Well, I keep everything up to date, I updated to the latest version of the theme and of the plugins that I use (that include jetpack, Yoast SEO and W3). Nothing else was changed on the server, it’s a DV from media temple so resources are not an issue… And also allocated more memory to the install (256MB) and nothing… Now the problem is also in another site were the backend is slow as a snail.
Any help? Very much needed…

I see in v1.5 there is a fix for the post pagination. Why you don’t update to latest version, we are on v 3.5 and you miss a lot of features.

this is how the 7 day post count work:
there is an array with 7 positions, one for each day of the week.
each day only one position is updated.
ex: today only position 1 is updated, tomorrow only position 2 is updated.
when the week stats again -> today will become 0 and again only this position is
updated.

TIP:
1) do updates via FTP if you can
2) we’ve had nothing but problems with the envato “theme updater” – I recommend avoiding it unless you are very savvy in doing full backups of your site via FTP prior to running the plugin (in which case you wouldn’t likely use it anyway)
3) FTP is always best because you can a) make full snapshot backup of your site files, including images, themes, core WP files, config, htaccess, etc. – and also do a dbase backup via WP Admin > tools > Export (all); b) upload files so you know they are properly uploaded
CAVEAT/CAUTION: if your site has ownership permissions where files/folders are “owned” by Apache/server and not the ftpuser, then you may NOT want to use the FTP method for updates. If you are unable to replace your theme folder due to being “owned” by Apache, you can rename the theme folder, then upload fresh copy by FTP which would be “owned” by the ftpuser and not server. You can view “ownership” permissions of your folders by going to your hosting > filemanager > public root > files … “who” owns the folders will be shown in that application.
And YES, you can upgrade from 3xx to 3xxxx without first installing 3xxx.
New to FTP? Good to learn. Filezilla is free and open source way to get started.

I need to have that plugin count in the post_views_count field (which I have done). I just need to know how the “post_views_count_7_day_total” field is calculated… so that I can make sure that gets updated as well.

When I give the site a background-color – it also gives my header (where the logo is) the same background-color? Even though I want my header to have a different background-color.
I have updated the header bg in the theme panel but it will still show the site background-color.
Is there away around this? I tried using css to do this but it gave the full width a background-color.

We had a lot of problems with Envato plugin due to localized file permissions. So, we don’t use it. FTP is still the best way to go.

Since the update the Google map element on visual composer is not working. I add the link to Google maps like I always do and it doesn’t appear on the post. I do see that on my old posts its working fine.

first backed up my theme and when I pressed update theme it deleted my theme O_O
Why?
I love this theme so much because the you often enhance and debug this product so there are total 24 updated version issued on themeforest and I think you will working hard continuously to improve this product.
Everytime when I found a new update, I downloaded both the “All File and full documentation version” and “WordPress installable version”
When I try to download on last update, themeforest told me that the download limit was exceed and I cannot download any update version of this theme anymore. I inform the support team of themeforest to explain my case because I don’t know the rule about the download limit for total 50 times. They solve my case and extend my download limit.
I agree with the first rule of maximum of 20 times in a 24hr period but I wonder that if your still keep on update and enhance your product over 50 version, how your customers get further download?

I’ve managed to discover that the issue is being caused by a conflict between the latest update to the theme and Cloudflare CDN.
Disabling/pausing Cloudflare optimisation resolves the issue and allows me to navigate through the theme panel. I have informed Cloudflare of the conflict and are awaiting their response.
I have no idea what may be causing the conflict but I do know it isn’t Javascript minification, which was already deactivated prior to installing the latest version of the theme. The problem only started after installing the latest theme version and I have tried reinstalling it more than once.
I deleted all the files from server and then re upload the 3.5 update but no luck. I cleared all the cache.

I just reinstalled the theme and managed to get most of my stuff automatically back…
I am not sure why this plugin deleted my website and theme when it’s recommended to install to automatically updates ?
After using the evanto plugin it ERASED MY WEBSITE AND I LOST EVERYTHING!
I have also now installed that automatic update plugin and I am not sure what is suppose to happen but when I pressed the automatic update it just was “buffing” for a while I’m still waiting for it to stop buffing.
Is it possible that I installed the theme twice? via filezilla?
