Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled when it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
Check in the Newspaper -> Plugins. Check if you have the Standard Pack plugin installed and active (for default templates).

Hello. Sorry for reviving this post but I’m having problem with this.
I created a custom post field https://imgur.com/ra4vaPa that it’s using taxonomies and set the page with that field on “Account Details” tab.
Although it’s showing, If I select one of the taxonomies and then click to update, after refreshing the field does not appear selected. Also, on the ADMIN panel, the value was not saved on the user profile.
Can you please provide an example of this working? From creating a custom field and applying it on that page. I can’t make it work.

The mobile editor comes from the mobile theme plugin and AMP.
If you use cloud templates, then you can use an element as column text, raw HTML, or raw CSS to add codes.
You should use the mobile theme + AMP and add the code to the post you need in the mobile editor field.
Actually, we have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Hi, so I just update my Newspaper Theme from version 12.5 to 12.5.1. After an update, all of my theme just become messy and empty like this: lpmdinamika.co.
Any idea how to fix this?
Same here. It stopped working on a registered site. When I go to Updates it deactivates and wants me to register. When I do it then soon deactivates again.

when I click on the Updates tab I get a note saying:
Your Newspaper Theme license is not registered yet
It never did that before. Then Activate Theme tab appears as well. So I enter my license key and email and it’s registered again. Then I go back to Updates and boom it’s the same story again – not registered.
Also, when I register it, if I go click the My license tab I get back a note saying:
No domains associated with your license key
Really?
I saw some domains there in the past!
What is the catch?
I purchased the theme back in 2016 and I am using the same license key from the theme documentation PDF.
If this license key allows only 1 domain and there are some other domains using it, I will need it reset/associated with this 1 website of mine and the rest “kicked off” the list.

On single post template, I am not able to do any change. For example, I don’t see edit tagDiv composer option while I am on post template(Please refer image). Also from theme panel whatever changes I am doing (like show updated, date, show ad, show related posts etc), they are not reflecting. I don’t want to use any other template since I did font or other changes on the current template.
Can you guide how to deal with this.

Hello, I’m wondering if we will ever get to translate the theme panel tabs without messing with the code. The workaround I have found is to hardcode the core files to the language I want, and this is not a good action for many reasons, e.g: an update.
So, can we expect to ever get this feature?

Bettina thanks, now I can see footer after installing Standard Pack but I am wonder when I change something in the Footer Info content, I cannot see the changes in the website footer. Basically still see the very old content that was there before I got reactivated the TagDIV Standard Pack Plugin.
I clicked to save changes like 10x times and deleted cache many times to no avail.
Is there any trick to force the site to show the updated footer ?

I am using child theme.
After updating the newspaper theme all plugins related to newspaper theme like; tagdiv cloud library, tagdiv composer get uninstalled automatically and my site design get crashed.
What is the reason behind it?
