In most cases, this problem occurs because you have the latest version of WordPress with an older version of the theme.
Please check if you use the last version of WordPress 5.7 with the last theme version Newspaper 10.4 (if you have a theme version older, than NewsPaper 10.4 and you have the latest WP version 5.7, tagDiv Composer not work) and check to see if the problem persists.

Also, make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also, if the problem persists please check if you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.

I’m not sure I fully understand what is the issue. Can you please provide me a screenshot and more details?
Also, the mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
About mobile page template if you made a page template and after that, you delete the mobile page without unassigned it from the page still be linked. To remove the linked mobile page you need to create the new one then select the new mobile page after that you can delete the mobile page.

The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, 404 etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple).
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.

When you deactivate Mobile Theme plugin, then your responsive mobile version will be on which is similar with the desktop version and all should be alright.

Also, if it is about the Instagram counter, then yes, there are were some changes in Instagram rules and after a while, the old implementation for the Instagram counter is stoping to get followers.
But the Instagram widget should work correctly. Also, our developers are working to get the social counter for Instagram to work like before, I think that in the coming update this should be fixed.

If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, then you need to deactivate Mobile Theme plugin, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
