still there.

There will be changes in coming updates in how the post pages can be used. There will be a considerable amount of flexibility added, I believe something like this will be possible then. I cannot give you a time estimate however for when this update will be released, the work is still in progress. As soon as each task is finished the update will be released.

That is unusual, did not see that before. Try as a fist step to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins as a quick test, check if the issue still happens. If you use a child theme deactivate it temporarily. Test again.

The count is not a live count. It makes only a few requests per day in order to keep server load to a minimum. Give it a bit of time and it will update accordingly.

The Newsletter element is only available in the tagDiv composer to be placed on pages. It is not present as a widget. You could use a HTML or text widget to display a newsletter in post sidebars for the moment.
