First of all, please ensure that you have fully updated your theme to the latest version only via FTP because this is the surest method for theme updating and also, please make sure that you have updated the required plugins to the latest version of them (Visual Composer->4.11.2 and Social Counter->4.0). Try to clear all your caches and test it again and see how it goes.

I suspect your problem being from your untested plugins which could interfere with the theme and create a lot of unknown issues or could interfere between them and cause this issue. To be sure in this regard, please try to disable ALL the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. So, after this process, you will check and see if your problem is still there. Please notice that the theme is fully tested with the bundled plugins and work as properly, without any problems. Also, then you can install your plugin one by one and check which is the culprit.

Please notice that until now we do not have any bad reports in this regard. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of required plugins. Also, please ensure that all of these processes was made via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. So, if your problem is still there, I suggest doing a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme, clear all your caches and check again the results. It is possible that you installing do be incomplete and that’s why you get this errors. Also, please disable all your plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

Sorry, but the link you provided does not use our theme so I cannot see the error. This was caused by plugin conflicts, so you might have installed another conflicting plugin or the same one again. Please deactivate all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Also if yu have any custom code, try to revert the theme to it;s default state.

I have checked your site but could not find any problems. this could be a plugin conflict. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Or it could be the page itself creating problems. please check the elements in visual composer and make sure you do not use a row inside of another row as this always creates problems.

Please notice that the only available version of Visual Composer which was tested with our theme and which come bundled with this is 4.11.2. I suppose that you want to use VC Add-ons with our theme but please notice that this extended version of the plugin is not tested with our theme, sorry! Nor the Universal Video Player plugin is not tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure that this type of plugin will work as properly with our theme, sorry!

Unfortunately there is no update proof method of adding custom code. If you altered the theme files, you will need to back-up your modification and re-apply it after the update. Do you by any chance use a child theme? Please revert to the main theme if you so. Alternatively you can try this without any plugins to rule out a plugin conflict. Disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Unfortunately visual composer was not tested on posts. You can use the plugin directly on posts if you activate it from the settings like you showed above and add the tabs. I;m not sure about the implementation method though. You can add elements to posts directly once you activate the plugin for posts. There is no ned to copy over the shortcodes, but like I said above, this is not tested and can provide mixed results. If your implementation method works, there is no wrong way of doing it.
