Thanks for explaining this to me. Is there still ways to be able to display content that is used by visual composer in the template files for the mobile theme (for example, a page that displays certain content, by creating a specific template?)

When reverting back from mobile theme, which i have done a couple of times. It throws the container for the page, therefore when i scroll down, my content can be swiped right and just displays the background.

I do want to use the mobile theme as i think it looks and loads amazingly, so if there is a way of customisation through page templates, that would be great.

I’ve checked your site and fond some js errors in browser’s console: http://screencast.com/t/Jnuul1B5Mncp Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again. Also remove any minification for js because in some situation conflicts may appear if you serve a minified js on the page.

I’ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using blog template for homepage. On this template you can’t use Visual Composer because its default functionality is to display latest verticals published. To use Visual Composer on homepage you have to set a static page here: http://screencast.com/t/49dRJFvXz

This usually happens because of cache or when the cdn service deliver old some files. Try to deactivate all plugins Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again.

@webcadre the theme is tested and works fine. If you still can’t manage to solve this please provide your site url so we can have a closer look.

Mobile theme does not render content added with Visual Composer and Revolution slider won’t work with it. To use revolution slider on mobile use the main theme without mobile theme enabled. Are you using mobile theme plugin? If so the page content displayed on mobile won’t be the same as on desktop because mobile theme won’t render the content added with visual Composer. For more detail about mobile theme please check this link: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

These customizations falls beyond the support can offer. Support refers to explaining how current features works, fixing any bugs related with the theme and helping users understand its functionality. Any custom modifications which involve changing the default behavior are not included in support policy and you will have to make them by yourself or hire someone if you’re not aware of the steps that must be taken.

I didn’t see a plus (+) button at all. Looked around a bit but no way found to add anything into that column. All I wanted from you originally was just the raw code from your template file that accidentally deleted so I can paste ir past back into my customized template. Just need the code and where to put it.

Now I must have done something I didn’t intend because after trying to use Visual Composer. I .. just get an error message on my home page now – I think I was looking to add a column or something but it just got stuck (spinning icon) so I closed the window and started again. But the layout of my template changed…almost all the images have disappeared and there is a little box icon with a zero “0” in it now that I didn’t have before…and when I click that icon I get the same Internal Server Error!!!!

Here’s the error:

Have you added trending now and big grid blocks on the page sing Visual Composer? If so please check the firers set on theme and make sure that you have some posts which correspond with your fitters. You can try to insert the ads in page content using Visual Composer and make them visible only on mobile devices. For example you can add a new row in Visual Composer where will be inserted an add, then use a css class for it to hide it on desktop and tablets: http://screencast.com/t/oUTqsjamp

Use this code to make that row visible only on mobile:

If you attempt to add a caption for the image (going into media attachement, adding a caption), the description of the list element disappears.

I believe the bug is reproducable on your demo. Just go into this post http://screencast.com/t/yJY2oK61IqD , for the image of Emanuela De Paula, click edit on the visual editor, add in anything in the caption area

now save the post/publish and you will see that the description of that list element that used to be there “Too much work. Let’s burn it…” is gone
