Hello, using this plugin I have a problem with the visualization of a page of the site vediamocichiara.it/about that in the mobile is displayed completely empty with only the footer.
At the moment I had to deactivate it because the customer did not agree to see the blank page.
Do I have to use some precautions in the creation of the pages for them to be displayed correctly on the mobile?
The other pages of the site and even the home page do not have this problem.
Here’s a link to screenshots that I took today of the issues. The pages were built with WP Bakery. Somehow, before I took over the website maintenance, tagDiv also has been activated and certain things can be edited with WP Bakery and some with tagDiv and neither allows for visual editing anymore. The one where the page appears blank is where if you highlight the box it will show short code in white but it’s locked against editing and it’s in visual editor which shouldn’t be happening. I’d be happy to create a username for you so you can view the issues first-hand.
I fell this needs reporting as a bug and should not be corrected via custom work, seeing as all other tagDiv elements point to article name and all of the older Visual Composer Featured post elements all show “Article Title Name”
As it stands there is no way in tagDiv composer to show an article image as it used to appear in your VC templates.

I am stuck with tagdiv composer since i can’t use it for my templates. I need to use ACF repeater fields ( especially for images) and it won’t work.
I can do it easily with elementor or visual composer but with tagdiv composer i am stuck.

We are trying to switch over from Visual Composure (which worked fine but seems increasingly less supported by the theme) to TagDiv, and it’s the latter I’m struggling with. In the old visual composer I could hide elements on different resolutions. TagDiv seems to have the same option (see screenshot here: https://snipboard.io/wsY6hJ.jpg). However the “on/off” toggle doesn’t actually do anything.
So, for example, if I add a mobile menu in responsive design like so: https://snipboard.io/0T2lmH.jpg [aside, the alignment options also look like they are broken?]
Then even if I tell it to be off for desktop, it still appears: https://snipboard.io/epnA9l.jpg.
It is also a problem in other spaces, for example if I’d like to display three posts in a row on the desktop site but only two on a tablet, I cannot do this. Whatever option I choose gets promulgated to all sizes 🙁 So it just seems like none of the responsive editing I was used to with VC works in TagDiv?
Any ideas why this is happening?

I am creating a new version of my live site with the Tag Div composer (old site used Visual Composer) I export the live sites posts and post meta tables from MySQL and then import them into the Dev site and I lose all the formatting and Tag Div composer work that I have done.
Is there another way to sync my live site to my dev site without loosing all the new layout and formatting I’ve done with TAG Div composer ?

Unfortunately, I do not know exactly when this will be add, but it should be in the coming updates.
Now, this will not be a frontend editor for posts, it will only allow users to submit posts directly from the frontend, the posts layout will be the one that is set as global.
1. Yes and no.
(yes) You can use the WPBakery/Visual Composer with Newspaper v11, but it will be need to use it with standard templates from tagDiv Standard Pack (no) but not with cloud templates.

Indeed, users who have used WPBakery with standard templates have not reported any issues for the posts that were made with this plugin.
We recommend to not use more then one builder per page/post because most of the time this will create problems. So you can have both plugins enabled, but you need to use only one for theme per page/post.
The WPBakery Page Builder plugin is and Bundled Plugin in our theme not a standalone plugin ( you do not need a license to use the version that comes with our theme ), please check the envato documentation for those plugins

Besides, I’ve another question, I was watching few articles about WpBakery and Visual Composer So my questions would be straight to the point.
1. Does WPBakery/Visual Composer is compatible and functional with Newspaper 11 Theme?
2. If the aboveis YES then the post content editor what we want to achieve with TagDiv Composer, would that be possible through WpBakery or Visual Composer?
I’ve seen articles that says if WpBakery is being used then don’t use TagDiv Composer as it suggests not to use two Page builders at the same time. We have installed WP Bakery from the plugin package supplied within the theme. But when we are deactivating TagDiv Composer to activate and use WPBakery the site breaks. Therefore how can we use WPBakery if it works for us?
WPBakery supplied by you also requires licensing registration, how do we activate the same?

During the last days when trying to edit any content where the tagDiv Composer is used, it shows the following error in the upper right:
“Errors at column elements: 1(models) : 2(dom). The model does not match the content The current state has involved a problem. You could try an UNDO (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”

We have updated the theme, the visual builder, updated plugins, deactivated one by one and re-activated and other processes and nothing has worked and we cannot edit or create any content that is with the tagDiv.

I just created a page with CU Bakery and it seems to work on mobile theme plugin like any other page created with another builder, more specifically, it is not displayed, and content must be created in the mobile editor according to our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/

Also, in the beginning, we did implementations with WPBAKERY, but before we had our page builder, but after that, we didn’t do implementations with WP Bakery, but with tagDiv Composer, we only did small fixes for it, nothing more.
I don’t know if it would be a solution to disable tagDiv composer, because all the theme features are now in tagDiv composer.
What we can help you with is CSS code, if it can solve it.

Faced the problem of lost paragraphs in the mobile theme editor. The page on desktops is displayed correctly, but on mobile devices, when viewing the page, paragraphs are absolutely absent, while they are visually present in the mobile editor. If I switch the view mode of the mobile editor from the visual tab to the text tab and explicitly add the </br> code, save the changes, the paragraphs appear and the page starts to look right on mobile devices. But it is not possible to solve the problem in this way, because any reverse switch from the text tab to the visual tab leads to the fact that </br> are lost. And most importantly, I would like to work not through crutches. The most amazing thing is that on my site there is another page that works correctly and in it the paragraphs that are displayed in the mobile editor are exactly the same when viewed on a mobile device. I could not find a fundamental difference comparing these two pages. Installed latest theme and wordpress updates.

After publishing a new post. I went to do an edit on it to correct a mistake. I found it is now stuck in htmk edit mode and I cannot get back to normal wordpress post view.
Any ideas about this issue.
I have already tried user profile and tried to tick disable visual editor. But it after saving the tick automatically removes. I did not change anything on my site. It just happened after creating a new post. And now I cannot create or change any posts because it is stuck in html edit view

You made this gallery with the visual composer plugin, so after deactivate this plugin, it will display the code on your page. This gallery will work only with the plugin activated. If you want to use the builder TagDiv Composer, I recommend you to add a gallery like this one: https://forum.tagdiv.com/gallery-2/

There is an issue with the image gallery after I remove the visual composer plugin. The image gallery does not work anymore.

I am having a problem aligning images correctly.
They are output on the page dynamically with PHP.
In a clean environment, they appear OK. However, inside the theme they do not display well. It seems that the headers / theme are causing the issue.

On the site the images do not format correctly. In Visual Studio Code they are ok suggesting that the issue is being caused by the theme / headers.

Remove CSS is greyed out and not available to click on. I have purchased the Newspaper theme 32 times and have active support on the other accounts. I am not able to add any of them under my profile for this username. I get an error message “this account is already in use”.
Could you possibly log into my site and see what the problem is? I am not able to use Tagdiv visual composer to and edit text on any page of my website. Also, the widget content is showing up at the end of my posts and on top of my post content.
