Simply disabling the plugins for a brief moment will not do it. You have to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and purge cdn files. Then test again. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Also please check any image optimization or compression as it can also cause bad image quality.
Try to create a testing sub-domain or a localhost and test the image quality there as well.

You do not need to use html or css to edit posts or pages in our theme. We do not suggest using the pagebuilder on posts, but if you want to try it out, you cna activate visual composer on psots from the VC settings in the admin dashboard under general settings and role manager. Do this at your own risk though as visual composer is not tested on posts and it could provide mixed results

The mobile theme will not show visual composer and if you use it on posts, it will show the shortcode and not render it. in this case i suggest disabling the mobile theme plugin and using the standard responsive version of the theme

First of all, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Please try to make a new clean install from scratch on the new sub-domain with the latest version from Theme Forest. You should do this only via FTP way because this is the surest and safe method in this regard. Notice that the Visual Composer is fully compatible with the theme and until now we have not encountered any problems in this regard. you can try using the BETA “TD COmposer” plugin instead, which uses waaaaaaay less system resources.
Also, make sure you’re on PHP 5.6 and not 5.4 !

If I make a new page, it works for a few minutes. After those minutes im not able to save it anymore. De site just doesn’t react on my click.
Ive deleted all my plugins and I Cleared my cache. I also dont use any child themes.

The visual composer activation message appears on all sites that use visual composer, not matter the theme or domain. In our case, you must ignore this message as the Visual Composer does not require activation when itâs provided in the theme package.
