I don’t know where is the error. Also the mobile menu has disappeared. Im trying to fix it. It’s like all the categories doesnt exist but the slugs are ok on the menu.

I updated last night from 10.3.4 to 10.3.5 (using the newspaper theme panel through WordPress) and immediately lost all ad settings inside Newspaper theme, also lost custom styling on fonts, colors and header image is gone and footer is gone. There were no errors on the install. I then downgraded back to 10.3.4 and it still is gone. I also tried restore from vaultpress and everything is still missing. I see that the video you’ve passed to me as a tutorial has more tools. I don’t get the tabs of mobile menu. I think I need to download the latest version of the template. WordPress version 5.4.2 has been available on my desktop for a long time, but it won’t let me download it. To make this change do I need the latest version? I don’t know how to find the mobile menu and all the tools that their appear on the video tutorial.
On the other hand, do you know why I can’t update the latest version of wordpress?

We had a similar issue, and it does look like many people continue to post with the PHP Warning: getimagesize error on these forums. Support also told us to apply the same “fix”, however, this isn’t really a fix as it is just a bandaid. Each time the theme/plugin gets updated, we need to re-apply the suppression for the error.
Will this error ever be resolved in the main theme?
Trying to get an update on if this issue will ever get resolved in the main theme? We contacted support and they modified the following:
/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 792 set before getimagesize and ‘@’.
This works fine, however, each and every time the theme/plugin is updated we have to re-apply this “fix”. It’s not a fix, it’s a bandaid.
Will this every be resolved in the main theme?

Everything was fine until one of the recent updates. Now the WP Editor from “Edit Content” doesn’t update the content. I have updated/disabled all plugins. I had to repurchase 6 month support, $70aud just to post this question which seems unfair as everything was working fine until the new updates.

Is no need to edit the theme files, you can set that code in theme panel > analytics/js codes -> https://i.imgur.com/T9Y4Gy4.png here you can set all the code you have and it need to be set between <head> and </head> tags.
Also, our theme has more headers and footers to fit with Envato standards -> https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
For example when tagDiv Composer is not activate the theme will use the files from this path -> wp-content/themes/Newspaper/header.php when the plugin is enable and you also use tagDiv Standard pack with a standard header it will be use this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/header.php and if you are using a cloud header it will be use the file from this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php
Indeed this is quite confuse, but this is the way that these files are used after after the update per envato requirements.

When you choose the autoplay option, then the video will start on mute do to the Autoplay Policy Changes, there is no option to set it on mute or not.

Yes, I would like to update a file loop-single.php which is in the e /wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper folder directory. So i copied the loop-single.php file into Child theme folder like /Newspaper-child/ not in Newspaper-child/part/single. And any updates has no effects

I’m using the LifeNews Pro theme and the header and footers are having issues that are not being resolved by
– disabling all other plug-ins
– clearing cache
– following the instructions for updating “mobile” image.
FOOTER: When I import the LifeNews Pro footer – it doesn’t come in as editable. Instead, it imports “done” and states that its saved; however, when you exit out to view the template in the Cloud Templates area it shows as not editable. Additionally, when you try to edit the template the “Save” spinner keeps spinning.
HEADER: Pretty much the same issue. The header is editable (can use my header image) for everything other than mobile. When I SUCCESSFULLY get the header to change (using the details from this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo) – the “Save” spinner keeps spinning and the changes are not updated.

This is posted in case anyone else has the same need to set specific headers for a CPT single page template.
In TagDiv the headers and footers displayed for a post are controlled by entries in the {db-prefix}-postmeta table. In particular, the meta data values for ‘tdc_header_template_id’ and ‘tdc_header_template_id’.
If you create or edit a cloud template take note of the post_id.
In this use case the post is being created programmatically.
The insert is:

Dear ladies and gentlemen,
I am working with newspaper theme already long time now. Never there were problems and i was always happy with thos noce theme. But now it becomes serious.
I write you because I have a serious problem after doing the Update to Newspaper 10.3.5 from Newspaper 10.3.4.
If I now try to create a new page it works. When i save it and when I later open it again then error messages will appear. I cannot work anymore woth the theme then.
Creating the page works, but as soon as I open it again, an error message appears every time. This recommends restoration with the “ReDo” button. The entire content is then lost. I then save and there is a positive confirmation.
If I then open the file again to continue working, the same error message appears again.
I’ve only had this problem since I made the last update of the theme this morning (Newspaper 10.3.5).
Now I can hardly do anything more and I think it will take the whole weekend until you can help me there?
What can this be and how can I not lose my page or can I continue to work normally? I cannot create a new page, because this error come always. even if you only a row or one image inside.
I urgently ask for help.
