Hello!

I would like your help with the following issue, please!

When I try to add a featured image to a post, I get this error message: “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.” I had this problem for a long time now.

Also, I can’t find any previously uploaded images in the Media Library, although there should be hundreds of them.

The website is updated to WordPress 5.9 & Newspaper Version: 11.4, and my web hosting provider can’t find any issues (the server is running PHP 7.4).

I tried deactivating all plugins except the ones required for the theme to work but it didn’t make a difference.

Any advice would be highly appreciated!

Hi, i have created this website with the newspaper theme and when wordpress updated my posts page editor is not working properly. I cannot see the category list and when I can, the featured image disappears.http://www.rptv.ro

Everything is updated. The theme, the WP, everything. No errors on the server side too. But one thing is very problematic: I can’t upload a media. It gives “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”. In fact, when I navigate to dashboard > media > library, it it empty but it says “Showing 1 of 52 media items”.

I have tried 744, 755, etc from the file manager permissions. I have even contacted my server but every expert says to contact theme support.

Assistance required.

Just a quick question. Is tagDiv natively compatible with wordpress updates? WordPress 5.9 recently released and I was wondering if updating would cause potential issues.

This line keeps showing up in the error log. We are using latest version of Newspaper along with PHP 7.4 and WordPress 5.9 and Apache as web server. Please advise how to fix this.

My website is not working correctly after update to 11.4.

It doesn’t load up styles. You can see it in the menu section and Flex Block 2 sections. Can someone please look into it?

When I reverse the template to version 11.1 everything is fine.

1. Global logo

Using edit with tagdiv composer, if I update the ‘Logo text’ and ‘Logo text tagline’ it only applies to the page on which I edit it. How can I get this to apply to every page?

2. Hide author

E.g. first article ‘Strawberry Daiquiri’, author is showing as ‘Howmanywon@gmail.com’. Can I hide this?

3. Hide post date

Similar to aboe, want to hide the date

4 and 5. remove sections

On the homepage, I would like to remove the entire ‘Video recipes’ section, and the entire ‘Subscribe to our newsletter’ section so that the footer is just the left half of the current footer.

Since the last update, the featured image of the posts is not showing. is this something I can fix?

It doesn’t happen with every blog post, but it happens with most of them. What’s the problem?
