Hi, a white space suddenly showed up under the header after the latest update. We’ve tried putting -20px on the next row just to get rid of the extra space that showed up but its not working.

I did update my theme to the newest version by deleting the old copies of the theme (as usual) and uploaded the new one via WordPress.

Everything seems to be working except the TD Composer – which is the heart of it.

Let me know how it can be fixed. I’m able to edit the shortcodes using vc row and column but it isn’t convenient.

Since the 8.6 update, it’s very hard (sometimes impossible) to select elements in the TD Composer. It often doesn’t load the element correctly in the sidebar. This issue occurs in Chrome and Firefox.

Hi since updating to 8.6 the horizontal rule is playing havok on my site. I use it quite a lot to seperate things. Sometimes it displays other times it displays it so it’s barely visible, other times it misses it out altogether. It was fine until the update any ideas what’s going on with it. if you look at this page https://www.freedailyracetips.com/2018/01/07/horse-racing-tips-free-27/ you will get an idea of what i mean. The hr after the 12.20 race is faded and appears to not be there.

Just updated to the new theme. Is there a way to get the old share buttons back?

I just purchased Newspaper days ago to built an frequent flyer news site for Chinese travelers with friends together, and I have to say, it’s amazing. So I was wondering will Newspaper consider add more Chinese localized support, like add Youku to the video supported site (since YouTube is not supported in China), Weibo to the social media bar, and WeChat sharing as an option since it shouldn’t be too hard to add them to code and could have an significant sales increase for Chinese WordPressers. I personally would love to see those changes and willing to provide any language supports on that part. Thanks in advance.

I recently updated the theme and after trying some of the new features I have been unable to edit using Tag Div Composer (It just constantly tries to load).

It’s a great theme, but I would appreciate any help in allowing me to correct the error.

Hello, I updated to Newspaper 8.6 today and suddenly all my widgets disappeared. First they were on inactive. I put them all again in the custom sidebars. But now they’re gone again. I don’t know what’s happening. Can you please help me?

I have an outdated version of Newspaper theme that I do not want to update because I have no advanced knowledge and I didn’t install a child theme for the (minimal customization) we’ve done.

Pretty often we get a very slow post.php when we want to post new articles. Often getting 504 Gateway Time-Out.

I was wondering if you guys offer and can quote me with a way to fix this for once and forever. Your reply would be very much appreciated people from tagDev team.

We have a HIGH volume of articles (over 101k) but our site traffic isn’t big. Right now avg of # sessions per day.

I just updated my site and the social icons are not appearing. There is a box with a little box inside of it. If I click on it, the social icons appear.

I have a problem with my home page.

Suddenly WP in “modify the home homepage” shows me only half of my widgets.

It had already happened last week. Suddenly it stopped working correctly. Believing it was a bug of the WP Bakery Visual Composer PRO plugin, I tried to install another Composer but half of my home page was still invisible during editing.

I then updated the theme by switching to 8.6.
I also changed the subject by choosing a new default demo.
Then I created a new homepage from scratch.

Everything worked perfectly and properly, even though with the 8.6 version, the Tag Div Composer plugin arrived with it.
Although I had 2 layout plugins, everything worked fine.

I customized the homepage by placing the widgets, but without changing the titles that were based in English (even if from the template I selected the “Italian” language in the translation).

Today I opened my wall, I selected “edit the homepage” to be able to manually translate all the titles of the widgets but, again, suddenly, the template displays me only half of my homepage so I can’t edit or even delete all the widgets that are positioned under the Social buttons (there is a central area with the latest articles, a sidebar and under, the instagram widget, below the footer).

I no longer see either the content area, nor the sidebar nor the instagram widget or the footer bar so, I can’t modify them in any way.

I tried to uninstall the TD Composer plugin but nothing changed. I also uninstalled WP Bakery Page Builder and then installed it again. I emptied the chache, but nothing.

I no longer have access to the final area of ​​my homepage.
Where have it been placed?
What can I do to view it again?

I want to update from Newspaper 7 to Newspaper 8.6.
1) Can I do it?
2) DO i have to just upload the news theme files to the newspaper theme folder?

I have received an email intimation about the update. But when I search for Newspaper 8.6 (to update my current version 8.5.1), I can’t find the download link. Could someone guide me to right link, please?
Also, should this update be done with FileZilla?

At least add minimum support on Posts when using Tagdiv Composer. I have created several posts using Visual Composer. When I switched to Tagdiv Composer, the post created with Visual Composer have layout issues. I recreated every posts without Visual composer. But in some posts, the use of some blocks are mandatory. Kindly add some support for using some shortcodes to some blocks in the future updates. Also two columns support for adding two images side by side. Thanks.

Hi, I’ve some problem with row if I set “row stretch”. it doesn’t work. I save on the tagdiv composer page but it keep boxed.
I use the background image in the raw css setting panel and “stretch row and 1400 px content” but it doesn’t stretch my row.

It was ok until 10 days ago. I check and update all the plugin and theme but the result does not change.
